This study aims to determine the learning of class X MA Al Asror students in biology teaching and learning activities with ARCS learning. The sample which is used is class X MIA 1 and it is determined by simple random sampling. The results of the t-test on the scores of students' learning motivation obtained sig. value of 0,000 < 0,05, r value is 0,774, and calculated t value is -16,658 which shows that there is a difference between students’ learning motivation in non-ARCS learning and students’ learning motivation in ARCS learning and there is a relationship between ARCS learning and students' learning motivation with the contribution of 60%. The increase in students’ learning motivation is analyzed by N-gain test with the average N-gain score of 0.39. The classical completeness in non-ARCS learning is 0% while in ARCS learning is 66.67%. The result of multiple correlation of learning motivation and student performance on learning outcomes show r2 of 0.241.

This research is purposed to reveal the contribution oflearning motivation and laboratory facilities of the subjectslearning outcomes Perform Computer Maintenance Class Xstudent of Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8Padang. The research is a descriptive correlational . The researchpopulation numbered is 59 people and sample totaled 37 studentsof class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8Padang Academic Year 2012/2013.Using Technique of randomsampling ( Simple random sampling ) . and Data collection usingquestionnaires and documentation . Data were analyzed usingPearson product moment correlation and multiple correlation foranalysis . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) learningmotivation to contribute 25.16 % of the learning outcomes ofstudents of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 ,(2) laboratory facilities accounted for 19.82 % of the learningoutcomes of students of SMK Negeri 8 Champaign AcademicYear 2012/2013 , (3) Learning Motivation and Labor facilitiestogether accounted for 27.84 % of the learning outcomes ofstudents of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 . Soit can be concluded that the motivation to learn and laboratoryfacilities contribute to the learning outcomes , the higher thestudents' motivation in the learning process and the betterutilization of laboratory facilities , the learning outcomes will behigher.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh model pembelajaran proyek berorientasi Ecopreneurship terhadap hasil belajar praktik pengelasan di SMK; (2) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar praktik pengelasan di SMK; (3) Pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran proyek berorientasi Ecopreneurship dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar praktik Pengelasan di SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random sampling yang dilakukan kepada 60 siswa. Pengambilan data diperoleh melalui angket dan tes serta dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji statistik anava dua jalan dengan interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikasi 5% : (1) Ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran proyek berorientasi Ecopreneurship terhadap hasil belajar praktik Pengelasan di SMK (2) Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar praktik pengelasan di SMK. (3) Ada pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran proyek berorientasi Ecopreneurship dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama -sama terhadap hasil belajar praktik Pengelasan di SMK. This study is motivated by low of student activity, lack of understanding on environmental problem and non maximum learning outcome of welding practice in class X TKR students in Vocational High School. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of Ecopreneurship-oriented project learning model on the learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School; (2) The effect of motivation on the learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School; (3) The interaction effect of Ecopreneurship-oriented project learning model and student learning motivation simultaneously on learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School. This study was an experimental study using Simple Random sampling technique performed to 60 students. The data were collected through questionnaire and test and analyzed using descriptive statistic and two ways ANOVA statistical test with interaction. The results showed that at 5% significance level: (1) There was an effect of Ecopreneurship-oriented project learning model on the learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School (2) There was an effect of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School. (3) There was an interaction effect of Ecopreneurship-oriented project learning model and student learning motivation simultaneously on learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School. This study has an advantage to add insight about the learning model/strategy to improve student learning outcomes, as well as a contribution of scientific work for the development of useful science for society.

