Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh business center, lingkungan keluarga, dan self awareness terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa business center berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, self awareness berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, business center tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap self awareness, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. Selanjutnya mengenai pengaruh tidak langsung, business center tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self awareness dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self awareness. Saran yang diberikan siswa diharapkan semakin meningkatkan partisipasi dan keseriusannya dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan.   Thepurpose of this study wanted to know the influence of business center, family environment, and self awareness ofinterest in entrepreneurship students SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga.The research population amounted to all students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga Academic Year 2017/2018.Determination of sample size using Slovin formula. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression analysisand path analysis.The results of the description analysis found that interest in entrepreneurship in the high category, business center in the category of support, family environment in the category of support, and self awareness in the category high enough. The result of the research shows that business center have positive effect to entrepreneurship interest, family environment has no positive effect to entrepreneurship interest, self awareness have positive effect to entrepreneurship interest, business center has no positive effect to self awareness, and family environment have positive effect to entrepreneurship interest. Furthermore about the indirect influence, business center has no positive effect on entrepreneurship interest through self awareness and family environment have a positive effect on entrepreneurship interest through self awareness.Suggestions givenby students are expected to increase their participation and seriousness in activities related to entrepreneurship.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence academic fraud behavior of students of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. The population in this study is all students of class XI Accounting at SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya academic year 2016-2017 which amounted to 116. Determination of samples using Slovin technique obtained sample size as much as 90. Data analysis used is path analysis withSPSS 23. The results of this study indicated that pressure does not affect academic fraud behavior. Opportunity and rationalization have a positive effect on the academic fraud behaviors of the students of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.

This study aims to examine the factors that have an influence on tax compliance in PGS Surakarta because tax compliance in Surakarta is still low, especially for MSMEs. The independent variables used in this study are variables of tax understanding, tax awareness, tax amnesty, taxpayer attitudes, and tax sanctions on tax compliance. The population of this study were all MSMEs in PGS Surakarta. Meanwhile, the determination of the number of samples in this study used random sampling with 60 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is to use a questionnaire and data analysis methods using multiple regression with analysis tools using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of tax understanding and tax amnesty have an effect on MSME tax compliance in PGS Surakarta. Meanwhile, tax awareness variables, taxpayer attitudes, and tax sanctions have no effect on taxpayer compliance at PGS Surakarta.

This research is motivated by the low attitude of the students participating in the PMW (Student Entrepreneurial Program) in running a business, this is presumably because it has something to do with the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training held by UPKK UNP properly. This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training; 2) describe the attitudes of PMW participants in running a business; and 3) see the relationship between the Smart Entrepreneur Model Training and the attitudes of PMW participants in running a business. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population of this study were all participants of the Smart Entrepreneur Model training, totaling 85 students. While the research population was 43 students who were taken using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale with data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product-moment correlation. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training had not been carried out properly, (2) The attitude of the PMW participant students in running a business was relatively low, (3) There was a significant relationship between the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training and the attitude of PMW participants in running a business. It is recommended to UPKK UNP as the organizer of the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) Training to improve and further improve the implementation of the training to improve students' abilities in entrepreneurship and to PMW participating students to be more active in participating in training so that knowledge and knowledge in entrepreneurship will increase.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-awareness variables on entrepreneurial interest in students in the city of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is the SEM-PLS analysis through the Warp PLS 6.0 program. Data collection techniques by conducting surveys through a questionnaire distributed to respondents by purposive sampling. The population in this study were all students in the city of Surabaya who were taking and who had passed an entrepreneurship course, so the sample determined in this study were 100 students in the city of Surabaya who were making and who had passed an entrepreneurship course with active status. This research is classified as quantitative research. This study provides findings that the variables of entrepreneurship education and self-awareness have a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Also, entrepreneurship education variables affect the interest in entrepreneurship through self-awareness.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of convenience, trust and price on comfort of islamic economics and business faculty students online shopping with as-salam contract.This type of research is kuantitatif recearch. The samples in this study were 85 respondens from students have been shopping online with as-salam contract The sampling tecnique using simple random sampling . methods of data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that in the F test of regression conducted found that all variables that include convenience,trust and price simultaneously positive and significant effect  the comfort online shopping with as-salam contract. While the results of t tests conducted that partially influential variables are the convenience and price positive and significant effect agains comfort online shopping with as-salam contract, while the partial trust variables have positive effect so not significant on comfort online shopping with as-salam contract.

