Having the right potential as well as the desire to develop yourself, students or school is not possible in the absence of conditions that favor (self) development and development of entities and institutions. It is not just the material conditions that are extremely important; the immaterial space of school is more important, which is formed by the relations between the subjects based on fundamental human values. The subject matter discussed in the article is focused on the importance of the school development category and the entities operating in it. The text discusses selected work of researchers sensitizing to the possibilities and limitations of the development of schools that emphasize the importance of leadership and trust in school everyday life as those that significantly contribute to the improvement of schoolwork and efficiency increase. Teachers’ leadership is understood here as the essence and competence leading to development and trust as a value decisive for the moral space of the school, its culture conducive to learning.

Kebudayaan selain sebagai sebuah tatanan nilai, bahasa, ilmu pengetahuan, religi dan sistem mata pencaharian juga merangkum persoalan mekanisme penggunaan peralatan hidup berupa benda-benda yang dipergunakan dalam keseharian sekelompok masyarakat. Kebudayaan juga bicara soal benda/objek/artefak. Setiap kelompok dan lapisan masyarakat telah memahami bagaimana benda-benda tersebut bergerak pada wilayah fungsi dan simbol. Persoalan narasi dalam benda-benda keseharian akan menjadi menarik bila dijadikan sebagai subject matter penciptaan karya seni rupa. Sebagai sebuah upaya untuk melepaskan diri dari genre seni lukis still life yang melukis objek benda sehari-hari dengan pendekatan estetika formalistik, penulis kemudian memilih mendekonstruksi benda-benda keseharian tersebut dengan tujuan untuk memaknai ulang narasi kebendaan agar kontekstual dengansituasisosialdankulturalsaatini. Culture than as a value system, language, science, religion and livelihood systems also summarizes the problems of life equipment usage mechanism in the form of objects used in everyday life of a people. Culture is also about things/objects/artifacts. Each groups and walks of life have to understand how these objects moving in the area of the function and symbol. The issue of narration in everyday objects will become attractive when used as the subject matter of the creation of works of art. As an effort to break away from the genre of still life paintings, which is painted everyday objects with formalistic aesthetic approach, the authors then chose to deconstruct objects daily with the aim to redefine the narrative material to be contextual with the social and cultural situation today.

From the Marine Parade, Tankerton, Whitstable, looking East, one obtains a capital view of Tankerton Bay, Swalecliffe, in which my discoveries have been made which are to form the subject matter of this paper. The grassy cliff at Priest and Sow corner at the end of the road stands at 55 O.D. This height gradually declining round the arc of the bay, to die out entirely in the Long Rock occupying the middle distance and through which the Swalecliffe Brook discharges into the sea. Just beyond, a little to the right, are the disused Swalecliffe Brick Works, with Stud Hill and Hampton lying further back. To the left and edging the horizon, Herne Bay Pier is clearly discernable. The accompanying copy of (Plate I.) the 25-in. Ordnance map of this Tankerton Bay section gives the exact position of the 650 yards from the Parish Boundary Stone eastwards indicated thereon with a X in which are found the gravels and brick-earths which have proved so rich in archaeological treasure trove. The whole of this south-easterly directioned well-drained gently sloping ground, from the Priest and Sow corner to the Swalecliffe brook, forms an ideal camping site. Last April a paper was read by me before the Geological Association, at University College, London, entitled “An Examination of the Contents of the Brick Earths and Gravels of Tankerton Bay, Swalecliffe, Kent,” in which the geological aspect of this section was fairly exhaustively treated, so that in this particular it will be unnecessary for me to do more than give a brief summary of the results of that examination as to the relative age and stratigraphical sequence of the Drift material found here overlying the London Clay.

In this article, the issue of structural individualisation, which is one of the results of social modernisation, is adopted as the subject-matter. In the processes of individualisation, it is, first and foremost, the importance of an individual human being and matters relevant to their life, including the obligation to make constant choices in all the aspects of life, that is placed emphasis upon. In the aspect of values, the process of individualisation means transfer from values seen as responsibilities (related to duties) to values connected with self-fulfilment (self-development). The consequence of individualisation is the significant changes in the realm of morality: departing from traditional moral values and standards, permissivism and moral relativism, the destruction of normativity, and the secularisation of morality. On the other hand, it creates the opportunity to determine one's own moral choices and shapean autonomous moral personality.

The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of responsible character education based on school culture. A qualitative approach is taken in this investigation. An SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga sample was used in the analysis. In order to gather accurate information about the subject matter, the authors employ qualitative research methods, such as interviews and documentation. There are two ways to implement educational character education in the classroom: first, incorporate it into the school's curricula and rules, then spread the word to the students and staff. Character education for responsibility is carried out by incorporating the character of responsibility into self-development programs, subjects, and school culture. 2. This includes classroom and school-wide activities in which character values are taught and practiced. Students' attitudes are assessed as a means of evaluating responsibility character education.

