Pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional di area offshore pada perusahaan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi membutuhkan bahan bakar yang cukup banyak. Bahan bakar ini sebagian besar digunakan untuk mobilisasi berbagai jenis kapal sebagai fuel object dan operasional harian proses produksi. Terdapat beberapa kriteria umum yang menjadi dasar penjadwalan pengisian BBM, namun setiap koordinator berhak menyusun penjadwalan berdasarkan pengalaman dan subjektifitas masing-masing. Oleh karena itu jadwal yang disusun antar koordinator bisa sangat berbeda, agar memiliki standar yang seragam maka sangat diperlukan suatu metode yang terstruktur dengan kriteria standar dalam pengambilan keputusan penyusunan penjadwalan pengisian BBM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria apa saja yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan dalam penjadwalan pengisian BBM dan mengembangkan suatu sistem agar keputusan penjadwalan yang diambil bisa terukur dan dipertanggungjawabkan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rating approach Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), sedangkan pengelompokan kapal (klaster) yang akan diisi menggunakan metode hierarki agglomerative, complete linkage dengan euclidean distance. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa area kerja akan dibagi menjadi 3 klaster dengan jumlah SPOB sebanyak 3.  Selanjutnya kriteria yang dijadikan dasar pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan penjadwalan pengisian BBM adalah  fuel remaining day fuel object, prioritas operasi, akses menuju fuel object dan jarak SPOB dengan fuel object. Berdasarkan analisis implementasinya, metode penjadwalan dengan menggunakan rating approach AHP dapat memberikan jadwal yang konsisten, terukur,bisa dipertanggungjawabkan, dan sangat mudah diimplementasikan serta dapat menghindari terjadinya perbedaan penjadwalan (subjektivitas) antar koordinator.        Abstract[Fuel Distribution Scheduling For Self Propelled Oil Barge (SPOB) Based On The Hierarchy Process Analityc Method] The implementation of operational activities in the offshore area of oil and gas exploration and exploitation companies requires quite a lot of fuel. This fuel is mostly used for the mobilization of various types of ships as a fuel object and for the daily operations of the production process. There are several general criteria that form the basis for scheduling refueling, but each coordinator has the right to arrange a schedule based on their own experience and subjectivity. Therefore, the schedule prepared between the coordinators can be very different, in order to have a uniform standard, it is necessary to have a structured method with standard criteria in making decisions on the preparation of fuel filling scheduling. This study aims to find out what criteria are the basic considerations in scheduling refueling and develop a system so that scheduling decisions taken can be measured and accounted for properly. The method used in this study is the rating approach Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), while the grouping of ships (clusters) to be filled using the agglomerative hierarchy method, complete linkage with euclidean distance. The results of this study indicate that the work area will be divided into 3 clusters with the number of SPOB as much as 3. Furthermore, the criteria that are used as the basis for consideration in making decisions about fuel filling scheduling are fuel remaining day fuel object, operating priority, access to fuel object and distance between SPOB and fuel. objects. Based on the implementation analysis, the scheduling method using the AHP rating approach can provide a schedule that is consistent, measurable, accountable, and very easy to implement and can avoid scheduling differences (subjectivity) between coordinators.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process; Fuel Object; Scheduling; SPOB

<p>Complexities faced by oil and gas projects due to uncertainty and risk, demand the implementation of project management techniques for their successful completion. Therefore, this is made by using analytical hierarchy process, to identify and prioritize the key factors for successful project management performance of oil and gas projects. These factors are categorized into three groups which include attributes of project staff, project planning process and assessment of project quality. Using expert choice, a hierarchy is developed followed by pairwise comparison based upon data collection from industrial experts of oil and gas sector. Results of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) concluded that, project completion within estimated time and budget, clarity of objectives and involvement of top management are most crucial elements for improvement in project management performance of oil and gas projects. Whereas sensitivity analysis being carried out according to three different scenarios highlighted factors according to their relative importance.</p>

