Prodi pendidikan bahasa Mandarin Universitas Negeri Semarang membuka mata kuliah shangwu kouyu (percakapan bisnis) untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswanya bekerja di bidang bisnis, mengingat banyaknya proyek Tiongkok yang dinaungi di Indonesia. Agar materi yang dipelajari sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan dilapangan, perlu adanya analisis untuk mengetahui kebutuhan  materi shangwu kouyu, sehingga bisa benar benar diaplikasikan setelah lulus nantinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan materi menurut dosen, stake holder, alumni dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif - kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang bersumber dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) mahasiswa membutuhkan bahan ajar dengan materi komprehensiv tingkat menengah dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan lapangan  kerja yang sebenarnya (2) ada 8 materi yang paling dibutuhkan menurut stake holder, yaitu  materi kunjungan pabrik, materi pertemuan, materi telepon bisnis, materi kontrak kerjasama, materi bersosisalisai, materi acara bisnis, materi perdagangan dan materi surat bisnis. (3) ada 5 materi yang paling dibutuhkan menurut alumni, , yaitu materi metode pembayaran materi pengiriman barang, materi pengemasan barang, materi ekspor impor, dan materi kontrak kerjasama dan 2 materi tambahan yaitu pajak dan produksi, (4) ada  5 materi yang paling dibutuhkan menurut mahasiswa, yaitu materi tentang kontrak kerjasama, materi bersosialisasi, materi telepon bisnis, materi ekspor impor serta materi tentang pemasaran dan layanan pelanggan.The Chinese language education study program, Semarang State University, opens the shangwu kouyu (business conversation) course to prepare students to work in the business field, considering the many Chinese projects that are shaded in Indonesia. In order for the material to be studied in accordance with what is needed in the field, there needs to be an analysis to find out the material needs of shangwu kouyu, so that it can really be applied after graduation. The purpose of this study was to find out the material needs according to lecturers, stake holders, alumni and students. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis techniques sourced from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study are as follows: (1) students need teaching materials with intermediate level comprehensive material and are in accordance with actual job field needs, (2) There are 8 materials that are most needed according to stakeholders, namely factory visit materials, meeting materials, business phone calls, cooperation contract materials, materials on business events, trade materials and business letter materials. (3) there are 5 materials that are most needed according to alumni, namely payment method materials for goods delivery, packaging materials, export-import materials, and cooperation contract materials and 2 additional materials, namely tax and production, (4) there are 5 materials that are the most required according to students, namely material on cooperation contracts, socializing materials, business telephone materials, export-import materials as well as materials on marketing and customer service.

Abstract: The purpose of this development is to develop podcast media in Mandarin learning that focuses on listening skill of Chinese Language Education Study Program students 2019, State University of Malang.The development model used is the ADDIE model with five development stages, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The media developed by the researcher of this present study has been validated by media experts and material experts and tested on the 2019 Chinese language education study program students who take Listening 1. Development data were obtained from validation questionnaires for media experts and material experts, observation sheets, and questionnaires for the student. The results showed that the use of this podcast media helps in improving students' listening skill and also explains vocabulary in easy-to-understand podcast media. In addition, this podcast media is suitable to be used as a learning resource in improving students' listening skill. Based on the above discussion, it can be concluded that this podcast media can be used to practice Chinese listening skills. Keywords: development, podcast media, listening skill Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran podcast dalam pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin yang berfokus pada keterampilan Menyimak mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin angkatan 2019 Universitas Negeri Malang. Model penelitian dan pengembangan yang peneliti gunakan adalah model ADDIE yang berisi lima tahapan pengembangan, yaitu tahap analisis, tahap perancangan, tahap pengembangan, tahap implementasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Media yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti telah divalidasikan kepada ahli media dan ahli materi, serta telah melalui uji coba pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin angkatan 2019 yang mengambil mata kuliah Menyimak 1. Data pengembangan didapatkan dari lembar angket validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, lembar observasi, dan lembar angket mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media podcast yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti membantu dalam meningkatkan keterampilan Menyimak mahasiswa dan juga penjelasan kosakata dalam media podcast yang mudah dipahami. Selain itu media yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti sudah sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dalam meningkatkan keterampilan Menyimak mahasiswa.  Berdasarkan pembahasan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media podcast yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dapat digunakan untuk melatih keterampilan Menyimak bahasa Mandarin. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of the student teachers of the Elementary School Teacher Study Program (PGSD) as a provision to the teaching profession. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all student teachers from batch 2015 and 2016 who had participated in the introduction to the school field (PLP) program. Sampling in this study was taken using accidental techniques, seen from the number of research samples of 50 student teachers of batch 2015 and 47 student teachers of batch 2016. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were done using quantitative data analysis of percentage formulas. Student perceptions can be seen from each indicator as follows: (1) Indicator of absorption of stimuli or objects from outside individuals from the perception of batch 2015 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 75.28% with the category of "good" and from the perception of batch 2016 student teachers acquired the average percentage of 75.82% with the category "good". (2) Indicators of understanding from the perception of batch 2015 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 78.18% with the category "good" and from the perception of batch 2016 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 69.98% with the category of "good". (3) Indicators of assessment or evaluation from the perception of batch 2015 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 76.76% with the category of "good" and from the perception of batch 2016 student teachers acquired an average percentage of 78.73% with the category of good. Student teachers' perception of the implementation of introduction to the school field (PLP) as a provision to the teaching profession is categorized as "good".

