Abstract Upon visiting the existing literature on the subject of linear vs. circular economy, this paper finds that, the blueprint of the current economy is hardly sustainable by using the comparative benchmarking method that drained from literature. The intrinsic mechanics of the linear economy, by relying on the wasteful take - make - dispose flow, is detrimental to the environment, cannot supply the growing populace of our planet with essential services and it naturally leads to strained profitability. Elements of a plausible solution to the challenges have been around for decades, although they have only recently been compiled in to the conceptual framework of circular economy. The core ideas of Circular Economy are elimination of waste by design, respect for the social, economic and natural environment and resource-conscious business conduct. Built on the backbone of these principles, the circular economy has demonstrated to deliver tangible benefits and viability to address the economic, environmental and social challenges of our days.

AbstractThe many conflicts and racist expressions that often occur in Indonesia are evidence that in the social circle of the Indonesian nation there is still a narcissistic-egocentric spirit and how fragile multiculturalism-based national construction in Indonesia is. So it is not surprising that lately a sense of togetherness is no longer visible and cultural values are being blazed. So, to overcome these problems a special strategy is needed to solve these problems through various fields; social, economic, cultural and educational. In this regard, multicultural education offers an alternative through the application of educational strategies and concepts based on the use of diversity in society, especially those of students. Therefore, appropriate leadership is needed and is able to instill the core values of multicultural education in educational institutions. In turn, outputs generated from schools are not only competent in accordance with the discipline they occupy, but are also able to apply religious values in understanding and valuing the existence of followers of other religions and beliefsKeywords:  Multicultural, Islamic Education Leadership.

Today it is possible to speak about a postmodern sociology. It is based on the number of provisions reflecting the general level of social and humanitarian knowledge as well the provisions formulated on the ground of the theoretical studies analysis on postmodernism performed. In its diverse manifestations the postmodern paradigm essentially turns into an independent cognitive and theoretical-ideological entity that influences mainly the development of the already existing sociological concepts and arises their new models or modalities. The mono-city is the element of the self-organising social being fabric that is the subject of social synergies. The cognitive and heuristic element of joining social, economic and political problems and the prospects for the development of single-tooth cities can be classified as "fractal". The social world consists of many things that are the processes of formation, and in fact are fractals. The degradation of modern Russia in the social, political and economic sense is an indicator of the destruction of single-tooth cities in the conditions of the modern socio-demographic structure within the framework of the postmodern "end of history".

Historians have undertaken a number of specific investigations concerning the social, economic and geographic backgrounds, as well as their motives for emigrating, of those men and women who emigrated from England to Massachusetts, Virginia and Barbados during the course of the seventeenth century. While they have discussed the origins of the South Carolina charter, described the social and political status of the eight proprietors, dissected the Fundamental Constitutions, and examined the means by which the successful settlement of 1670 was organized, historians have neglected to explore the social backgrounds of those men who emigrated directly from England to South Carolina during the colony's initial decades of settlement. In contrast, not only the political but also the social and economic backgrounds of the Barbadian planters who colonized South Carolina have been the subject of a number of historical studies.

The paper presents an attempt to identify methodological problems in the research into the processes of globalization. Originally globalization was treated as a homogeneous process, leaving its impress on the ground of economic and social sciences. Later, however, scientists realized that globalization triggers a lot of processes, part of which are known, but many of which we are not aware of. In this context, it is more proper to write and talk not about globalization but about the processes of globalization. The author understands the processes of globalization as a whole of the processes which occur on the social- economic and political plane. The processes lighten mutual connections between countries, regions or single people, and their consequences. According to the author, the main problems in the research into processes of globalization are: problems with defining the subject of research, lack of proper methodology and methods of research, interdisciplinary problems and problems with objectivity of facts. The selection of proper research methods to conduct the research into the processes of globalization poses a lot of difficulties. They result from the fact that geography has worked out a lot of detailed research methods, used to describe quantitative phenomena, which are the essence of globalization, using qualitative methods. At this stage of research, the essence of globalization can be captured by using systematic approach in an idiographic sense.

In the literature disciplinary researches, e.g., physics, studied the behaviour of elements, such as particles, in a context provided with properties, e.g., electromagnetic and gravitational. This context is classically considered as field, i.e., a physical quantity associated to each point of space-time. Social sciences and psychology use the concept of Force Field introduced by the social psychologist Kurt Lewin (1890-1947) The Force Field or life space was assumed to be -in any individual or social group- changing with experience and intended as representation of the environment, personal values, emotions and goals. We may say the cognitive system combined with representations and stimuli of the environment. This short essay focuses on Architecture as design of structures able to represent and induce properties of the cognitive systems possessed by inhabitants as well their transformation processes relating to social processes in progress. The subject is studied by Environmental Psychology, in the conceptual framework of Space Syntax. On one hand, the structure of space created through Architecture both represents and induces the social field within which inhabitants behave. On the other hand, inhabitants behave by using such a social field. Within this conceptual framework we may hypothesise the existence of a process of self-architecture by social systems. We explore the coherence, in such social fields, between different aspects such as architecture, design, fashion, music and painting.

Text taken from the Introduction section of this thesis: The problem of vocational education is of sufficient importance to render unnecessary an explanation or apology for offering this dissertation on the subject. It is discussed in popular and educational magazines, and in educational, social, and industrial meetings. There is at present a general concensus of opinion that such education is needed, but no plan is generally accepted as to how this is to be secured. It is my purpose to deal with the administration of vocationai education as found in the United States, to investigate the social, economic, and industrial conditions of Missouri and to make a plan for industrial education in this state. The plan is to show the kinds of education and schools needed and the way in which these schools should be supported.

AbstractThe following study aims to identify new criteria of spatial arrangement, from the social, economic, political, legal and territorial situation in La Araucania region (Chile), where the is a conflict between the coexistent cultural and social structures: the Mapuche native people and the western society built from successive colonisation waves.