Sekolah khoiru ummah merupakan salah satu lembaga yang selalu berhubungan dengan tenaga pendidik sebagai aktor pertama dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai support organisasi. Permasalahan terjadi ketika harus menyeleksi calon tenaga pendidik, dimana banyaknya pelamar membuat proses penyeleksian dalam menentukan alternatif  terbaik yang dilakukan masih dengan cara menimbang setiap skor secara manual diatas kertas. Kondisi tersebut terjadi kendala sulitnya untuk memutuskan calon tenaga pendidik yang sesuai kebutuhan dikarenakan harus menimbang dengan prasaan, kemudian proses keputusan juga masih lambat karena harus bermusyarawah yang cukup panjang dari personalia, kepala sekolah hingga yayasan demi konsistensi keputusan tepat untuk dipilih. Dengan demikian persoalan ini dibutuhkan suatu solusi proses keputusan yang relevan dan cepat dengan analisis metode Analytical hierarchy  process (AHP) dengan kriteria kelengkapan adminitrasi pelamar, ujian tertulis, penilaian personality, wawancara dan micro teaching. Sedangkan sampel data alternatif ada tiga pelamar yang akan dianalisis dengan metode  AHP. Data nilai awal masukan didapatkan melalui quisioner perbandingan yang dinilai oleh personalia, kepala sekolah dan Yayasan dengan konsistensi kriteria 0.08 dimana nilai ini falid karena sesuai dengan kaedah konsistensi standar Thomas l.Saaty yaitu konsisten nilai < 0.1. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan langkah perhitungan consisten indek dan index random yang terdapat pada tahapan AHP kepada nilai masukan nilai tabel matrik perbandingan dari data alternatif. Hasil pengujian dengan nilai konsistensi seluruh data baik kriteria dan alternatif mendapatkan keputusan tebaik  rekomendasi dengan nilai tertinggi didapatkan oleh Husen ahmad dengan nilai 0.729, kedua Sikin al hafidz dengan nilai 0.163 dan Sulaiman akhbar dengan nilai 0.109.   Abstract  The khoiru ummah school is one of the institutions that is always in touch with educators as the first actors and educational staff as organizational support. The problem occurs when it comes to selecting prospective teaching staff, where many applicants make a selection process in determining the best alternative which is still done by weighing each score manually on paper. In this condition, there is an obstacle in the difficulty of deciding the candidate for educators who are suitable for their needs because they have to weigh carefully, then the decision process is also still slow because they have to have a long discussion from personnel, principals to foundations for consistency in the right decision to be chosen. Thus, this problem requires a solution for the decision process that is relevant and fast by analyzing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the criteria for completeness of applicant administration, written examinations, personality assessments, interviews and micro teaching. Meanwhile, the sample of alternative data were three applicants who were analyzed using the AHP method. Initial input value data were obtained through comparative questionnaires assessed by personnel, principals and foundations with the consistency of the criterion of 0.08 where this value was falid because it was in accordance with Thomas L.aaty's standard consistency principle, which was consistent with a value of <0.1. This test is carried out by calculating the consisten index and random index contained in the AHP stage to the input values ​​of the comparison matrix table values ​​from alternative data. The results of the test with the consistency value of all data, both criteria and alternatives, get the best recommendation with the highest value obtained by Husen Ahmad with a value of 0.729, both Sikin al Hafidz with a value of 0.163 and Sulaiman akhbar with a value of 0.109.

Loans for civil servants and police employees must be given to employees who are entitled to receive them. Lending without any criteria makes other employees not accept them. Lending using criteria ensures that the employee given the loan is an employee who deserves to receive it. The ahp method is able to complete the selection of employees who are eligible for the loan. Because of the criteria that can determine the weight value for each attribute, and then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case, the alternative in question is the one who is entitled to receive a loan based on attributes, or determining criteria in selecting employees who are eligible to receive loans. Based on the ranking, Juliana Situmorang's employee has the highest score of 0.977 compared to other employees. The ahp method is the right step in determining employees who are eligible to receive loans.

Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for companies, because the selection of suppliers is very influential on the quality of a product. One way to choose the right supplier for the company can be done using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the Analytical Hierrarchy Process method is a decision-making method developed to give priority to several alternatives when several criteria must be considered. Some things to consider in choosing suppliers such as: shipping, quality, service, past performance, payment. This research was conducted at one of Muhammadiyah's charitable businesses, namely at the Muhammadiyah Hospital or Clinic. This study aims to find out the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. With the use of samples from this study is the decision making in the purchase of drugs and medical devices Clinic or Muhammadiyah Hospital. The results of the data analysis concluded that the indicators of quality, acceleration of service, credibility of suppliers are bets in determining the best suppliers for the procurement of drugs and medical devices clinics or hospitals Muhammadiyah. Whereas from the overall simulation results Supplier Q is considered as the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital, because overall of all criteria Supplier Q has the highest value compared to other suppliers.

