By the use of digital cartographic visualization, a wide range of relevant data can be systematically integrated, presented and analyzed. In particular, this refers to the connection between thematic and topographic maps and their application in the study of the environment. The specific purpose of the map implies that in certain situations there is no clear difference between the thematic and topographic maps, that is, there is no clear boundary between the thematic and the topographic content of the representation. The paper points to the importance of modeling geoenvironmental data (topographic and thematic) for different scientific and practical research needs. Bearing in mind the global size of orienteering, the heterogeneity of the geoenvironment in which competitions and ways of orientation are organized, it is necessary to standardize this topic at the international level. The conducted experiment of cartographic modeling in the orienteering function has examined the possibilities of application of topographic inventory methods of geoenvironment for this purpose, the importance of using GPS devices for collecting geoenvironmental data and CAD software for cartographic visualization of the issues in question.

Digitalisation is the megatrend in healthcare, not only since the pandemic. We are two European digital health experts and industry leaders in the field of orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) and in this article we explored what are the underlying trends driving the adoption of digitalisation for customisation of prosthetics & orthotics. We showed that several trends in 3D image capture (input step), 3D modelling (processing step) and 3D printing (output step) currently converge and thus fuel the rapid transformation of the O&P industry. In short outlooks, we rated the probability and timing of adoption rates across the upcoming couple of years. We furthermore reviewed the impact of boundary conditions set by regulators as well as the reimbursement system. Towards the end of this article, we outlined a digital scenario of the near future by following around an orthotist during her work. We finished with a call-to-action targeting regulators, payors, prosthetists/orthotists, and patients to enable such a desirable future. The article examines the theoretical and methodological problems of euroregions. Theoretical and methodological foundations are studied through the prism of the role of regions in cross-border cooperation. Euroregions are the highest institutional form of cross-border cooperation. The role and place of euroregions in the system of cross-border cooperation are crucial. Currently, euroregions play an important role in creating favorable conditions for the development of relations between Ukraine and the EU. To do this, it is necessary to identify factors affecting the development of euroregional cooperation. Large-scale euroregional cooperation on the rights of free participation forms a kind of Free Trade Zones, where not only EU members, but also states that are members of euroregions (Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus) carry out their activities. But the most important thing is that large investments in the form of foreign direct investment are directed to these zones, which contributes to the recovery of these border areas and leads to the implementation of significant investment and integration projects in these territories. The development and implementation of fundamentally new approaches to the development of euroregions in Ukraine in the context of EU enlargement require radical changes in the geopolitical situation on the European continent and a change in the geopolitical status of euroregions after a large-scale expansion of the European Community. Today, Ukraine, adapting the pan-European principles of euroregional cooperation as much as possible, should not only use the generally accepted definitions and categories of cross-border cooperation as much as possible, but also implement them in detail. Thus, the new realities of an international nature in the XXI century in the context of the deepening and spread of the European integration process also determine the need for a qualitative change in the system of euroregional cooperation of Ukraine and the activation of the main subjects of cross – border relations-regions.

The new borders of Hungary in 1920 cut cities and agglomerations inducing their fallback, but the new situation favoured the creation of new functional centers. The closed boundaries after World War II resulted the development of spatial structures inside the national borders. At the same time, in Western Europe border urban areas organic development started, and they shaped cross-border agglomerations. The soundest example is the French-Belgian Lille cross-border metropolis. After the political changes, the cross-border cooperation based on real common socio-economic interest has become possible in Hungary. This processus is encouraged by the EU through its regional (Interreg, Espon) and urban (Urban, Urbact) programs. The analysis of cross-border agglomerations may be one of the axes of the Hungarian regional researches in the near future.

This article puts forward that there are diverse and sound grounds preventing the universal treaty regulating comprehensively the issues of legal protection from crossborder unfair competition by substantive norms from being worked out in the near future. The development of the universal unification of the conflict-of-law rules on the law applicable to the private relations arising out of unfair competition as a possible alternative is also proposed and substantiated. The authors give some possible reasons for the absence of such a treaty and demonstrate the results that have been achieved so far in this field. The concept of the Draft of the relevant Convention is drawn up. The conclusion is made that the latter needs to be centered on the lex mercatus as a single connecting factor (due to its advantages of predictability, account of the interests of the state where the effected market is situated etc.). Furthermore, the Convention should not provide for party autonomy, should set forth the detailed rules for the legal characterization of the basic terms of the Convention, including the scope of the applicable law as well as the public policy clause and the norms on the overriding mandatory provisions.

Article proceed to the territorial and population characterization stripe Estremadura, in the spatial context of the Euroregion Alentejo-Centro-Estremadura (EUROACE) to focus later in policies, plans and projects developed territorial stripe Estremadura for democratic self-government. Abstract The article discusses the issue of the necessity of obtaining informed consent from an individual who is to be a participant in an experiment. Codes of ethics concerning the behaviour of a psychologist fundamentally do not permit conducting experiments without informing their participants in advance that they will be conducted. Meanwhile, the act of obtaining prior consent (and thus of informing the study participant that they will be taking part in an experiment) can have a significant impact on results. The article describes an experiment in the field of social influence psychology during which one group was asked for their informed consent to participate in a study, while the second was simply presented with the main request (to sign a letter to the mayor about reducing the number of parking spaces for the disabled). The results demonstrate the strong influence of awareness that a study is being conducted on the decisions taken in the course of the experiment.
