Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Pemalang Regency in 2017 is still high and happens a lot during childbirth time period (72%). One of the efforts for reducing MMR is the quality service of childbirth for the process of mother and baby recovery, early detection of complications, taking care of and referral of complications. The aim of the study is to determine and analyze the quality of the first childbirth service (KF1) and factors related to the service quality of first childbirth (KF1) by midwives at Health Centres in Pemalang Regency.Quantitative research method used cross sectional research type, sample selection by simple random sampling at 100 civil servant of midwives working period of at least three years in 14 health centres in each sub-district in Pemalang Regency. Data collections were done by questionnaires and observations, data analysis with chi-square statistical tests and multivariate with multiple logistic regression.Research results showed that the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) is lacking (53%), lacking motivation (54%), less reward (65%), less supervision (50%) and workload according to the standard (57%). Variables related to the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) are motivation (p-value = 0.018) and rewards (p-value = 0.003). While the variables not related to the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) are supervision (p-value = 0.229) and workload (p-value = 0.774). The factors that influence the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) are rewards (value p = 0.031 and OR = 3,466).Suggestions for improving the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) are midwives have to be more optimal in giving childbirth care and health education, head of health centres can divide the tasks equally among all midwives, midwives in working have to create a positive attitude, the head of the health centres praises the success of childbirth care, the head of the health centres can allocate funds for the transportation of home visits, the implementation of supervision is carried out on a scheduled and routine for all midwives.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the variables that affect the use of medical services. At the Putri Hijau Level II Hospital, you may get checked out. It was decided to employ a kuantitatif research design with a cross sectional design for this particular investigation. Patients who came in for a medical check-up at the Putri Hijau Level II Hospital were included in the research study. According to the results of the first survey, the total number of patients who had medical examinations in 2019 was 2135 individuals. We needed to look at 100 different individuals for our experiment. The chi square test and multiple linear regression were the statistical tests that were used. The results of the chi square test study revealed that the variable service quality (reliability p-value = 0,000, responsiveness p-value = 0,000, assurance p-value = 0,036, empathy p-value = 0,003, physical evidence p-value = 0,026) obtained a p-value less than 0.05, the variable facility p-value = 0.000, the variable rate / price p-value = 0.000, and the variable patient perception obtained a p-value Patient views of the use of Medical Check Up services are associated with service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence) as well as medical facilities, rates / pricing and patient perceptions of the usage of Medical Check Up services (p-value = 0.039 0.05). Using multivariate analysis, it was discovered that one of the variables in this research, the Facility variable, had the most influence on the outcome.

Tuberculosis (TB), infection disease caused by M. tuberculosis, is a global challenge in health. TB can damage socially by causing stigma and isolation society also inflict financial loss. About 75% TB patients is productive ages economically (15-50 years old) and is estimated would lose working times 3-4 months and thus would lose their incomes about 20-30%. This study aims to determine the relation between incomes with the success of tuberculosis in treatment at Community Health Center of Johar Baru Central Jakarta in 2016. This study was done by analytical survey with cross sectional design. Population and sample are adult patients at Community Health Center of Johar Baru in 2016. Samples are selected using Simple Random Sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaires and crosschecked by looking at TB03 Card. Data was analyzed by using Chi Square test. There were 45 patients (80,4%) succeed in TB treatment and 32 patients (78%) have low incomes (<Regional minimum wage).  Results from statistical tests using Chi Square test obtained P value = 0.115 (>0.05). There is no relation between incomes with the success of Tuberculosis treatment on Tuberculosis patients in Community Health Center of Johar Baru Central Jakarta in 2016.

