The purpose of this research is to investigate the variables that affect the use of medical services. At the Putri Hijau Level II Hospital, you may get checked out. It was decided to employ a kuantitatif research design with a cross sectional design for this particular investigation. Patients who came in for a medical check-up at the Putri Hijau Level II Hospital were included in the research study. According to the results of the first survey, the total number of patients who had medical examinations in 2019 was 2135 individuals. We needed to look at 100 different individuals for our experiment. The chi square test and multiple linear regression were the statistical tests that were used. The results of the chi square test study revealed that the variable service quality (reliability p-value = 0,000, responsiveness p-value = 0,000, assurance p-value = 0,036, empathy p-value = 0,003, physical evidence p-value = 0,026) obtained a p-value less than 0.05, the variable facility p-value = 0.000, the variable rate / price p-value = 0.000, and the variable patient perception obtained a p-value Patient views of the use of Medical Check Up services are associated with service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence) as well as medical facilities, rates / pricing and patient perceptions of the usage of Medical Check Up services (p-value = 0.039 0.05). Using multivariate analysis, it was discovered that one of the variables in this research, the Facility variable, had the most influence on the outcome.

Implementation of IMD in hospitals has decreased from the previous year and has not reached the target set by the government. Some IMD implementation processes have not been carried out according to applicable standards. So that babies do not get an IMD in accordance with existing SOPs. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors associated with the implementation of the IMD by midwives in the Midwifery and Maternity Room Emergency Room (IGD) at the Anutapura General Hospital in Palu. This research method is analytical with cross sectional approach. The population of this study was that all midwives in the obstetrics emergency room and maternity room at Anutapura Palu Hospital were 37 respondents. The sample in this study is total sampling. The analysis used was univariate, and bivariate analysis using the chi square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of statistical tests on variable knowledge of midwives with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.018 (p value <0.05). APN training with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.697 (p value> 0.05). length of work with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.029 (p value <0.05). and peer support with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.007 (p value <0.05). Conclusions there is a relationship between knowledge, length of work, peer support with the implementation of the IMD, and training factors that have nothing to do with IMD implementation. The strongest factor in the relationship is peer support. It is recommended that the Anutarapura Palu Hospital be able to motivate midwives so that they can further enhance their role in the implementation and provide support to their colleagues so that the implementation of the IMD can be carried out in accordance with applicable standards.Keywords: Knowledge, APN Training, Duration of work, Implementation of IMD

The percentage of families in Lapulu Village that had healthy latrines was 64,84% who met the health requirements and 35,16% who did not meet the health requirements in 2019. This shows that the ownership of healthy latrines is still lower than the national achievement. This study aims to determine the factors associated with low ownership of healthy latrines in the coastal areas of Lapulu Village, Kendari City. The research design was observational, with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 437 respondents, while the study sample was 209 respondents. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique. The analysis were performed using the Chi-Square test. The results of statistical tests with chi-square obtained the value of land availability (p-value=0,000), knowledge (p-value=0,031), and income (p-value=0,000). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between land availability, knowledge, and income levels associated with low ownership of healthy latrines in the tidal area of ​​Lapulu Village, Kendari City. Therefore, it is hoped that the community and local government will establish this inter sector collaboration with related agencies to increase community ownership of healthy latrines.

