AT the United Nations (UN) General Assembly held in September 2000, all 191 member states unanimously adopted an action plan aimed at reducing the global poverty level by half by 2015 (using the 1990 level as a reference). The action plan promised to reduce the proportions of the world’s population with a daily income of less than one US dollar and those who suffer from hunger by half by the end of 2015, and to reduce the proportion of people who cannot obtain or afford safe drinking water by the same date. It aimed to ensure that by the same date, children from all over the world, regardless of gender, can complete all elementary school courses, and that boys and girls have equal opportunities to receive all levels of education. The action plan also promised to spare no effort to help more than one billion men, women and children around the world get rid of the miserable and indignant state of extreme poverty, and eventually realize the right of individual development, so that all mankind can avoid the situation of lacking.

The article focuses on the foundation and development of the universal legal basis of human rights education, which is an essential part of general education as an integral part of human rights. The provisions of general international legal instruments guaranteeing the right to education are analysed, in particular: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of 1966, the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989. Special attention is paid to the provisions of specialized acts on the regulation of education. In particular, the provisions of the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination in Education of 1960, adopted by the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), which defines the main components of the right to education, clarifies the term “discrimination” in the field of education, and state parties’ obligations to eliminate or prevent discrimination. The provisions of universal acts adopted within the World Conference on Human Rights, the World Education Forum are disclosed, in particular: the Vienna Declaration and the Action Plan, the World Declaration on Education for All and the basic framework for action to meet basic educational needs, the Dakar Framework for Action, education for everyone: fulfilling our collective commitments, the World Program in Education, the UN Declaration on Human Rights Education and Training, Education 2030 – Incheon Declaration – Towards inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning for all and others. Emphasis is placed on the activity of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and his / her chairmanship (OHCHR) on the development of human rights education. The focus is on the practical component of UNESCO’s activity in this area. Programs that operate under the auspices of a specialized institution are characterized by: a program to prevent violent extremism through education, education about the Holocaust and genocide, the importance of language in education, the rule of law through education. It focuses on the functioning of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), which aims to assist Palestinian refugees in providing access to quality education. Relevant conclusions are made.

This year 2020 was long and boring because of Corona, and the challenge ahead of us is really tremendous, and it is one of the great calamities that have befallen humanity, and God tests people and the country with these ordeals for the sake of testing, and this is the state of the world, so whoever has the slightest acumen is preparing for that. What is deceived by days, but a weak mind. Sickness is not what a person desires, but he keeps away from everything that leads to illness. Death is certain, along with health or disease, inevitably, so the believer is ready to face the epidemic if it descends, and whoever returns himself to patience will be afraid of crises in addition to taking the necessary precautions in preventing the epidemic and providing the necessary treatment, and that these crises are a reason for creating cooperation between people and the trend. Toward social solidarity, and orientation towards science away from passion in human relations, and taming oneself on quarantine. With the admission that judgment and destiny are from God, and those who died in Corona died for this reason, but on their time and their inevitable deadline, they departed from this temporary and unrepentant life to a permanent life. Lord, to meet him, and to receive from his Lord a look and pleasure, perhaps sickness will be an expiation, and it is a blessing from God to whom He wills of his servants to return to him, and that whoever expects death hastens in good deeds. and thank Allah the god of everything.

As reproduction by surrogacy increases, the problems arising from surrogacy contracts also increase. Countries around the world are being asked to solve never-before-seen legal problems arising from surrogacy agreements. When trying to solve the newly arisen problems, the rights of the child born from the surrogacy contract tend to be overlooked. Enacted laws try to solve the enforceability of the contract and protect the rights of the parties involved— such as, who are the legal parents of the child if both sides of the agreement wish to keep the child. However, few of these laws address a situation where the opposite is true, a situation in which neither side wants to keep the child. In these situations, the primary focus should be the rights of the child, not the rights of the people involved in the contract. The law should be up to date and ready to protect the well-being of the child—a person who never asked to be born. Specifically, rights such as the citizenship of the child, the right to financial support, the right to inherit, and the right to identity should be protected. The Comment discusses how prepared U.S. and Texas law is to handle problems arising from a surrogacy contract in which neither side wants to keep the child. In this case, a child with intended American parents should have the right to be a U.S. citizen, the right to receive financial support from a party involved in the contract, the right to inherit, and the right to know his or her identity. These problems may not be currently present, but with the increase of surrogacy use, it surely could be an issue in the future.

ABSTRACT Objective: to understand the intentionality of women's autonomous actions in labor. Methods: a study in Alfred Schütz's social phenomenology, developed with 15 puerperal women admitted to a university hospital in southern Brazil. Data were collected through phenomenological interviews and analyzed according to the adopted framework and the comparison with scientific productions. Results: the actions intended to receive physical and emotional support from their companions, from pregnancy, for a peaceful delivery with less pain, fast and without interventions. The intention was to do the right things for the child's well-being and, after delivery, to be painless and active to take care of their children. Final considerations: women's actions have intentionality arising from their knowledge, which is guided by the social relationships established in the world of life.