The quality of drinking water in the drinking water refill depot (DAMIU) is still low. Based on the results of bacteriological testing conducted by Puskesmas in Tanjungpinang 2015, it is known that 5 samples drinking water refill (AMIU) containing coliform bacteria. This study aims to know bacteriological quality in drinking water refill and determine Factors of Hygiene sanitasion DAMIU that associated with AMIU’s bacteriological quality in Tanjungpinang city. The study design was a cross sectional study with sample of 30 DAMIU in Tanjungpinang. Sample selection is done by proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using Chi square test. The results showed that 20% AMIU containing germs total , but for E.coli, 100% not containing. Building sanitation, processing tools sanitation and galon sanitation most of drinking water refill already eligible and not related with germs total number, only Operator hygiene that 53% eligible and related with germs total number (p value 0,017). The study conclude that 20% AMIU containing germs total. Operator hygiene factor related with germs total. To prevent the presence of germs in drinking water refill, the operator should apply hygiene behaviour and have certificate of seminar and training about hygiene and sanitary processing of DAMIU

Abstract Regional Hospital Sijunjung is a state hospital class C, has a challenge in improving the quality of service for patient satisfaction, this is because the survey of public satisfaction index decreased from 2015-2016 year that is 43.78% decreased to 40.18%. This study aims to analyze the relationship analysis of relationship quality of service and management of complaint handling with patient satisfaction in Regional Hospital Sijunjung. This research is cross sectional study. This research was conducted in April-July 2017 in Regional Hospital Sijunjung. The population in this study were all patients treated in the inpatient ward of Regional Hospital Sijunjung with sample size 106 samples. Sampling technique with consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed univariat by using importance performance analysis (IPA) and bivariate by using chi square test.The results of research known patient satisfaction of service in regional hospitals Sijunjung able to meet patient expectations of 89.01%. A small percentage of respondents (9.4%) stated that the quality of service was poor. Less than half of respondents (29.2%) said the management of complaints handling is not good. There is relationship between service quality and management of complaint handling with patient satisfaction in Regional Hospital Sijunjung (p value <0,05). This study concludes that there are relationship of service quality and management of complaint handling with patient satisfaction. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of service quality through patient satisfaction survey and prompt response service to patient complaints. Keywords: Patient satisfaction, service quality, complaint handling Abstrak RSUD Sijunjung merupakan rumah sakit negeri kelas C, memiliki tantangan dalam peningkatan  mutu pelayanan untuk kepuasan pasien, hal ini karena survey indeks kepuasan masyarakat mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2015-2016 yaitu 43,78% menurun menjadi 40,18%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan mutu pelayanan dan manajemen penanganan keluhan dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Sijunjung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan April-Juli tahun 2017 di RSUD Sijunjung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien yang dirawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Sijunjung dengan jumlah sampel 106 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan consecutive sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat dengan menggunakan importance performance analysis (IPA) dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian diketahui kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan di RSUD Sijunjung mampu memenuhi harapan pasien sebesar 89,01%. Sebagian kecil responden (9,4%) menyatakan mutu pelayanan kurang baik. Kurang dari separoh responden (29,2%) menyatakan manajemen penanganan keluhan kurang baik. Terdapat hubungan mutu pelayanan dan manajemen penanganan keluhan dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Sijunjung (p value < 0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan mutu pelayanan dan manajemen penanganan keluhan dengan kepuasan pasien. Perlu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara terus menerus terhadap kualitas layanan melalui suvey kepuasan pasien dan layanan cepat tanggap terhadap keluhan pasien Kata kunci : Kepuasan pasien, mutu pelayanan, manajemen keluhan