ABSTRACT: EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND WORKING SCHEDULE WITH BODY MASS INDEX IN YOSODADI PUSKESMAS WORKING AREA METRO CITY Introduction: The coverage of children under five in Lampung Province in 2019 was 79%, and this figure was above the target (76.18%). This figure illustrates that participation from the community to come to posyandu is still quite good in Lampung Province, while for Metro City the percentage of data is weighted at 78.8%. Data obtained through the Metro City Health Office in 2020 at the Yosodadi Health Center obtained as many as 656 toddlers aged 1-5 years who were weighingObjective: To find out the relationship between work and work schedule with the body mass index of toddlers aged 1-5 years.Methods: This type of research is quantitative. The design in this study uses an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The population is mothers and children aged 3-5 years, which is then calculated using the Slovin formula to obtain 197 children. Sampling technique purposive sampling Analysis of univariate and bivariate data using the chi-square test.Results: working mothers as many as 107 respondents (54.3%)., standard work schedule is 8 hours per day as many as 109 respondents (55.3%), BMI is not ideal, namely < 18.5 and > 22.9 as many as 103 respondents ( 52.3%. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test obtained p-value = 0.000 (<α0.05), p-value = 0.085 (>α0.05).Conclusion: The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test obtained p-value = 0.000 (<α0.05) which means the relationship between mother's work and body mass index of toddlers aged 3-5. The p-value = 0.085 (>α0.05) means that there is no relationship between the mother's work schedule and the body mass index of children aged 3-5 years. Populasi adalah  ibu dan anak usia 3-5 tahun, yang kemudian dilakukan perhitungan sampel dengan rumus slovin didapat sebanyak 197 anak. Teknik sampling purposive sampling Analisa data univariat dan bivariat  menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil : ibu bekerja sebanyak 107 responden (54,3%)., jadwal kerja standar yaitu 8 jam per hari sebanyak 109 responden (55,3%), IMT tidak ideal yaitu < 18,5 dan > 22,9 sebanyak 103 responden (52,3%). Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square didapat nilai p-value = 0.000 (<α0.05), nilai p-value = 0.085 (>α0.05).Kesimpulan : Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square didapat nilai p-value = 0.000 (<α0.05) yang artinya ada hubungan pekerjaan ibu dengan  indeks massa tubuh balita usia 3-5. Nilai p-value = 0.085 (>α0.05) yang artinya tidak ada hubungan jadwal kerja ibu dengan  indeks massa tubuh balita usia 3-5 tahun. Disarankan kepada orang tua yang memiliki balita dengan status gizi kurus dan gemuk, harus lebih memperhatikan lagi mengenai pola asuh anak           Kata Kunci      : Pekerjaan Ibu Jadwal Kerja, Indeks Masa Tubuh Balita

Tuberculosis (TB), infection disease caused by M. tuberculosis, is a global challenge in health. TB can damage socially by causing stigma and isolation society also inflict financial loss. About 75% TB patients is productive ages economically (15-50 years old) and is estimated would lose working times 3-4 months and thus would lose their incomes about 20-30%. This study aims to determine the relation between incomes with the success of tuberculosis in treatment at Community Health Center of Johar Baru Central Jakarta in 2016. This study was done by analytical survey with cross sectional design. Population and sample are adult patients at Community Health Center of Johar Baru in 2016. Samples are selected using Simple Random Sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaires and crosschecked by looking at TB03 Card. Data was analyzed by using Chi Square test. There were 45 patients (80,4%) succeed in TB treatment and 32 patients (78%) have low incomes (<Regional minimum wage).  Results from statistical tests using Chi Square test obtained P value = 0.115 (>0.05). There is no relation between incomes with the success of Tuberculosis treatment on Tuberculosis patients in Community Health Center of Johar Baru Central Jakarta in 2016.

Maintenance of teeth in children was still lacking. Simplified Oral Hygiene Index (OHI-S) is influenced by the behavior of maintaining dental and oral health. This study aims to know relationship of the behavior of dental and oral health with the of OHI-S index grader V and VI in elementary school students 06 Gadut Agam 2016. This design study was of analytic with cross sectional method. The population of the research conducted in elementary  grade V and VI school students 06 Gadut Agam, sampling techniques with saturated sampling/research on population. Statistic analysis using Chi-square test. Research results showed the behavior of maintaining dental and oral health with criteria good enough 18 people (51.4%), criteria less 12 people (34.3%) and criteria very good 5 people (14.3%). Students who have an OHI-S middle index 33 people (94.3%) and good indexonly 2 people (5.7%). The results of statistical tests obtained value value = 0.002 (p-value ≤ 0.05) have a significant correlation between the behavior of maintaining dental and oral health with OHI-S index in elementary school students 06 Gadut Agam District . Behavior of dental and oral health can be described from the index of OHI-S. It is seen that students consuming sugary foods and sticky without rinse or brush their teeth.