                                                       ABSTRACT Implementation of learning at the university level is expected to be conducted interactively and motivate students to participate actively in learning activities. But the reality in learning, still found learning problems about the low learning activities and student learning outcomes. While as an educator, lecturers should be able to know the problems in the learning process or lectures as an effort to improve the quality of learning. Solution to overcome the problem is by giving learning with Contextual Teaching and Learning approach (CTL) through observation method applied in Basic Ecology subject.The purpose of this research is to improve student achievement in Basic Ecology subject through learning with CTL approach and observation method. Expectations from the results of this study is as an information or input that the strategy and learning model with the method of observation can overcome the lack of activity and low student learning outcomes caused by the dominance of female students and the diversity of high school students so that the classroom climate is often noisy and reduced concentration at the time of learning. This research is experimental research, with one class of experiment of Biology student of FKIP Univet Bantara Sukoharjo second semester of class of 2016/2017 taking Basic Ecology subject. The data were collected using observation and test sheets. Technique of data analysis using T test analysis. From the analysis with T test Paired sample for two groups of dependent or pairs on pretest and postes data obtained Asymp results. Sig (2 -tailled) below 0.05 is 0.00 then Ho is rejected. This means that there are significant differences in learning outcomes before (pretest) and after CTL learning with the method of Observation (postes) in Basic Ecology subject especially on the subject matter of Population and Bird Diversity. Thus, it can be concluded that learning CTL with Observation method can improve student achievement in Basic Ecology subject especially material Population or bird diversity. This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s creativity contribution and laboratorium of facility grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and learning environment for student’s grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 5 Padang, as follow: (1) student’s creativity gives contribution to student’s grade by 14,13%, (2) laboratorium of facility gives contribution to student’s grade by 20.09%, (3) student’s creativity together with laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s student’s creativity and laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade.Keywords: student’s creativity, laboratorium of facility, student’s grade, descriptive correlation, simple random sampling.

The purpose of this study was to determine the responses of PAUD teachers in East Ciputat sub-district regarding the effect of reward on learning motivation and socio-emotional development of early childhood. The method used is descriptive quantitative with survey techniques, using a questionnaire (questionnaire) using the google form application. Questionnaires (questionnaires) are given to respondents online via WhatsApp, then the collected data will be analyzed. The study population was kindergarten teachers in East Ciputat District, and the number of respondents was 100 people with the sampling technique using simple random sampling. From the data obtained, as many as 80% of respondents answered that they often gave rewards in the form of good words, namely: good, true, great, cool and smart to children. In addition, as many as 65% of respondents answered that very often they gave an assessment with a thumbs up, clapping and smiling. It is known that the results of the respondent's answer who gave an assessment in the form of a sticker or stamp were 70%. Meanwhile, 72% of respondents answered very often that motivation creates a desire to learn in school children. So motivation which serves as a driving force significantly influences learning attitudes in children. Furthermore, 67% of respondents answered that very often children do learning activities with all their soul and body (willing / not forced, happy, sincere). So based on the theory and the results of the respondents' answers, it can be concluded that motivation is the driving force of the desire to learn in children.

This study was aimed at investigating the effects of Podcast with Peer Assisted Learning in the EFL listening classroom. In conducting this research, pre-experimental design was used. The sample of this study was selected by using simple random sampling involving 27 students as the sample. The data collected were analyzed by using t-test (paired sample t-test) and percentage for two questionnaires, students’ motivation and perception. The result showed that (a) there was a significant difference in listening comprehension achievement before and after being taught by using Podcast with Peer Assisted Learning where t-obtained was 8.921 and the significance value was 0.000 which less than 0.05. On the basis of this result, it can be inferred that listening comprehension achievement of students before and after teaching by using podcast with peer-assisted learning was substantially improved. (b) The percentage score for learning motivation from the students was (55.6%) in high level, moderate 29.6% and low level was (5%). This score was considered students have high level of learning motivation. (c) most of the students gave positive perceptions on the use podcast with peer assisted learning in listening classroom. It can be concluded that teaching using podcast with peer assisted learning can develop the students listening comprehension achievement.

