Abstract At the present stage of airline development the most effective way to increase safety is to introduce a systematic approach to the management of the organization. The creation of a single integrated management system including the combination of resources will make it possible to maintain the necessary level of quality of aviation services with safety as a key indicator. The article offers a model of such an integrated management system for medium level airlines.

AbstractThe main aim of presented article is present methodology how sophisticated products as compressor equipment can be considered and analyzed as a complex technical system which consists of jointly operating components – a set of hardware, software, operational staff and documented information. In process modeling, these components can be in different processes of inputs, outputs, mechanisms (resources) or management. Based on the regulatory requirements for each component of the system, a key indicator efficiency can be identified. This will allow to control the process and make appropriate decisions to improve the system. The application of the proposed methodology for the development and implementation of an integrated management system reduce the cost of resources and significantly improve the quality of the implementation of processes.

Abstract Football is the most popular sport in the World and in Indonesia. However, it seems that at the moment many difculties and challenges occur in Indonesian sport industry that impede the development. Another problem that become serious issue is the dispute between Indonesian Football Association with the Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sports. The issue grows since there was an organizational problem within Indonesian League clubs from Surabaya and Malang East Java Indonesia. Based on some similar event abroad, those kinds of issues should be resolved with an integrated management system within Indonesian Football Club. Рассмотрен опыт внедрения интегрированной системы менеджмента на предприятии по производству мучных кондитерских изделий. Для повышения эффективности процессов управления и качества выпускаемой продукции предприятия выбран стандарт ИСО 9001. Требования стандарта позволяют на основании внедренной системы менеджмента качества создать и внедрить интегрированную систему менеджмента (ИСМ) предприятия, адаптированную к требованиям международных стандартов ИСО 9001–2015, ХАССП, МС ИСО 22000–2005, ИСО 14001–2015, ИСО 45001–2018. Для интеграции систем менеджмента предприятия выбрана аддитивная модель. В качестве основы для интеграции ко всем процессам применяли цикл PDCA. По результатам диагностического аудита определены риски предприятия: безопасность продукции, несчастные случаи и травматизм, опасность избыточных выбросов в атмосферу вредных веществ, образование твердых бытовых отходов. Составлен план мероприятий для устранения возможных рисков. На основе анализа рисков определены критические контрольные точки (ККТ) для полуфабрикатов и готовой продукции. Управление ККТ осуществляется посредством контроля над поставками сырья и лабораторными испытаниями его качества, отслеживания параметров производственного процесса на этапе приготовления глазури, обеспечения условий хранения готовой продукции (температура, сроки реализации) и надзора за санитарной обработкой складских помещений, проведения планово-предупредительного ремонта производственного оборудования. Внедрение ИСМ обеспечит кондитерскому предприятию гарантию качества выпускаемой продукции и стабильность развития производства. The experience of implementing an integrated management system at the enterprise for the production of flour confectionery products is considered. ISO 9001 is chosen to improve the efficiency of management processes and the quality of the company's products. The requirements of the standard allow on the basis of the implemented quality management system to create and implement an integrated management system (ISM) of the enterprise, adapted to the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, ISO 22000:2005, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. Additive model is chosen for integration of enterprise management systems. The PDCA cycle was applied to all processes as a basis for integration. According to the results of the diagnostic audit, the risks of the enterprise are determined: product safety, accidents and injuries, the danger of excessive emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, the formation of solid waste. A plan of activities to eliminate possible risks has been drawn up. Based on the risk analysis, critical control points (CCP) for semi-finished and finished products are determined. Management of CCP is carried out by means of control over deliveries of raw materials and laboratory tests of its quality, tracking of parameters of production process at the stage of preparation of glaze, guarantee conditions of storage of finished goods (temperature, terms of realization) and supervision of sanitary processing of warehouse, carrying out scheduled preventive repair of the production equipment. Introduction of ISM will provide to the confectionery enterprise a guarantee of quality of products and stability of development of production.

O trabalho faz uma apreciação dos problemas que afetam a gestão das unidades de conservação  estaduais com base na origem e na situação atual dos órgãos de meio ambiente. A divisão  de  responsabilidades entre a FEEMA e  o EF, a precariedade de verbas  de infraestrutura e de pessoal, praticamente inviabilizam a  formação de um  sistema estadual integrado de UCs. São apresentadas,  também, informações  acerca de investimentos  orçamentários e não orçamentários para o setor de conservação ambienta1 no estado. As  ingerências políticas que desviam verbas do Fundo Estadual de Conservação Ambienta1 -FECAM, representam um dos pontos negativos do sistema. Atualmente, algumas UCs no Rio de Janeiro têm recebido recursos oriundos de medidas compensatórias,  entretanto o problema da deficiência numérica  e da baixa qualificação de pessoal  das  instituições govemamentais, requer soluções urgentes. Abstract The present  work makes  an  assessment  of  the management  of  the  state's conservation units in Rio de Janeiro. The study consideres  the history and current situation of FEEMA and IEF, institutions  that manage the units. Low budgets, insufficient structure,  lack of  employees, etc. are the main  constraints for an  integrated management system. Budgets from WCAM have been applied out of nature conservation and now,  the main source is the financia1 compensation by  environmental impacting activities. There  is an urgent need  to increase the number and quality of  the conservation institutions staff.

The relevance of creating integrated management systems for enterprises in a digital transformation environment is proved. New approaches to improving the management system in accordance with the new European excellence model (EFQM 2020) and international standards for achieving sustainable success and risk management are described. Approach to the development of integrated management system model based on the new EFQM 2020 model and international standards such as ISO 9004:2018 and ISO 31000:2018 is offered.