Various aspects of human life are organized in Muslim community, including health problems. Islam highly upholds the health in which many people are deceived from such health. One of the efforts that can be done to maintain the health given by god is to implement clean and healthy living behavior in families, schools and others. This research was conducted at Mosque of Antang, Makassar. This research was conducted using Cross Sectional design. The sample used as many as 40 respondents; data analysis used is univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The results of statistical tests of hand washing orders and defecation obtained a value of p value of 0.000, and smoking prohibition obtained a value of p value of 0.001, the test results showed that there is a relationship between hand washing orders, defecation and smoking prohibition with clean and healthy living behavior, because the calculated value of P < α = 0.05. Based on the research, it can be concluded that clean and healthy living behavior of applied mosque antang is in the good category. Where they are washing their hands, make latrines and without smoking because of the encouragement of faith in their hearts, fear and obedience to the command of god and the magnitude of their love for the messenger. Therefore, it is expected through this research that the People of Indonesia to further increase faith and following to god and love and practice of the Messenger of God in daily life.

In 2016 Special Region of Yogyakarta was ranked 9th as the province with the highest number of people suffered from HIV/AIDS especially at Sleman regency. Globally, AIDS was the second leading cause of adolescents’s death aged of 10-19 years. The purpose of this study was to find out factors affecting the behaviour of the adolescents towards HIV/AIDS prevention. This research using with cross sectional study design. The sampling technique which used was stratified random sampling resulted in 59 respondents from 11th grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Sleman were selected as sample. Data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed using Chi-Square test and Multiple Logistic Regression. The result showed that most respondents 66,1% had sufficient knowledge. Students who showed supportive attitude was 54,2%. Information obtained were mostly from electronic media. Thirty one students (52,5%) showed a positive behaviour toward HIV/AIDS prevention. Chi-Square test’s result showed that factors significantly related to adolescent’s behaviour toward HIV/AIDS prevention were knowledge and attitude. Variables most affecting was attitude (p-value=0,008; PR=4,4; 95% CI=1,4-13,1).

Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious disease caused by the group of Mycobacterium bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. There are six countries with the highest number of TB incidents in the world, including Indonesia with a prevalence of 1,020 per 100,000 inhabitants located second after India. Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation of Tuberculosis External Monitoring Mission Team in 2008, the success of treatment is still low. Many factors that influence the success of tuberculosis treatment one of them is the level of knowledge. This study aims to see and prove whether there is a relationship of knowledge level to the success of treatment in patients with tuberculosis and done cross-sectional. The result of the research shows that there are 45 respondents (80,4%) and the knowledge level of the respondent has good knowledge, 22 people (39,3%) from 56 samples. From the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square test obtained P value> 0.05 is 0.069.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Pemalang Regency in 2017 is still high and happens a lot during childbirth time period (72%). One of the efforts for reducing MMR is the quality service of childbirth for the process of mother and baby recovery, early detection of complications, taking care of and referral of complications. The aim of the study is to determine and analyze the quality of the first childbirth service (KF1) and factors related to the service quality of first childbirth (KF1) by midwives at Health Centres in Pemalang Regency.Quantitative research method used cross sectional research type, sample selection by simple random sampling at 100 civil servant of midwives working period of at least three years in 14 health centres in each sub-district in Pemalang Regency. Data collections were done by questionnaires and observations, data analysis with chi-square statistical tests and multivariate with multiple logistic regression.Research results showed that the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) is lacking (53%), lacking motivation (54%), less reward (65%), less supervision (50%) and workload according to the standard (57%). Variables related to the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) are motivation (p-value = 0.018) and rewards (p-value = 0.003). While the variables not related to the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) are supervision (p-value = 0.229) and workload (p-value = 0.774). The factors that influence the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) are rewards (value p = 0.031 and OR = 3,466).Suggestions for improving the service quality of the first childbirth (KF1) are midwives have to be more optimal in giving childbirth care and health education, head of health centres can divide the tasks equally among all midwives, midwives in working have to create a positive attitude, the head of the health centres praises the success of childbirth care, the head of the health centres can allocate funds for the transportation of home visits, the implementation of supervision is carried out on a scheduled and routine for all midwives.
