A sense of nationalism is very important for the young generation of Indonesia to become a developed nation, a modern nation, a safe nation, and a peaceful, just and prosperous nation in the midst of globalization that increasingly challenges the Indonesian state. As a nation and a state in the midst of other nations in the world, a high national identity is needed from its citizens, especially among the young generation of Indonesia. The spirit of nationalism is still needed by the existence of the Indonesian people and the state. High nationalism from citizens or the younger generation will create positive and best behavior for the nation and state. In the current era of globalization, there are factors that cause the waning of the spirit of nationalism among the younger generation. This can be seen from several benchmarks, namely the lack of youth understanding of cultural values. Teenagers are now more likely to follow western culture which is very far in comparison with the norms and customs of the Indonesian nation, The main cause of the fading spirit of nationalism and nationality from the next generation of the nation is mainly due to the wrong and uneducational examples shown by the older generation or the elderly who tend to prioritize interests individuals and groups rather than prioritizing the interests of the nation and the people. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection using literature studies based on the sources read.

In this work, it’s given analyses of the Macedonian companies about making up a business culture and a comparison with the business culture in the world. As a result of the researches, a new management system is offered that is based on the TQM (Total Quality Management) philosophy. The solution was found in improvement of the management system by accepting the new TQM philosophy and utilization of its strategy, development of the staff and promotion of the processes, and all of that is done earlier, even before the new technology and the separate IT are bought. One of the biggest changes that the new TQM strategy requests from the Macedonian companies is to change the mentality and quit the old habits and the transitional syndrome. That means that the positive characteristics in the Macedonian mentality should evaluate, and the traditional values should be successfully joined with the cultural values and the current trendy values from the west, which rule the world.

The literary work of every nation is our window to witness the spirit of the nation. There are many ways in which various nations of the world share their taste, feelings, desires and wishes, one of them is especially through literary works. These are conveyed in theater, tragedy, comedy, and also through the medium of stories and fairy tales, as well as poetry. The Persians chose poetry as the best medium to explore the taste of their inner nature. Local wisdom, also called hereditary cultural heritage, is formed by nature and habitus in the arena of oral and written culture. Word "wisdom" implies a kind of firmness and conviction, and applies to anything solid and impenetrable, whether material or spiritual. Wisdom also is the science in which the facts of things are discussed, as they are in the soul of al-Amr as much as human power and ability. The subject of wisdom is matter of things outside and in the mind, its usefulness is the attainment of perfection in life, salvation and goodness. Knowing the local wisdom of other nations can make us feel the cultural values of the nation. This paper there are several examples of poetry and prose from Persian classical writers those contain the meaning of local wisdom. The purpose of this research is to assess and reveal the local wisdom in classical Persia literary works with qualitative approach and method obtaining data based on library methodology.