The right of people with disabilities to participate in economic life is, inter alia, the right to employment and participation in labor relations. The policy of supporting the employment of people with disabilities refers to actions oriented at the labor market and strengthening the employment opportunities of this social category. Such a policy is aimed at the parallel use of several or even a dozen or so activation instruments. Legal instruments supporting employers of people with disabilities in 10 countries, including 8 from the EU, such as: Belgium (Brussels and the capital region), China, the Czech Republic, France, Japan, Spain, Germany (Brandenburg), Luxembourg, Slovakia and Italy were analyzed. The analysis is also enriched by the description of instruments used in other countries of the world, if they were worthy of attention. Particular emphasis was placed on showing systemic solutions that sometimes allow employment support to be different than in Poland. The analysis describes the most interesting and best functioning national systems which, in their policies, implement the principle of equal opportunities and fight against discrimination, and enable employment of a person with disabilities

The official registration in Russia gives the right to receive education in Russian schools. However, the admission of a migrant child to school is only the first step. Modern Russian school has faced the problem of integrating migrant children to the Russia educational area. One of the main obstacles to integration is that immigrants speak little Russian or not to speak it at all, while the Russian language is the main medium for migrant children to adapt to the Russian society. This article considers the question of language adaptation of children in order to ensure the required minimum of the command of the language so as to create equal opportunities for further education.

SummaryFor assessment of differential renal function (PF) by means of static renal scintigraphy with Tc-99m-dimer-captosuccinic acid (DMSA) the calculation of the geometric mean of counts from the anterior and posterior view is recommended. Aim of this retrospective study was to find out, if the anterior view is necessary to receive an accurate differential renal function by calculating the geometric mean compared to calculating PF using the counts of the posterior view only. Methods: 164 DMSA-scans of 151 children (86 f, 65 m) aged 16 d to 16 a (4.7 ± 3.9 a) were reviewed. The scans were performed using a dual head gamma camera (Picker Prism 2000 XP, low energy ultra high resolution collimator, matrix 256 x 256,300 kcts/view, Zoom: 1.6-2.0). Background corrected values from both kidneys anterior and posterior were obtained. Using region of interest technique PF was calculated using the counts of the dorsal view and compared with the calculated geometric mean [SQR(Ctsdors x Ctsventr]. Results: The differential function of the right kidney was significantly less when compared to the calculation of the geometric mean (p<0.01). The mean difference between the PFgeom and the PFdors was 1.5 ± 1.4%. A difference > 5% (5.0-9.5%) was obtained in only 6/164 scans (3.7%). Three of 6 patients presented with an underestimated PFdors due to dystopic kidneys on the left side in 2 patients and on the right side in one patient. The other 3 patients with a difference >5% did not show any renal abnormality. Conclusion: The calculation of the PF from the posterior view only will give an underestimated value of the right kidney compared to the calculation of the geometric mean. This effect is not relevant for the calculation of the differntial renal function in orthotopic kidneys, so that in these cases the anterior view is not necesssary. However, geometric mean calculation to obtain reliable values for differential renal function should be applied in cases with an obvious anatomical abnormality.

Indonesia is one of many countries in the world so called resource-rich country. Natural resources abundance needs to be managed in the right way in order to avoid dutch diseases and resources curses. These two phenomena generally happened in the country, which has abundant natural resources. Learned from Norwegian experiences, Indonesian Government need to focus its policy to prevent rent seeking activities. The literature study presented in this paper is aimed to provide important insight for government entities in focusing their policies and programs to avoid resources curse. From the internal audit perspective, this study is expected to improve internal audit’s role in assurance and consulting.

A country needs to make contact with each other based on the national interests of each country related to each other, including among others economic, social, cultural, legal, political, and so on. With constant and continuous association between the nations of the world, it is one of the conditions for the existence of the international community. One form of cooperation between countries in the world is in the form of international relations by placing diplomatic representation in various countries. These representatives have diplomatic immunity and diplomatic immunity privileges that are in accordance with the jurisdiction of the recipient country and civil and criminal immunity for witnesses. The writing of the article entitled "The Application of the Principle of Non-Grata Persona to the Ambassador Judging from the Perspective of International Law" describes how the law on the abuse of diplomatic immunity, how a country's actions against abuse of diplomatic immunity and how to analyze a case of abuse of diplomatic immunity. To answer the problem used normative juridical methods through the use of secondary data, such as books, laws, and research results related to this research topic. Based on the results of the study explained that cases of violations of diplomatic relations related to the personal immunity of diplomatic officials such as cases such as cases of persecution by the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Indonesian Workers in Germany are of serious concern. The existence of diplomatic immunity is considered as protection so that perpetrators are not punished. Actions against the abuse of recipient countries of diplomatic immunity may expel or non-grata persona to diplomatic officials, which is stipulated in the Vienna Convention in 1961, because of the right of immunity attached to each diplomatic representative.

A river flows serenely accepting all the miseries and happiness that it comes across its journey. A tree releases oxygen for human beings despite its inner plights.
