The changes of curriculums always refer to a philosophical thought (idea) and various basic considerations adopted by the schools. The purpose of this study is to fnd out how the implementation of curriculum development in vocational schools is viewed from the aspect of the foundation of curriculum development. The study was carried out with a survey research design. the research sites are in Vocational Schools in Central Java Province. Data collection technique using questionnaires. Quantitative data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Whereas qualitative data was interpreted qualitatively to reveal the meaning. The results showed that the curriculum development process in vocational schools was appropriate and already used the foundations of curriculum development. We also found that there was several supports from various stakeholders but still limited, the curriculum development assistance process was not optimal because each school does no has special resources to develop an appropriate and contextual curriculum from curriculum expert. At least we found various problems on the development of school curriculum such as the lack of stakeholder involvement, the poor quality of human resources and the assistance of the curriculum development that are still limited. Abstrak Perubahan dari setiap kurikulum senantiasa mengacu pada suatu pemikiran flosofs (ide) dan berbagai dasar pertimbangan tertentu yang dianut oleh satuan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) ditinjau dari aspek landasan pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan desain penelitian survei. Tempat penelitian di SMK di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data yang bersifat kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan data yang bersifat kualitatif akan diinterpretasikan secara kualitatif untuk mengungkap makna yang tersirat di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan kurikulum di satuan pendidikan SMK telah sesuai dan menggunakan landasan pengembangan kurikulum, terdapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder namun masih terbatas, proses pendampingan kurikulum belum maksimal karena di tiap sekolah tidak ada sumber daya khusus ahli pengembang kurikulum. Berbagai permasalahan dalam pengembangan kurikulum sekolah seperti terbatasnya keterlibatan stakeholder, kualitas sumberdaya manusia dan pendampingan kurikulum yang masih terbatas. This study was aimed at analyzing the competencies that are provided and the relevance of graduate competence of vocational schools to work in the construction industry. The evaluation study used was a discrepancy model by identifying gaps between the needs of construction industry competencies and the competencies of Building Engineering graduates. The objects of the study were company owners, heads of the Human Resources Department, and head of the Building Engineering Expertise Program. The data were retrieved using a questionnaire with 60 open statements. The instruments were prepared based on the Director General of Secondary Education Decree Number 7013/D/KP/2013 which is adjusted to the theory of competence and competency of the pre-survey results. The data then were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study showed that industry requires seven attitude competencies, seven knowledge competencies, and six skills competencies. Industrial competency requirements that are relevant to the competencies supplied by Vocational Schools are six attitude competencies, five knowledge competencies, and one skill competency with a level of relevance in the high category which shows that vocational school graduates are competent to work in the construction industry.RELEVANSI KOMPETENSI LULUSAN SMK TEKNIK BANGUNAN UNTUK BEKERJA DI INDUSTRI KONSTRUKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi yang dibekalkan dan tingkat relevansi kompetensi lulusan Sekolah Memengah Kejuruan (SMK) Teknik Bangunan untuk bekerja di industri jasa konstruksi. Penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model diskrepansi dengan mengidentifikasikan kesenjangan antara kebutuhan kompetensi industri konstruksi dan kompetensi lulusan Teknik Bangunan. Objek penelitian adalah pemilik perusahaan, kepala Human Resources Departement (HRD), dan kepala Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 60 pernyataan terbuka. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Menengah Nomor 7013/D/KP/2013 yang disesuaikan dengan teori kompetensi dan kompetensi hasil prasurvei. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi yang sangat dibutuhkan industri adalah tujuh kompetensi sikap, tujuh kompetensi pengetahuan, dan enam kompetensi keterampilan. Kebutuhan kompetensi industri yang relevan dengan kompetensi yang dibekalkan SMK adalah enam kompetensi sikap, lima kompetensi pengetahuan, dan satu kompetensi keterampilan dengan tingkat relevansi dalam kategori tinggi yang menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK kompeten untuk bekerja di industri konstruksi.

 Klaten Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java province that has a regional character that is vulnerable to several natural disasters. Two potential disasters that have been known to the wider community, even internationally, are the eruption of Merapi and earthquake. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of Muhammdiyah Middle School in the Wedi District of Klaten Regency for the Implementation of the Disaster Preparedness School and to find out the efforts of the Muhammadiyah Middle School in the Wedi District of Klaten Regency to support disaster preparedness in schools. The method of data analysis in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the level of readiness of students and teachers of Muhammadiyah Middle School and Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools, especially the high level Wedi sub-district in the sense that the school was ready for the implementation of disaster preparedness schools, even though they did not meet the procedures for disaster preparedness schools. As an effort, these schools still have very little effort in disaster preparedness due to factors in human resources that lack knowledge of disasters.

