This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-awareness variables on entrepreneurial interest in students in the city of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is the SEM-PLS analysis through the Warp PLS 6.0 program. Data collection techniques by conducting surveys through a questionnaire distributed to respondents by purposive sampling. The population in this study were all students in the city of Surabaya who were taking and who had passed an entrepreneurship course, so the sample determined in this study were 100 students in the city of Surabaya who were making and who had passed an entrepreneurship course with active status. This research is classified as quantitative research. This study provides findings that the variables of entrepreneurship education and self-awareness have a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Also, entrepreneurship education variables affect the interest in entrepreneurship through self-awareness.

The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan perpajakan pajak hotel dan restoran secara bersama terhadap pendapatan di Kota Batam pada tahun 2012-2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan realisasi pajak hotel dan pajak restoran tahun 2012-2014. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pajak hotel variabel parsial namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan. (2) pajak restoran sebagian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan (3) pajak atas pajak hotel dan restoran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan,Kata kunci: kontribusi pajak hotel, kontribusi pajak restoran, pendapatan daerah.The purpose of this research is (1) To know the effect of the contribution of tax revenue to local revenues hotel in the city of Batam years 2012-2014. (2) To determine the influence of the contribution of tax revenue to local revenue restaurants in the city area of Batam years 2012-2014. (3) To determine the influence of the contribution of tax revenue the hotel and restaurant taxes jointly on revenue in the city of Batam in 2012-2014.This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This research was conducted by considering the inconsistency of research results regarding the influence of independence, professionalism and accounting information systems on the performance of the Supervisory Body as the internal controller of the LPD by moderating the organizational culture of Tri Hita Karana. The sample in this study amounted to 35 LPDs in Denpasar City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that independence has a positive effect on the performance of LPD supervisors, professionalism and SIA have no effect on supervisor performance, the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of independence. on LPD staffing performance, and tri-black culture because it has not been able to moderate the influence of professionalism and BSM on the performance of LPD supervisors in Denpasar City. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between financial behavior based on income, financial literacy and a personal lifestyle. This study uses primary data through a data collection process by distributing questionnaires online (using Google Forms) among the total of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used here is SPSS, version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between financial literacy variables and financial behavior. Meanwhile, income and lifestyle variables seem to have no influence on financial behavior.

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction from customers that arise after using or consuming a product / service. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotion and quality influence Grab customer satisfaction in Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the effect of promotion and service quality on Grab service satisfaction in Denpasar City is partially and simultaneously significant.

AbstractThis research aimed to examine empirically the effect of morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate on the intention of whistleblowing of Regional Revenue Agency of East Java Province, city of Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 112 employees as sample. However, only 103 employees who returmed the questionnaires, Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 16. The research result concluded morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate had positive effect on the intention of whistleblowing. This fact could be seen from the morale intensity which used as behavior control in having intention of whistleblowing. In addition, professional commitment or high dedication on its profession based on the ethics standard could be used in order to avoid the fraud. In other words, the higher the fraud seriousness rate, the more intensity of whistleblowing would occur. Keywords: Fraud seriousness rate; Moral intensity; Professional commitment, Whistleblowing.  Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Kajian dilakukan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Timur Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 112 sampel, namun hanya 103 sampel kuesioner yang lengkap dan layak diujikan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan IBM SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral dapat menjadi kontrol perilaku dalam mengambil keputusan untuk whistleblowing. Selain itu, komitmen profesional atau rasa dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap profesinya seiring dengan standar etika dapat mengambil sikap untuk menghindari adanya kecurangan yang terjadi dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga akan meningkatkan niat untuk melakukan whistleblowing. menunjukkan bahwa besar dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga dan bahkan pada negara, maka tentunya hal ini yang semakin mendorong setiap karyawan untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing karena baginya, perusahaan akan terkena dampak berupa kerugian yang bersifat besar dan seriusKatakunci: Intensitas moral; Keseriusan kecurangan; Komitmen profesional; Whistleblowing.

Customer loyalty is customer loyalty to companies, brands and products, where this loyalty is influenced by various factors such as marketing mix, product, price, location and promotion and influenced by brand image as a moderating variable. This study aims to explain the effect of product, price, location and promotion on Zoya customer loyalty with brand image as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research  and the method to determine the sample is the Lemeshow formula with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data is obtained by distributing questionnaires that have been structured to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is the MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). The results showed that as partially the product had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by 22.3%, the price had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by 35.7%, the location did not affect customer loyalty and promotion had a positive effect and significant to customer loyalty of 21.1%. The prices, locations and promotions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. And products, prices, locations and promotions have a positive effect on customer loyalty by moderating the brand image in Zoya Medan Branch.
