This study was made to analyze the influence of both internal and external factors towards stock prices of mining sector companies listed on Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI). Internal factors that used are Return On Assets i(ROA) and Current Ratio (CR), and for the external factors are inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Stock prices used in this study is stock prices of mining sector companies that consistently listed in ISSI from December 2012 to May 2019. The sample consisted of 17 companies. All of the data were obtained from the official websites of Bursa Efek Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, and the World Bank. Data Panel Regression Analysis is used in this study, using Eviews 11. This study’s results are: partially ROA has a positive and significant influence on stock prices, while partially CR, inflation, and GDP has positive and insignificant influences on stock prices. Simultaneously ROA, CR, inflation, and GDP have a positive and significant influence on stock  prices.

This research looks at the effect of internal factors or microeconomics and external factors or macroeconomic factors on profitability of textiles and textiles products companies. The result showed that partially, only current ratio and the interest rates which have significant impact on ROA. simultanously, internal and external factors have significant impact on ROA. Managerial implication based on this research are, the companies should apply liquidity risk management like mitigation on liquidity crisis and liquidity risk bearing analysis also look for another fund resources to decrease interest rates expenses.

The purpose of this experiment is to prove internal factors and external factors to the stock price. Internal factors include: Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Interest Margin and Operating Costs / Operational Scoping. While external factors include: the inflation rate and the BI rate. The population in this study is the company placed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the banking sector for the 2015-2019 period. There were 32 people represented in this study and used a collection technique, namely purposive sampling. The final results in this study indicate that ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. ROE is negative and significant towards stock prices. Negative shares and insignificant stock prices. BOPO negative and insignificant influence on stock prices. The inflation rate is negative and insignificant towards stock prices. BI Rate has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO, Inflation Rate and BI Rate significantly influence stock prices.

Capital is a very important function in overcoming risks that may occur in the Banking Industry. A bank is said to be healthy if a bank has sufficient capital despite possible risks. To see that a bank is healthy, capital indicators are also the most important measurement, namely through the capital adequacy ratio or Capital Asset Ratio (CAR). Things that can affect the size of the capital adequacy ratio can occur due to internal and external factors. Internal factors originating from the banking industry itself, such as profitability, asset quality, company size and liquidity. Meanwhile, external factors come from outside the company such as the macroeconomic condition of a country. The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the impacts that causes the economic condition of a country to weaken which impacts on investment. So this study aims to see how much the ability of Islamic banks in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic which began to occur in Indonesia from February 2020 to the end of 2020. And the factors that influence the capital adequacy ratio's size. The findings of this research show that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Islamic banking was able to show its performance as an ever-growing Islamic financial institution seen from the data on the development of assets and growth in deposits. Islamic banking CAR for the period of 2020 remains at a fairly strong level despite the covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, one of the internal factors that influence CAR is Return On Assets (ROA) with a significance value of 0.005.

This study aims to examine the influence of internal and external factors partially on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of industrial sector in Manokwari Regency. Research data is obtained by giving questionnaires and interviews to 34 MSMEs owners of industrial sector in Manokwari Regency. The data was then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that internal factors have no significant influence on the performance of MSMEs. Whereas, external factors have a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs.

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Objective – Islamic Banks have a distinct advantage that is not only conduct a commercial operation, but to also conduct social operations. Therefore, Islamic Banks plays an important role in developing the Indonesian economy. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of internal and external factors that affect the profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Methodology/Technique – The methodology of this research is multiple regression. The object of this research is the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. Internal factors include size, liquidity, asset quality, management, and efficiency ratio. External factors include interest rate and inflation. Return on Assets is used to measure profitability. The monthly data is collected from the financial reports of Islamic Banks between 2011 to 2016. Findings – The findings show that size, liquidity, assets quality, management ratio, interest rate and inflation lead to a greater Return on Assets (profitability) in Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Efficiency however does not have a significant effect on profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Novelty – Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Islamic banking industry can use those variables to improve the profitability of Islamic banks in the future. In addition, there are two variables that affect the profitability of Islamic banking industry. For the Islamic banking industry should anticipate the movement of inflation and interest to improve the profitability of Islamic banks. Type of Paper: Empirical paper. One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

This article discusses the problem of choosing the correct and effective organizational structure of enterprise management for its correct functioning. The existing types of organizational structures of enterprise management, which are used in practice today, are analyzed, and their positive, negative sides and the type of enterprises for which they can be used are revealed. Along with this, this article discusses and describes methods for choosing an organizational structure for an enterprise. Also, during the study, internal and external factors were identified that affect the choice of an organizational structure. Based on the analysis, a methodology for choosing the most effective type of organizational structure for enterprises was drawn up. The question of choosing an organizational structure is acute for every manager at the very beginning of the operation of an enterprise, because the quality of performance of functions, both of individual divisions and of the entire enterprise as a whole, directly depends on this. Among many types of organizational structures in this study, the types of organizational structures that are most adaptable to changes in external and internal factors are identified. This study provides methods and tools for selecting the appropriate organizational structure for any enterprise. At the moment, some methods, be it goal structuring or computer modeling, are not widely used, which in turn makes it difficult to choose an effective organizational structure for enterprise management. The choice of an effective organizational structure is an extremely urgent problem today for every entrepreneur, who is interested in the stable economic activity of his or her enterprise.

This research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This research focus is on the pharmaceutical company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The population in this study was 11 companies. This study used a purposive sampling method, and then, based on the predetermined CRiteria, obtained eight samples of companies that will be tested in this study. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data sourced from the official website of the IDX, BI, and their respective companies. This study's results indicate that only the Current Ratio and Return On Assets partially have a significant effect on stock prices. However, simultaneously Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Rupiah Exchange Rate have a significant influence on stock prices.