The government has made many laws and regulations, but corruption issues cannot yet be controlled. Police and Prosecuting Attorney Institutions have not yet functioned effectively and efficiently in eradicating corruption. Therefore, the public hopes Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK)/the Corruption Eradication Commission eliminates the crime. KPK is considerably appreciated by the public due to Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT)/Red-handed Catch Operation to many government officials involved in bribery action, but the subject matter thereof is whether the OTT is in line with the fundamental consideration of KPK founding pursuant to Law Number 30 of 2002 as updated by the Law Number 19 of 2019 in order to increase the eradication of corruption crime causing the state's financial loss with respect to people welfare particularly KPK powers pursuant to the provision of Article 11 thereof, among others, specifying that KPK shall be authorized to conduct inquiry, investigation and prosecution on corruption crime related to the state financial loss of at least Rp 1,000,000,000 but in fact many OTTs performed by KPK have a value of hundred million Rupiah only and even there are any cases below Rp 100,000,000.-, and bribery action control through OTT being more dominant if compared to the state's financial corruption is not in line with the primary consideration of KPK founding, and similarly the OTT below 1 billion Rupiah doesn't conform to the provision of Article 11 thereof.

This chapter examines easements and how they relate to the content, acquisition and defences questions. Easement refers to the right of a landowner to enjoy a limited use of neighbouring land. An essential feature of an easement is the need for two pieces of land: the dominant land to which the benefit of the easement is attached and the servient land over which the easement is exercised. This chapter considers the four defining characteristics of an easement: there must be two distinct areas of land — dominant land and servient land; the dominant and servient land must be owned by diffrent people; the easement must ‘accommodate’ the dominant land; and the right must be capable of forming the subject matter of a grant. It also discusses the express creation vs. implied creation of an easement, along with defences that can defeat an easement.

This chapter discusses the characteristics of an easement: there must be a dominant and a servient tenement; the easement must accommodate the dominant tenement; the easement must be owned or occupied by different people; and an easement must be capable of forming the subject matter of a grant. All four characteristics must exist for a right claimed to be an easement. If any one of those is missing then the right is not an easement.

In the work of teaching secondary school mathematics in a large school where there are as many as twelve different divisions of the same subject, it would be very interesting and indeed very enlightening to see the different grades of work being done. Different teachers have their own pet ways of doing things, of presenting new matter, of conducting recitations, of drilling on old matter, of developing mathematical power in their pupils, etc. And yet they are all striving for the same results. The fact that one teacher's pupils consistently attain better results naturally should put a premium on that teacher's methods, and the work of the department would be improved if some of the other teachers would take a leaf out of the successful teacher's book. Students will often remark “So and So is a good teacher; I get a lot out of his class; he makes things clear; he has good discipline; he certainly gets the stuff over, etc.”An inspector visits the class, notes the attitude of the pupils, the personality and skill of the teacher, and oftentimes is familiar enough with the subject matter of the recitation to see if the pupils are catching and giving back the right things, and then grades the teacher as an Al man, for example. But does the opinion of the boys themselves or the visitor answer the question whether or not the teacher is successful in giving his subject to the pupils? Don't we need something more objective, more tangible, more exact on which to pin our faith? In general the supervisors are hitting it right, also the students, but we think we can do better.

This study aims to determine the effect of using the conflict cognitive strategies on students' cognitive learning achievements. This research is an experimental study using one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was 35 students of class X MIPA 7 at SMAN 2 Mataram. The conflict cognitive strategies are conditioned in research on the subject matter of Regular Straight Motion and Regular Changed Straight Motion. Measurement of cognitive learning outcomes using test instruments and given to students as pretest and posttest. The test instrument was previously validated by 2 (two) validators on the content and construct aspects. The validation results show that the test instrument has been declared valid on the content and construct aspects with a validity (Va) level of 4.12 and 4.00. The results showed that students' cognitive learning achievements improved after learning using the conflict cognitive strategies (mean of 3.49) significant (p <0.05). These results are also supported by the results of n-gain analysis of cognitive learning achievements of students after learning with a value of 0.74 with a high category so that it is declared effective to improve students' cognitive learning achievements.

Buffer solution is a material that requires a fairly high analysis withan understanding of concepts that must be understood by studentsand requires practice in everyday life. Oneeffective solution is to apply the learning model POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) oriented Chemoentrepreneurship. The aim of thisresearch was to evaluatethe influence of learning model POE(Predict-Observe-Explain) oriented Chemoentrepreneurship tounderstanding the concept and. This research was conducted inMAN 2 Praya, the population in this research was student of MIAclass XI, sample was taken by using saturated sampling technique.The design of this research is prettes-posttest control group design.The instruments used to measure conceptual understanding weremeasured using objective tests. Hypothesis testing was performed byusing One-Way ANOVA test with SPSS 15.0 for windows. Based onthe results of the study can be concluded that: Application oflearning model of POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) orientedChemoentrepreneurship influence to understanding student concept.This is evidenced by the sig value. of 0.00 < 0.05.