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. Data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used research documentation and descriptive analysis.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting understanding level, cost perceptions ofintentions to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification with motivation as a moderatingvariable. This study uses a quantitative method of associative and verification approaches. The object of thisresearch is the S1 Accounting Study Program students at Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The studypopulation was 406 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so as to obtain a sample of102 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests,moderated regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Data were analyzedusing SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The accounting understanding level did notsignificantly influence the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 2) Perceptionof cost had a significant effect on the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification, 3) Motivation was able to moderate the relationship between the level of accounting understanding of intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 4) Motivation was able to moderate the relationshipof perceived cost to intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification.

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the success of the Raudhatul Islam TPA Nagari Toboh Gadang Timur institution in Padang Pariaman Regency. This is evidenced by the large number of students and the many achievements obtained by Raudhatul Islam TPA students. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of this TPA is because the teaching style of instructors varies in learning activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 180 students of Raudhatul Islam Landfill. Samples are taken with the intention or purpose of as many as 45 people. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the variation of educator teaching style was seen from the aspect of sound variation, concentration of students' attention, changes in the position of educators and made contact with students when learning activities were categorized as good.Keywords: Variation, Teaching Style, Educator

The curriculum is one of the many things that always get attention, because it is considered as the most dominant factor in the achievement of the success of the teaching and learning process, although that success is also inseparable from other factors. The significance of this research for faculties, especially the Arabic Language Education study program, is through this research the researcher wants to give an overview to the Arabic Education Study Program about the Arabic learning curriculum used in various schools, especially State schools in Bengkulu City. the results of this study can be used as material for the development of Arabic language education study programs. This research is expected to help students in finding reading sources so as to improve their quality.

Communication is an important aspect of organisation’s relationship in service to the public. The study investigates nurses’ opinion on ‘Challenges in communicating with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)’. This is a descriptive web-based study with 896 participants. Data analysis was done using Google form. The result showed that 91.1% majority of the respondents were Registered/Graduate nurses. Majority 74.1% have tried to reach out to Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) through email, phone calls, text messages, Letters etc. 39.2% of those who reached out by email never got any reply. The participants suggested a better customer service, embracement of online availability and prompt responses to the received messages by Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). The study recommends that an active online availability by NMCN to improve communication.

This study aims to describe the learning planning applied at SMA 1 Painan. Students' high enthusiasm for music arts lessons and the many achievements in the field of music is proof that teachers have successfully implemented learning strategies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of this study were music art teachers, principals and some students of SMA 1 Painan. The object of this research is the learning strategy implemented at SMA 1 Painan. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview and documentation. To test the validity of data in this study used source triangulation techniques, namely comparing between data sources with each other as material for data analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this research use interactive analysis techniques. There are four components, namely: 1) data collection techniques 2) data reduction 3) data presentation and 4) conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research obtained conclusions that some musical arts learning strategies applied in SMA 1 Painan namely, 1) learning preparation; 2) learning management; 3) use of learning media; 4) application of learning methods, models and approaches; 5) approach to motivate students; 6) evaluation of learning.

The study aims to test hypotheses and analyze organizational culture and work motivation influences on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research is a quantitative study, with a survey method with path analysis techniques, namely R Square analysis, testing the partial hypothesis with the t test and simultaneously with the F test, with an alpha of 5% (0.05). The total population are 30 lecturers. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and work motivation variables on lecturer performance, either partially or simultaneously.

This study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Income Expectations, Personality, and Entrepreneurship Knowledge on the Interest of Entrepreneurial Students in the Accounting Study Program at Tadulako University. The data used in this study are primary data. Primer data used in the form of questionnaires as much as 80. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Income Expectations, Personality, and Entrepreneurship Knowledge have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. The results of this study indicate that, Income Expectations and Personality, have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. while Entrepreneurship knowledge does not affect the Interests of Entrepreneurship.