To create patient satisfaction, the hospital must create and manage a system to obtain more patients and the ability to retain patients. The process of patient care and care is dynamic and involves many Caregiver Professionals (PPA) and involves various service units. There are many problems regarding the lack of satisfaction from health care workers, one of which is service quality of health workers with satisfaction of outpatients at Kartini Hospital, Mojokerto. This study used a quantitative analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The population was all unhospitalited patients who had received services the internal medicine poly at Kartini Hospital, Mojokerto with a total of 156 respondents. The sample used Simple Random Sampling totaling 112 respondents. Independent variables is service quality. The dependent variable is satisfaction. Data analysis using Chi square. . Based on the results of the Test analysis, it shows that the variable that most influences patient satisfaction is the variable service quality with a p-value of 0.008 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the quality of health care workers and satisfaction.Understanding the needs and desires of patients is an important factor that affects patient satisfaction. Satisfied patients are a very valuable asset because if patients are satisfied they will continue to use the service of their choice, but if patients are not satisfied they will tell twice as much to others about their bad experience. To create patient satisfaction, hospitals must create and manage a system to obtain more patients and the ability to retain patients by improving the quality of service.

Berdasarkan prasurvey yang dilakukan pada bulan Juni-November  2016 terdapat 191 kasus hipertensi dalam kehamilan dan 49 kasus perdarahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu bersalin di RSUD Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung pada tahun 2015-2016. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 324 responden dan pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan hasil sebanyak 122 responden (37,7%) menggunakan Kontrasepsi non hormonal dan sebanyak 202 responden (62,3%) menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan antara penggunaan kontrasepsi dengan kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan dengan p-value 0,045 (OR=1,668).Kata kunci : Penggunaan Kontrasepsi, Hipertensi dalam KehamilanTHE HISTORY OF CONTRACEPTION ON HYPERTENSION IN PREGNANCYABSTRACTMaternal mortality is still dominated by three main causes of death, namely bleeding (30.3%), hypertension in pregnancy (27.1%) and infection (7.3%). The results of the pre-survey in June-November 2016 there were 191 cases of hypertension in pregnancy in Local General Hospital Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province. This study is an analytical survey research with a cross-sectional approach. The population is all maternity mother, sampling was done by simple random sampling of 324 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are univariate, bivariate using chi-square test. Variat test results showed there were 122 (37.7%) women who used non-hormonal contraception and 202 (62.3%) women who used hormonal contraception. The results of statistical tests chi square showed that there was a relationship between hystori of contraceptive and hypertension in pregnancy with a p-value of 0.045 (OR = 1.668).Keywords:The history of contraception, Hypertension in Pregnancy

Kinerja perawat merupakan hasil yang dicapai dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Terciptanya asuhan keperawatan yang optimal sangat diperlukan dukungan dari pihak rumah sakit salah satunya adalah menciptakan kualitas kehidupan kerja baik bagi perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di RSUD Teluk Kuantan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 120 responden yang diperoleh melalui proportionate simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat RSUD Teluk Kuantan berada pada kategori sedang, kinerja perawat berada pada kategori kurang baik. Berdasarkan analisis kedua variabel teridentifikasi bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan  p value 0,817. Dimensi work context merupakan komponen yang memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan p value 0,008, dimensi work life  tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kinerja perawat. Kesimpulan penelitian diketahui tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Ada hubungan dimensi work context dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Tidak ada hubungan dimensi work life dengan kinerja perawat.   Kata kunci: kualitas kehidupan kerja, kinerja, perawat pelaksana   THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND THE PERFORMANCE OF IMPLEMENTERS NURSES   ABSTRACT Nurse performance is the result achieved in implementing nursing care in a hospital. The creation of optimal nursing care is very much needed support from the hospital, one of which is to create a good quality of work life for nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of nurses at the Kuantan District Hospital. This type of quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The number of samples of 120 respondents obtained through proportionate simple random sampling. The results showed that the quality of work life of nurses at the Kuantan District Hospital was in the medium category, the nurses' performance was in the unfavorable category. Based on the analysis of the two variables, it was identified that there was no relationship between the quality of work life with the performance of implementing nurses with a p value of 0.817. The work context dimension is a component that has a relationship with the performance of nurses implementing with p value 0.008, the dimension of work life does not significantly correlate with nurse performance. The conclusion of the research is that there is no relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of the implementing nurses. There is a relationship between the dimensions of the work context and the performance of the nurses. Implementation of IMD in hospitals has decreased from the previous year and has not reached the target set by the government. Some IMD implementation processes have not been carried out according to applicable standards. So that babies do not get an IMD in accordance with existing SOPs. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors associated with the implementation of the IMD by midwives in the Midwifery and Maternity Room Emergency Room (IGD) at the Anutapura General Hospital in Palu. This research method is analytical with cross sectional approach. The population of this study was that all midwives in the obstetrics emergency room and maternity room at Anutapura Palu Hospital were 37 respondents. The sample in this study is total sampling. The analysis used was univariate, and bivariate analysis using the chi square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of statistical tests on variable knowledge of midwives with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.018 (p value <0.05). APN training with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.697 (p value> 0.05). length of work with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.029 (p value <0.05). and peer support with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.007 (p value <0.05). Conclusions there is a relationship between knowledge, length of work, peer support with the implementation of the IMD, and training factors that have nothing to do with IMD implementation. The strongest factor in the relationship is peer support. It is recommended that the Anutarapura Palu Hospital be able to motivate midwives so that they can further enhance their role in the implementation and provide support to their colleagues so that the implementation of the IMD can be carried out in accordance with applicable standards.Keywords: Knowledge, APN Training, Duration of work, Implementation of IMD

