The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of the quality of human resources (HR) seen from the human development index (HDI) affects the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2008-2012. Data analysis in this study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Method. The results showed an interesting result, namely that the population had a significant negative effect on unemployment. The regression results state that the increase in the number of residents will increase unemployment. These results indicate that population growth in the province of Central Java helped drive the province's economy.

Colleges as providers of educational services must be able to give the best service to the consumer in this case should be able to have the quality of human resources. How can it be expected to provide the best service to students if the human resources involved can not feel comfortable in working so could not provide the best performance for the college. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work ethic, financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, and work discipline on the performance of lecturers and Personnel in STIE Widya Gama Lumajang, either partially or simultaneously. Mechanical research by distributing questionnaires and the research method used is multiple linear regression method . The results that partial compensation of financial and work discipline that has an influence on the performance of lecturers and Personnel. While simultaneously work ethic, financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, and work discipline affect the performance of lecturers and Personnel in STIE Widya Gama Lumajang. Performance can be explained by the variable work ethic, financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, work discipline 64.4% while the remaining 35.6% performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of evaluation of accounting student’s understanding of IFRS in facing global market in accounting field related to IFRS competence, dan IFRS integration on college. The population in this study are accounting students of Darma Persada University, questionnaires are distributed as many as 143 and questionnaires that can be used as much as 133. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression method. The result indicate that the evaluation of the student’s understanding on IFRS and The IFRS integration on college has a positive and significant influence on the IFRS competence

This study aims to determine (1)—the influence of religiosity on the interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. (2). The effect of halal certification on the interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. And (3). The impact of religiosity and halal certification on interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. This research is the millennial consumers of traditional food of Sate Bandeng Kang Cepi Kaujon, Serang City, Banten Province. The research method used is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS version 23 software. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that (1). Religiosity affects an interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng. (2). Halal certification affects an interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng (3). Religiosity and halal certification have a positive and significant impact on interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng. Consumers’ interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng is influenced by religiosity and halal certification as much as 48.8 percent. In comparison, the remaining 51.2 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of the quality of human resource services of Islamic banks on customer satisfaction. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression method. Data collection in this study combines the questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling method. The results show that there is a quality of the human resources of Islamic banks have an influence on the level of customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. While partially, only guarantees only variable that has a significant effect. The purpose of this research is as follows: 1) to find out how much problem loans affect SHU KPN-GA Batipuh 2) to know how big of own capital influence SHU KPN-GA Batipuh 3) to know how big business volume influence SHU KPN -GA Batipuh.This research takes place in the Cooperative Islamic Teacher in Batipuh District Tanah Datar. The data collected are quantitative data from RAT reports of civil Islamic teacher cooperative Batipuh in 2010-2015. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression method. The result of data analysis is known that the problem loans, own capital and business volume simultaneously have significant effect to the Business Result Residual (SHU) of Cooperative Islamic Teacher Batipuh. The problem of non performing loans has the most dominant effect on the Business Result of Islamic Teacher Cooperative (KPN-GA) Batipuh.Based on the results of the research, it is suggested that there should be handling of non-performing loans, increase business capital and lower interest rates, as it will affect the remaining results of operations.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of employee compensation, motivation and work discipline variables on PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population used in this study is 46 respondents, the entire population is made as respondents (census). Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression method using the help of SPSS for Windows Relase 20.0 program. Hypothesis testing used has a significance level of α = 0.05. The test results obtained that simultaneously compensation, motivation and work discipline affect performance, with the regression equation of Y = α + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 or Y = 2,338 + 0,718 (X1) + 0,164 (X2) + 0,162 (X3) and with the level The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.679 or 67.9% while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study. Partially with the standard obtained the results of research X1, X2 and X3 have an effect on Y with a significance value of X1 of 0.00, X2 of 0.03 and X3 of 0.00.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu. Populasi yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini  yaitu 46 responden, seluruh populasi dijadikan responden (sensus). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan dari program SPSS for Windows Relase 20,0. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan mempunyai taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa secara serempak  kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dengan persamaan regresi sebesarY = α + b1X1 + b2X2+ b3X3 atau Y = 2,338 + 0,718(X1)+ 0,164(X2) + 0,162(X3)dan dengan tingkat koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,679 atau 67,9% sedangkan sisanya 32,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial dengan standar diperoleh hasil penelitian X1, X2  dan X3 berpengaruh terhadap Y dengan nilai  signifikansi X1sebesar 0,00, X2  sebesar 0,03 dan X3 sebesar 0,00.

The problem in the The Conexio Cikunir 1 Apartment project which has the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) was had delayed, which should have been 100% contractually completed, but only 46.231% have been realized. Based on these percentages, required an analysis of the dominant factors that causes of delayed in this project. This study has purpose to determine the dominant factor influencing the variables causing project delayed. Questionnaires were distributed to the respondents consisting of the contractors, owners and supervisory consultants involved in the apartment construction project. The results of the questionnaires were processed using SPSS 25 software. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method. The results of the research shows that factors which fulfilled on the partial test (t test) and has a significant influence is document of works variable (5.792 ) . This value has the highest rank of significance value for project delayed. Futhermore is planning & scheduling variable (2,805), equipments variable (2,482), managerial variable (2.324), materials variable (2,248), and external factors variable (2.094). The result of Adjusted R Square of 62.70% shows that the Factors that Causes of Delayed can affect the Project Delay variable by 62.70%, while the remaining 37.30% is affected by other variables not examined in this study.

The main need of this research is to see the effect of the quality of electronic services (E-S-Qual) on customer loyalty using the online transportation application (Gojek) in the city of Padang. This type of research is causally comparative. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. While the research time was conducted in 2018. The population focused in this study were people who lived in the city of Padang and used the Gojek application with a sample of 160 people taken by purposive sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression method and data obtained from questionnaire results. From the results obtained from this study indicate that all dimensions of electronic service quality (E-S-Qual) have a direct relationship with customer loyalty at α = 0.05Keywords: E-S-qual; efficiency; system availability; fulfillment; privacy; customer loyalty

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of oil and gas exports, foreign investment, foreign debt and inflation on Indonesia's economic growth in 1975-2019. The research method uses a quantitative approach which will be explained associatively. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression method as an econometric tool to describe the characteristics of a sample or observed location with the help of SPSS 26 for windows. The results of the study prove that partially oil and gas exports, foreign debt, and inflation affect Indonesia's economic growth. Meanwhile, foreign investment has no effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Simultaneously, the variables of oil and gas exports, foreign investment, foreign debt and inflation affect Indonesia's economic growth. This is supported by the R2 value of 0.599 which means that 59.9 percent of the variation in economic growth is influenced by oil and gas exports, foreign investment, foreign debt and inflation, while the remaining 40.1 percent is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Motivation on employee performance at Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. This type of research is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, interviews. The sampling method using Probability Sampling using Slovin formula, then the samples obtained were 83 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
