The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the effect of linguistic intelligence on news listening skills; 2) the effect of interest in learning on news listening skills; 3) the influence of linguistic intelligence and interest in learning on news listening skills. A research method is the expostfacto correlation method. The research population was all SMP IT Al-Anis Sukoharjo academic year 2020/2021. The research sample is some students of SMP IT Al-Anis Sukoharjo taken by random sampling. Techniques Data collection using documentation and questionnaires. The results are 1) the influence of linguistic intelligence on news listening skills is positive and significant. It means that if students have a high level of linguistic intelligence, they can improve their listening skills well; 2) the effect of interest in learning on news listening skills is positive and significant. It means that if students have a high interest in learning, the students' news listening skills are also good; 3) there is an influence of linguistic intelligence and students' interest in learning on news listening skills, which means that there has been a correlation between linguistic, intelligence, and interest in learning (independent variable) with news listening skills (dependent variable).

Abstrak. Pokok masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kegiatan User Education bagi Mahasiswa Baru sebagai pemustaka dalam mengakses sumber-sumber informasi (resources). Kegiatan User Education diukur oleh tiga sub variabel yaitu pengetahuan mengenai berbagai sumber informasi, pemanfaatannya, dan kedisiplinan pemustaka. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah  mahasiswa baru  FPMIPA Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive Random Sampling, dengan rumus Yamane. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 88 orang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala Likert yang dibagi menjadi 5 kategori. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan User Education dapat digambarkan bahwa pengetahuan mengenai sumber-sumber  pada mahasiswa baru FPMIPA dalam kategori cukup baik, untuk pemanfaatan sumber-sumber oleh mahasiswa baru  FPMIPA dalam kategori cukup baik, dan untuk kedisiplinan pemustaka pada mahasiswa baru FPMIPA dengan kategori baik. Kata Kunci  : UserEducation, Pemustaka, Resources, Kedisiplinan, Pengetahuan.Abstract. Background to the present study is the knowledge of students to maximize their search to find information from the resources available. Issue to the topic of discussion includes facts on interrelation between User Education and accesibility. User Education is measured by three  variables, namely user's knowledge on resources, benefiting of the resources, and user disciplinary. The population of this study is all newly Enrolled Student of FPMIPA, Indonesia University of Education batch of 2014 academic year, with samples taken as many as 88 students. Sampling techniques used is  Purposive  Random   Sampling   with   Yamane  Formula.   The   research   method  used  descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used questionnaires with closed Likert scale of five categories. In terms of user'sused  descriptive method with quantitative approach. In terms of user's resources knowledge on resources of the newly enrolled student FPMIPA  falls into the category of sufficient when benefiting the resources. AbstrakTujuan yang diharapkan dalam studi ini ialah mengetahui pengaruh langsung positif kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Metode studi yang digunakan ialah asosiatif kausal dengan melakukan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada studi ini ialah semua siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya yang mempelajari ekonomi sejumlah 251 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil random sampling, sampel studi ini ialah siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya sejumlah 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada studi ini memanfaatkan angket untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru dan nilai PTS untuk mengetahui hasil belajar. Berlandaskan hasil uji t (Parsial) studi ini memperlihatkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci : Persepsi Siswa Tentang Kompetensi Guru, Hasil Belajar AbstractThe expected goal in this study is to know the positive direct effect of teacher competence on the learning outcomes of class XI students on economic subjects in Surabaya 15 High School in the academic year 2018/2019. The research method used is associative causal by carrying out a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class XI Surabaya 15 High School who studied the economy of 251 students. Based on the results of random sampling, the sample of this study was students of class XI MIPA 2 Surabaya 15 High School numbering 35 students. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire to determine students perceptions of teacher competence and PTS scores to find out the learning outcomes. Based on the results of the t test (Partial) this study shows that students perceptions of teacher competence have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.Keywords: Student Perception About Teacher Competence, Learning Outcomes

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kemampuan berhitung dan kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Populasi penelitian seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika IKIP PGRI Pontianak yang mengambil mata kuliah Trigonometri tahun akademik 2017/2018 sebanyak 100 orang yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelas yaitu kelas AP, BP, dan CP. Sampel adalah mahasiswa kelas AP dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan menghitung, menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar, dan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri dalam bentuk esai yang terdiri dari 5 butir soal untuk masing-masing tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji parametrik. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kemampuan berhitung terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 23,4%; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 19,9%; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif secara bersama-sama antara kemampuan berhitung dan kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 29%.</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research aims to measure the effect of the ability to count and to simplify the form of algebra on the ability to solve Trigonometric problems. The research method was descriptive with a form of relationship study research. The research population was all students of Mathematics Education of IKIP PGRI Pontianak taking Trigonometry courses in the academic year 2017/2018 were 100 people divided into 3 classes, namely AP, BP, and CP classes. Samples are AP class students with a cluster random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used the ability to calculate tests, simplify the form of algebra, and solve Trigonometry problems in the form of essays consisting of 5 items for each test. Data analysis techniques used parametric. The results of the research: (1) There is a positive influence between the ability to count on the ability to solve Trigonometry problems by 23.4%; (2) There is a positive influence between the ability to simplify the form of algebra to the ability to solve Trigonometry problems by 19.9%; and (3) There is a positive influence jointly between the ability to count and the ability to simplify the form of algebra on the ability to solve trigonometric problems by 29%.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p>

Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh business center, lingkungan keluarga, dan self awareness terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa business center berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, self awareness berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, business center tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap self awareness, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. Selanjutnya mengenai pengaruh tidak langsung, business center tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self awareness dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self awareness. Saran yang diberikan siswa diharapkan semakin meningkatkan partisipasi dan keseriusannya dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan.   Thepurpose of this study wanted to know the influence of business center, family environment, and self awareness ofinterest in entrepreneurship students SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga.The research population amounted to all students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga Academic Year 2017/2018.Determination of sample size using Slovin formula. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression analysisand path analysis.The results of the description analysis found that interest in entrepreneurship in the high category, business center in the category of support, family environment in the category of support, and self awareness in the category high enough. The result of the research shows that business center have positive effect to entrepreneurship interest, family environment has no positive effect to entrepreneurship interest, self awareness have positive effect to entrepreneurship interest, business center has no positive effect to self awareness, and family environment have positive effect to entrepreneurship interest. Furthermore about the indirect influence, business center has no positive effect on entrepreneurship interest through self awareness and family environment have a positive effect on entrepreneurship interest through self awareness.Suggestions givenby students are expected to increase their participation and seriousness in activities related to entrepreneurship.

This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer. This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

ABSTRAK Indikator D/S di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Saguling Desa Cipangeran pada tahun 2016 menunjukkan masih rendahnya kunjungan balita dalam kegiatan posyandu dengan rata-rata hanya memcapai 41,5%, sedangkan target standar palayanan kota jumlah D/S yaitu 85%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keteraturan ibu dalam mengunjungi Posyandu dari faktor pengetahuan di Desa Cipangeran Kecamatan Saguling Kabupaten Bandung Barat tahun 2017. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi seluruh balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Saguling tahun 2016 sebanyak 424 ibu balita, besar sampel yang diambil 81 ibu balita, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Sampel Random Sampling, pengumpulan data dengan hasil kuesioner berisi pertanyaan untuk mendapatkan data yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian pengetahuan ibu balita didapatkan hampir setengah berada dikategori cukup yaitu 47 ibu balita (58%), namun masih ada ibu balita yang memiliki pengetahuan baik yaitu 18 ibu balita (22%), dan ibu balita yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang yaitu 16 ibu balita (20%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu balita yang tidak teratur dalam mengunjungi Posyandu di Desa Cipangeran Kecamatan Saguling Kabupaten Bandug Barat hampir setengah ibu balita berpengetahuan cukup. ABSTRACT The D / S indicator in the working area of ​​Saguling Public Health Center of Cipangeran Village in 2016 indicates that the low number of toddler visits in posyandu activities reaches an average of 41.5%, while the standard target for city / city is 85%. The purpose of this study is to determine the regularity of mothers in visiting Posyandu from knowledge factor in Cipangeran Village, Saguling District, West Bandung regency in 2017. This research method using analytical method with cross sectional approach. The data used is primary data.The population of all toddlers in the working area of Saguling Publich Health Center in 2016 were 424 mother, the sample size was 81 mother, using Random Sampling , data collection with questionnaires containing questions to obtain data related to the variables studied. The result of the research of the knowledge of the mother of the toddler is almost sufficient, namely 47 mothers (58%),but there are still mother who have good knowledge that is 18 mother of toddler (22%) and mother with less knowledge that is 16 mother of balita (20%). The conclusion of the research is the level of knowledge of irregular mother in visiting Posyandu in Cipangeran Village, Saguling, of West Bandung district, almost half of the toddler are knowledgeable enough.

This study aims to: (1) find out the misconceptions experienced by students in the material of similarity and congruence by using three-tier diagnostic tests based on open-ended questions. (2) find out the large percentage of students' misconceptions on the similarity and congruence material using a three-tier diagnostic test based on open-ended questions. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The data collection instruments used were clinical interviews and three-tier diagnostic tests based on open-ended questions. This study was conducted in the SMP Negeri 2 Palimanan. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling techniques so that 33 students were selected from 330 students. The results of the analysis of the three-tier diagnostic test based on open-ended questions showed that (1) the misconceptions that occurred in the material of similarity and congruence of 2D shapes included pure misconceptions, false positives, and false negatives. (2) the percentage of misconceptions experienced in the material of similarity and congruence 2D shapes as a whole was 50.2% with a large percentage of pure misconceptions 32.4%, false-positive 15.6%, and false-negative 2.2%

The study entitled "Improving teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans through ongoing academic supervision in SMP (Public Middle Schools) Negeri 2 Sabang" raised the issue of whether through continuous academic supervision it can improve teacher competence in preparing syllabi and lesson plans. This study aims to improve the competence of teachers in Sabang 2 Public Middle School in preparing syllabus and lesson plans. The subjects of this study were teachers of Sabang 2 Public Middle School in the 2016/2017 academic year, totaling 13 teachers, consisting of 10 PNS teachers and 3 non PNS teachers. The method used is the school action research method. Data collection is done by test and observation techniques. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the first cycle 31% of teachers obtained the appropriate syllabus and lesson plan and were considered good and in cycle 2 there were 100% of teachers who had syllabus and lesson plans that were appropriate and considered good. The conclusion of this research is that through ongoing academic supervision scientifically proven to improve teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans.
