The emergence of Covid-19 in Indonesia has a significant impact on various aspects, especially human resources. The emergence of work stress due to changes in work patterns can result in decreased employee performance. Therefore, the aims of this study is to determine the influence of internal and external factors of employees on work stress as an intervening variable, as well as its impact on performance directly and indirectly. The subject of the study was a private employee of Samarinda City. Research data collection method is a survey method with questionnaires, while the analysis tool used is path analysis. The results of the study were that partially, workload, Job Insecurity and job satisfaction had a significant influence on work stress, however, the work environment and individual characteristics had no significant effect on work stress, but were simultaneously significant. While external factors, internal and work stress have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Direct influence is the best model of influence for this study

This study aims to examine the influence of internal and external factors partially on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of industrial sector in Manokwari Regency. Research data is obtained by giving questionnaires and interviews to 34 MSMEs owners of industrial sector in Manokwari Regency. The data was then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that internal factors have no significant influence on the performance of MSMEs. Whereas, external factors have a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs.

The purpose of this research are: 1) To know and analyze the description for the work environment, work stress, and performance of permanent employees of PT "S", 2) To know and analyze whether there is influence between the work environment on the performance of permanent employees PT "S", 3 ) To know and to analyze whether there is influence between work stress on performance of permanent employee of PT "S", 4) To know and analyze whether there is influence between work environment and work stress to performance of regular employees of PT "S". This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 45 regular employees at PT "S", Jakarta. The technique of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which then processed with program SPSS 22.0. The result shows a significant influence of work environment and work stress on performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance, analyze the effect of competence on employee performance, analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance). In this study, samples taken are structural employees PT.centris Kingdom Taxi Yogyakarta. The analysis tool in this study using multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The conclusion of this study showed that the variables of knowledge management has a significant influence on employee performance, competence variables have an influence on employee performance, motivation variables have an influence on employee performance, The analysis showed that the variables of knowledge management, competence, motivation on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge management, competence, motivation, employee performance.

<p>This research on health service employees who are in Jakarta wants to observe the work stress experienced and how the risks will arise from organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is to use a survey method with cross-section data collection using a questionnaire. A total of 82 employees of the Private Hospital consisting of Doctors, Nurses and Staff as respondents in this study, were determined by utilizing the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a design in analyzing data analysis on testing research hypotheses. The results of the study present the results that work stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, then work stress that has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, then high organizational commitment can actually cause a positive and significant impact on employee performance.</p>