This research is motivated by the problems there is the number of poor people in Central Java who live in the houses not livable. Therefore, Central Java Provincial Government made a Housing Development Program for Poor Households. Central Java province has been conducting monitoring and evaluation of the program, but is only the aspect of a physicaly output, whereas according to the concept Tridaya that housing construction should also touching the social and economic conditions of society, so the researchers are interested in conduct research on how the influence of the development program of housing for poor households to the socio-economic condition of society in Kelurahan Sawah Besar, Kecamatan Gayamsari Kota Semarang. The research methodology used in this study is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis with nonparametric statistical methods using statistical test of Wilcoxon different test as well as the influence of the Pearson correlation test using SPSS version 20. The conclusion is the average percentage of target accuracy analysis is based on the condition of households amounted to 31.50%, while the results of the analysis target accuracy of the condition of the house building is at 68.75 %. As a result of the implementation of the program is able to improve the physical condition by 55%, improving social conditions by 45%, but the economic outlook has decreased by 10%, due to a decrease in variable levels of spending, which is caused by the number of respondents who went into debt in the implementation of development / repair their house. Therefore, the need for revisions or changes in the criteria determining the target households, using of local wisdom, which is expected to generate empowerment in its implementation so as to avoid people from debt problems.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the flipped classroom learning model in distance learning to increase participation in science learning at SMP Negeri 1 Gangga. This research method used descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were class IX.2 as many as 28 people. This research data collection technique used observation sheets, documentation, and tests. While the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate an increase in student participation in taking part in distance learning using the Flipped Classroom model, namely 10 people in week 1, 15 weeks 2, 22 weeks 3 and 24 people in week 4, while 4 other people join the study. outside the network. Furthermore, with regard to student responses, it shows that before the implementation of distance learning using the Flipped Classroom learning model as many as 50% of students are not happy, as many as 31% of students are not happy, and 17% of students are quite happy with distance learning. However, after using the Flipped Classroom learning model, 25% of students were unhappy, 25% of students were less than happy, 35% of students were happy, and 14% were very happy with distance learning.

The purpose of this research is to analyze human resource management in improving the quality of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh (ZIS) management at LAZISMU Purbalingga. This research is qualitative non-experimental (descriptive) research and uses phenometric approach. This research was executed at the Lembaga Amil Zakat Infak Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) Purbalingga, Central Java. The source of this research is the director of LAZISMU, The Employees, and some people who paid the ZIS at LAZISMU Purbalingga. Researchers act as instruments as well as data collectors. Other instruments are also used to support in completing data research. In this study, researchers used interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique is divided into several steps including data collection, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed there are two types of employees at LAZISMU Purbalingga. First the employee or permanent employee, the second is the voluntary employee. The process of human resource management there are several stages, starting from the process of Recruitment, Placement, Coaching and Training, and Human Resources Evaluation. There is a uniqueness of the stages of human resources management compared to organizations and companies in general. ZIS management at LAZISMU Purbalingga is applied into various fields of activities. First the areas of education, economics, health, social and da'wah, and teh last is construction branch. Each areas has its own advantages and is certainly applied in activities that have many benefit for people.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness profile of floating net cage aquaculture in Indonesia. The research was conducted in February – June 2021 at the Directorate General of Aquaculture, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. The data collection method used in this study is the literature survey method. Primary data in the form of questionnaires with expert judgment respondents as many as 13 people consisting of 11 Lecturers of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Padjadjaran University, and 2 employees of the Directorate General of Aquaculture, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the proportion of competitiveness of floating net cage aquaculture fisheries. Secondary data in the form of statistical data on floating net cage aquaculture in 2017 was obtained from the Directorate General of Aquaculture, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that Central Java Province which was supported by facilities and infrastructure variables, West Java Province which was supported by human resources and production variables, and North Sulawesi Province which was supported by science and technology variables were in the top three with very high competitiveness category, while the Riau Islands Province and the Bangka Belitung Islands Province are in the bottom two ranks with the low competitiveness category.