Basically, each marketplace has its own market, therefore as a seller who will start an online business, especially those who use the marketplace, they must know which marketplace is right to start their online business according to what category of goods to sell. This research is needed to help business people, in this case ornamental plant traders, choose the right marketplace for their online business activities. Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system used to help make decisions from structured and semi-structured problems. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method that can be used to select from the specified criteria. This method can simplify the criteria that are considered in making decisions for marketplace selection to be simpler and easier to understand. The results of the study show that the decisions made using the AHP method are very effective, and are expected to help make objective decisions. After processing data and analyzing respondent data, with the criteria for the number of visitors, transaction system, features, and searc engine optimization (SEO), it was found that Lazada (0.428) has the highest priority, Tokopedia (0.235) with second priority, Shopee (0.204) with priority third, and Bukalapak (0.133) with the fourth priority

Village/ward party in Palangka Raya is required to collect data of poor people who reserve the right to receive Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT). Eventually, village/ward party is going to work together with the census officers of Social Protection Program of Central Statistics Body (BPS) in Palangka Raya. The decision process of the recipient candidates of BPNT in Palangka Raya requires a Decision Support System which offers consideration and evaluation to obtain more accurate data. The selection uses ten poor criteria of non-monetary variable include main income, possession status of a house to live, floor material of the house, wall material of the house, facility of drinking water, facility of lighting, fuel for cooking need, facility of defecation, final disposal of feces, and asset possession of household. The research used the Decision Support System with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The system was evaluated by two different methods which were black box testing and turing testing. The application assists to decide the alternative recipient of BPNT, manage data of candidates of recipient of BPNT and manage data of the recipient of BPNT which were selected from the recommendation result

<h1 align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></h1><p>Pentingnya peranan pesantren yang berada di KabupatenBogor menjadi motivasi untuk memecahkan masalah seperti sulitnya mencari letak pesantren dengan merancang dan membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari letak pesantren serta informasi lain yang terkait. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan langkah yang tepat untuk mengetahui lokasi pondok pesantren yang terdapat di Kabupaten Bogor bagian barat karena SIG mempunyai kemampuan yang sangat luas, baik dalam proses pemetaan dan analisis sehingga teknologi tersebut sering dipakai dalam proses perencanaan tata ruang.Pendekatan sistem berbasis spasial dalam melakukan analisis kinerja pesantren, diharapkan mempermudah dalam pencarian pesantren yang telah diidentifikasi tingkat optimalisasi kinerja pondok pesantren dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan CPI (Composite Performance Index) yang dibedakan menggunakan teknik natural bricks, hanya ada dua pesantren di Kabupaten Bogor wilayah barat yang memiliki nilai optimal yaitu pesantren ummul quro al islami dan pesantren sahid. Hal ini disebabkan kedua pesantren  tersebut memiliki luas lahan yang sangat luas sehingga berpotensi unduk dapat dikembangkan membangun sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan pesantren tersebut.</p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The importance of the role of Islamic boarding schools in Bogor Regency is a motivation to solve problems such as the difficulty of finding the location of pesantren by designing and creating a system that can be used to find the location of pesantren and other related information. The application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is the right step to find out the location of Islamic boarding schools in the western part of Bogor Regency because GIS has very broad capabilities, both in the process of mapping and analysis so that the technology is often used in the spatial planning process. Spatial based analysis of Islamic boarding school performance is expected to facilitate the search for Islamic boarding schools that have identified the level of optimization of Islamic boarding schools' performance using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and CPI (Composite Performance Index) methods that are distinguished by natural bricks, there are only two Islamic boarding schools. The western region of Bogor Regency has optimal values, namely ummul quro al Islamic boarding schools and sahid Islamic boarding schools. This is due to the fact that the two pesantren have a very large land area so that the potential of the Islamic boarding school can be developed to build the facilities and infrastructure needed by the </em><em>islamic boarding school</em><em>.</em></p>