This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study was made to analyze the influence of both internal and external factors towards stock prices of mining sector companies listed on Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI). Internal factors that used are Return On Assets i(ROA) and Current Ratio (CR), and for the external factors are inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Stock prices used in this study is stock prices of mining sector companies that consistently listed in ISSI from December 2012 to May 2019. The sample consisted of 17 companies. All of the data were obtained from the official websites of Bursa Efek Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, and the World Bank. Data Panel Regression Analysis is used in this study, using Eviews 11. This study’s results are: partially ROA has a positive and significant influence on stock prices, while partially CR, inflation, and GDP has positive and insignificant influences on stock prices. Simultaneously ROA, CR, inflation, and GDP have a positive and significant influence on stock  prices.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Komitmen terhadap tanggungjawab kerja dipengaruhi oleh pelbagai aspek psikologi seseorang wartawan dalam dunia kewartawanan. Kajian ini bertujuan meneliti faktor-faktorinternal dan eksternalorganisasi yang mempengaruhi tugas seseorang wartawan sepanjang proses penerbitan berita. Sarjana seperti Scheufele (1999) pernah berhujah sekurang-kurangnya terdapat lima faktor yang berpotensi mempengaruhi bagaimana seseorang wartawan membingkai sesebuah isu yang diberikan iaitu nilai-nilai dan norma-norma sosial, halangan dan tekanan di tempat kerja, tekanan daripada kumpulan-kumpulan berkepentingan, rutin kerja kewartawanan dan orientasi ideologi dan politik diri wartawan. Hasil dapatan kajian menggunakan kaedah survei dengan 393 orang responden yang terdiri daripada wartawan-wartawan dan editor dari 18 buah organisasi akhbar arus perdana di Malaysia menunjukkan komitmen kerja wartawan lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor kognisi diri individu berbanding faktor-faktor eksternal organisasi. Aspek internal yang paling berpengaruh adalah daripada kluster sentimen profesionalisme wartawan disusuli oleh sentimen kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Aspek-aspek sifat organisasi, latihan yang diperolehi dan demografi wartawan turut dikenalpasti memainkan peranan penting menentukan komitmen wartawan terhadap kerja mereka. Kaedah penilaian kerja yang digunakan oleh organisasi berita telah ditunjukkan paling berpengaruh mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Di bawah kluster aspek kognisi individu wartawan, ideologi individu mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan komitmen organisasi tetapi aspek ini merupakan aspek yang paling lemah berbanding aspek-aspek lain seperti menghormati ketua dan toleransi. Daripada segi faktor eksternal, perundangan komunikasi massa yang berperanan mengawal selia produk kewartawanan mempengaruhi kerja seseorang wartawan.   Commitment to work responsibilities is influenced by various psychological aspects of a journalists in the journalistic world. The purpose of this study is to examine the internal and external factors of the organization that influence journalist’s works throughout the process of news production. Scholars such as Scheufele (1999) have argued that there are at least five factors that may influence how a journalist framed a given issue, namely social values and norms, barriers and pressures at work, pressures of interest groups, routines journalistic work and the ideological and political orientation of journalists themselves. The findings of the study using a survey method with 393 respondents consisting of journalists and editors from 18 leading mainstream newspaper organizations in Malaysia showed that journalists' work commitments are more influenced by individual cognition factors than by the external factor. The most influential internal factors are from the cluster of journalistic professionalism followed by work sentiment and job satisfaction. Aspects likes journalist’s demographics, training, and the nature of the organization, also play an important role in determining journalist's commitment to their work. The work evaluation methods used by news organizations have been shown to have the greatest impact on organizational commitment. Under the cluster of individual cognitions of journalists, individual ideologies were shown to have a significant relationship with organizational commitment, but this aspect is also the weakest aspect compared to the other aspects such as respect to the leader and tolerance. In terms of external factors, mass communications legislation that regulates journalistic products affects the work of a journalist.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, test and explain the effect of servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) on customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, and test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Mayang Collection.The population in this study were customers of the Mayang Collection Kepanjen store who had a member card and made a repeat purchase. Population research or population study so that the number of samples in this study is a number of population, amounting to 93 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method, which is a method used to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing (Nazir, 2005).Based on the results of the static test all the indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. The results of the servqual analysis show that the difference or gap between customer expectations and employee performance has a total average which is at the moderate classification level (Parasuraman table, 1990) or service quality in Mayang Collection stores is quite good. This means that customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service provided at Mayang Collection is quite good. The path analysis test results (path analysis) show that there is no significant influence between servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) to customer satisfaction. This proves that service quality has a long-lasting influence in shaping customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Mayang Collection stores are advised to pay more attention to and improve other factors besides service quality in increasing customer satisfaction, because with increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will be formed easily.Keywords: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty

This research conducted in PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi Nganjuk. The objectives of this research were obtain a better understandin internal as well as exsternal environmental condition, secondly trying to covering the formulate the marketing strategi. Method that used in this research was a survey method, it contains observation, interview, and documentation. The data analyzed by SWOT analysis. The result showed internal strategy factors matrix give positive value where it strengths were stronger than it weakness (S = 2,29&gt;W = 0,71). External strategy factors’ matrix also give positive value where it opportunities values were bigger than it threats values (O = 1,84 &gt; T = 0,70). From the result, we know that environmental condition in PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi was very good, and gave good prospect for its progress in the future. It known from total score of strength and opportunities factors (SO = 4.13). From SWOT analysis, strategy that will be taken was in the first quadrant where internal and external factors were positive. In general terms, it means that the environmental condition of PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi, relatively has bigger opportunity than its weaknesses. The decision that made by PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi for marketing strategy was rapid strategy by which all opportunity could be captured as marketing consideration.