This study aims to: (1) Determine the level of forearm pass skills in volleyball learning in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis method, with the calculation of the study population used as research samples based on calculations in the form of numbers with statistical calculations. The population of this research is 30 students. The data collection technique in this study is a data processing technique that looks at the data analysis of forearm pass skills. The implementation in this study used was to provide an assessment in the form of time used during the test of forearm pass skills in volleyball and observing the implementation of the tests given, after which it was converted to T-score data to see the categories of volleyball forearm pass skills in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City. From the results of the research analysis carried out, namely: 13 people (43.33%) were at a score of ≥ 47, 12 people (40.00%) were at a score of 40-46, 5 people (16.67%) were at a score of 27- 39, 0 people (0%) were in 17-26 and 0 people (%) were at a score 16. Based on the data, the results of the analysis show that the level of basic forearm pass skills in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City is in the good category with an average score of 44.9 forearm pass.

This study aims to determine the relationship between tenure and the level of professional competence of teachers in public elementary schools throughout the Kisaran Kota sub-district. The population in this study were all public elementary schools throughout the Kisaran Kota sub-district, which amounted to 4 schools with a total of 60 teachers with a sample of 38 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the tenure of teachers in the Public Elementary Schools in Kisaran Kota is relatively high with an average of 25.42. The professional competence of teachers in public elementary schools in Kisaran Kota is high with an average of 99.74. In the normality test, it is known that the data is normally distributed because the 2-tailed significance value has a probability value of 0.951 > 0.05. In the linearity test of tenure (X) it is known that there is a linear relationship between tenure (X) and teacher professional competence (Y) because the significance value of deviation from linearity is 0.110 > 0.05. Abstract The results of the initial interview, it was revealed that every time the final school exam was conducted, the questions tested had not been analyzed as a whole, so the quality of the questions was unknown. Therefore this study aims to analyze the odd semester final exam items in mathematics in SMP Negeri 4 Pineleng in the 2018/2019 school year in terms of reliability, validity, distinguishing features, level of difficulty and effectiveness of deceivers (specifically multiple choice questions). This type of research is a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The number of subjects in this study were 97 students consisting of all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Pineleng in the 2018/2019 school year. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data is processed manually with the help of the excel program and uses the help of the Anatest Version 4 program specifically to analyze effectiveness. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the final semester exams for the mathematics students of SMP Negeri 4 Pineleng in the 2018/2019 school year: (1) Types of multiple choice questions, 5 questions or 16.67% have very good quality so they can be stored in the question bank for reuse , 15 questions or 50.00% still need to be revised and 10 questions or 33.33% have very poor quality so that they cannot be stored in the question bank. (2) The types of description questions, 2 questions or 40.00% have good quality, 2 questions or 40.00% need to be revised, 1 problem or 20.00% have bad quality.AbstrakHasil wanwancara awal, terungkap bahwa setiap pelaksanaan ujian akhir sekolah, soal yang diujikan belum dianalisis secara keseluruhan, sehingga kualitas soal tersebut tidak diketahui. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis butir soal ujian akhir semester ganjil mata pelajaran matematika SMP Negeri 4 Pineleng tahun ajaran 2018/2019 ditinjau dari reliabilitas, validitas, daya pembeda soal, tingkat kesukaran dan efektifitas pengecoh (khusus soal pilihan ganda). Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 siswa terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pineleng tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Data diolah secara manual dengan bantuan program excel dan menggunakan bantuan program Anatest Versi 4 khusus untuk menganalisis efektifitas. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa ujian akhir semester ganjil mata pelajarn matematika SMP Negeri 4 Pineleng tahun ajaran 2018/2019 : (1) Jenis soal pilihan ganda, 5 soal atau 16.67% memiliki kualitas sangat baik sehingga dapta disimpan di bank soal untuk dapat digunakan kembali, 15 soal atau 50.00% masih perlu direvisi dan 10 soal atau 33.33% memiliki kualitas sangat tidak baik sehingga tidak dapat disimpan di bank soal. (2) Jenis soal uraian, 2 soal atau 40.00% memiliki kualitas baik, 2 soal atau 40.00% perlu direvisi, 1 soal atau 20,00% meiliki kualitas tidak baik.

The coverage of drinking water quality inspection in Central Java has only reached 82.1%. One type of drinking water that is often consumed by the public is dawet ice. Dawet ice can be contaminated by pathogenic bacteria, one of which is Escherichia coli (E. coli). Contamination can occur through water used to process coconut milk or from water used to make ice. In addition, contamination can occur during the processing or distribution process of dawet ice with. This study aims to determine the presence of E. coli bacteria in dawet ice drinks. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive analysis instrument with the Plate Count Agar (PCA) method. Samples taken amounted to 30 samples in the area of Kudus Regency. The results showed that the presence of E. coli bacteria in dawet ice samples sold in Kudus Regency. There are still many dawet ice in Kudus Regency which contain E.coli bacteria, namely 83.4%. This is because respondents do not pay attention to personal hygiene and sanitation