ABSTRACT Prenatal care is health care by health personnel to care the pregnant according to standards. Worlrd Health Organization (WHO) estimates more than 500.000 women die during pregnancy or childbirth. Maternal mortality in Indonesia is 307 per 100,000 live births. The quantity of pregnant women’s visit in Kabupaten Banyuasin in 2009 of 89.1%. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between education and occupation with prenatal care at Puskesmas Mariana  Kecamatan Banyuasin I Kabupaten Banyuasin in 2011. This study uses analytic approach survey by Cross Sectional methods, the population are 1.946 pregnant women and the samples as many as 332 people. The results of univariate analysis study of pregnant women who are higher education as much as 45.2%, and  low maternal education as much as 54.8%. In pregnant women who work of 43.4%, and pregnant women who do not work for 56.6%. From the results of bivariate analysis and Chi-Square statistical tests found a significant association between education of pregnant women with prenatal care with P Value = 0.000, and there was a significant association between occupation of pregnant women with prenatal care with P Value = 0.000. Can be concluded that there is a relationship between education and occupation of pregnant women with prenatal care. Expected to health workers to provide counseling on the importance of prenatal care in pregnant women and expected future studies may explore again the factors associated with prenatal care with the different variables.   ABSTRAK Pemeriksaan kehamilan adalah pelayanan kesehatan oleh tenaga kesehatan untuk memeriksakan ibu hamil sesuai standar. World Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan lebih dari 500.000 ibu pertahunnya meninggal saat hamil atau bersalin. AKI di Indonesia 307 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Jumlah kunjungan ibu hamil di Kabupaten Banyuasin tahun 2009 sebesar 89,1%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan dan pekerjaan dengan pemeriksaan kehamilan di Puskesmas Mariana Kecamatan Banyuasin I Kabupaten Banyuasin tahun  2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, populasi ibu hamil dengan jumlah 1.946 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 332 orang. Hasil penelitian Analisa Univariat adalah ibu hamil yang pendidikan tinggi sebanyak 45,2%, dan pendidikan rendah ibu hamil sebanyak 54,8%. Pada variabel pekerjaan ibu hamil yang bekerja sebesar 43,4%, dan ibu hamil yang tidak bekerja sebesar 56,6%. Dari hasil analisa bivariat dan uji statistik Chi-Square  didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan ibu hamil dengan pemeriksaan kehamilan dengan  P Value = 0,000, dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan pemeriksaan kehamilan dengan P Value = 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan pemeriksaan kehamilan. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat memberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan pada ibu hamil dan diharapkan penelitian yang akan datang dapat menggali lagi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemeriksaan kehamilan dengan variabel yang berbeda.