This research is based on the sewing activity at PKBM Anarvani which is taught directly by the instructor. By the existence of the work of the sewing clothes of the learners, it creates the cooperation between some fashion Muslim shops with PKBM Anarvani. So that, there must be the order of fashion Muslim to the PKBM Anarvani. The type of fashion muslim order  which is famous in community and documented in PKBM Anarvani are the works that showed by the cooperation of PKBM Anarvani, then the marketing is done through social media like facebook, instagram, whatsapp, or even others social media. The type of research is quantitative research. The population of the research is the participants of the training for 20 people. The sampling technique in this research is purposive random sampling. The data collection is using questioner and its data analysis formulated by the percentage. The result of the research shows: the planning of the sewing work’s marketing is in good category, the determination of label’s product and price are in good category, the promotion activity which is done in the sewing work’s marketing is in good category, the distribution in the sewing work’s marketing is in good category.Key word: The Marketing of the Sewing Work

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the effect of linguistic intelligence on news listening skills; 2) the effect of interest in learning on news listening skills; 3) the influence of linguistic intelligence and interest in learning on news listening skills. A research method is the expostfacto correlation method. The research population was all SMP IT Al-Anis Sukoharjo academic year 2020/2021. The research sample is some students of SMP IT Al-Anis Sukoharjo taken by random sampling. Techniques Data collection using documentation and questionnaires. The results are 1) the influence of linguistic intelligence on news listening skills is positive and significant. It means that if students have a high level of linguistic intelligence, they can improve their listening skills well; 2) the effect of interest in learning on news listening skills is positive and significant. It means that if students have a high interest in learning, the students' news listening skills are also good; 3) there is an influence of linguistic intelligence and students' interest in learning on news listening skills, which means that there has been a correlation between linguistic, intelligence, and interest in learning (independent variable) with news listening skills (dependent variable).

This study aimed to describe the value of cohesion and coherence contained in the translation of the Qur'an surah Al Zalzalah. This study was a qualitative descriptive research, research data collection techniques using three techniques namely, inventory, rading and understanding, and record keeping. The data analysis used the coding of data, classification data, and the determination of the data. The results showed that the cohesion markers used in the translation of surah Al Zalzalah discourse are: 1) reference, 2) pronouns, ie pronouns second person, and third, the relative pronoun, the pronoun pointer, pen pronouns and pronouns owner, 3 ) conjunctions, namely temporal conjunctions, coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, and conjunctions koorelatif, and 4) a causal ellipsis. It mean that there was a coherence in the translation of surah Al Zalzalah discourse are: the addition or addition, pronouns, repetition or repetition, match words or synonyms, in whole or in part, a comparison or ratio of conclusions or results. Keywords: Cohesion, Coherence, sura Al Zalzalah AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai kohesi dan koherensi yang terdapat dalam terjemahan Al-Qur’an surah Al Zalzalah. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tiga teknik yakni, inventarisasi, baca simak, dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengodean data, pengklasifikasian data, dan penentuan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemarkah kohesi yang digunakan dalam wacana terjemahan surah Al Zalzalah adalah: 1) referensi, 2) pronomina, yaitu kata ganti orang kedua, dan ketiga, kata ganti penghubung, kata ganti penunjuk, kata ganti penanya dan kata ganti empunya, 3) konjungsi, yaitu konjungsi temporal, konjungsi koordinatif, konjungsi subordinatif, dan konjungsi koorelatif, dan 4) elipsis kausal. Sarana koherensi yang terdapat di dalam wacana terjemahan surah Al Zalzalah adalah: penambahan atau adisi, pronomina, pengulangan atau repetisi, padan kata atau sinonim, keseluruhan atau bagian, komparasi atau perbandingan simpulan atau hasil.Kata Kunci: Kohesi, Koherensi, surah Al Zalzalah

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>