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Learning Motivation and Utilization of Learning Facilities Against Basic Electrical and Electronic Learning Outcomes Grade X Students of Audio Video Engineering Skills Program at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The population in this study amounted to 63 students. This type of research is correlational descriptive. In this study using Simple Random Sampling with a total of 56 students. Data Learning outcomes were obtained from Elementary and Electrical subject teachers at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Meanwhile Motivation Learning Data and Learning Facilities Utilization obtained by using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis showed: (1) Motivation to Learning and Utilization of Learning Facilities together contributed 36.24% to learning outcomes; (2) Learning Motivation contributes 7.95% to learning outcomes; (3) Utilization of Learning Facilities contributes 25.50% to learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and use learning facilities contributes to the learning outcomes of basic electricity and electronics at SMK Negeri 5 Padang.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Utilization of Learning Facilities, Learning Outcomes

This study centered on Edmodo as an online instructional delivery technique for sustaining teaching and learning activities in covid-19 era in public universities in North-Central, Nigeria. The study was guided by two objectives and two research questions and one hypothesis. This study adopted descriptive survey and quasi-experimental research designs. The sample of the study comprised 100 students in two universities (each for treatment and control groups) and 7008 lecturers drawn from three public universities in North-Central, Nigeria. Stratified and simple random sampling techniques were used for selecting universities and the sample of the study. First, stratified sampling was used to group both lecturers and students into two strata. Thereafter, simple random sampling was used to select the universities and sample of the study; using lottery method with replacement. 10% proportionate sample was used to select the lecturers. Curriculum Studies Achievement Test (C-SAT) and questionnaire were used as instruments for data gathering. Data collected were analyzed with simple percentage, mean and t-test statistical techniques. Finding showed that the level of awareness of university lecturers on Edmodo as a technological instructional delivery technique is very low or poor. It was also indicated that there is significant difference between the mean achievement scores of university students taught curriculum studies with Edmodo and their counterparts taught with lecture technique; as those in the treatment group performed better than those in control group. The study recommended that: school management, the government and ICT-related Non-governmental organizations should help in organizing workshops and seminars for lecturers in order to advance their knowledge and awareness on ICT usage especially Edmodo and others. Also, since the students who were taught with Edmodo significantly performed better than their counterparts in the control group who were taught with lecture method, lecturers should be encouraged to use Edmodo for teaching and learning.

Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) was found to have entered Indonesia on March 2, 2020. This is because there were Indonesian citizens who were confirmed to be affected by the virus. Various aspects of human life have changed, including in the world of education. The central government then decided to take a policy to transfer face-to-face learning to online learning (online). This change is an alternative so that learning continues. However, schools with never implemented online learning, such as SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin are a new challenge. This study aims to determine how the online learning process in SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin and the effect of online learning on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin. This study used a quantitative method with 90 people and a sample size of 73 people who were determined using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis used paired sample t-test. Based on the research results, there was a decrease in students' learning outcomes during online learning. This is shown in the results obtained in t test result, which is 1.747 > 1,667, so it can be concluded that online learning is applied ineffective because there is a massive decrease in student learning outcomes. Berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia mengalami perubahan, tak terkecuali dalam dunia pendidikan. Pemerintah pusat kemudian memutuskan untuk mengambil sebuah kebijakan berupa pengalihan pembelajaran secara tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran secara daring (dalam jaringan). Perubahan ini merupakan alternatif agar pembelajaran tetap berjalan. Namun, bagi sekolah yang belum pernah menerapkan pembelajaran daring seperti di SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin menjadi tantangan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran daring di SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin dan pengaruh efektivitas pembelajaran daring terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model komparatif, populasi berjumlah 90 orang dan jumlah sampel 73 orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan paired sample t test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat penurunan hasil belajar peserta didik pada saat pembelajaran daring yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil analisis mean. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil analasis uji t, maka diperoleh bahwa thitung yaitu 1.747 > ttabel 1,667, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara hasil belajar luring dengan hasil belajar daring.

Learning outcomes of students with high motivation who were taught with Quantum Teaching strategies are better than highly motivated learners taught by conventional strategy. The same thing shown that low-motivated learners who taught with Quantum Teaching strategies are better than low-motivated learners taught by conventional learning strategy.
