The objective of this study is to help students in developing their ideas in writing due to their difficulties to arrange ideas. Although they do have ideas, they cannot structure their ideas well in their papers. Several factors could cause this problem such as lack of vocabulary and knowledge or strategies in arranging ideas in papers. Another factor is unclear explanation and insufficient guidance from the teachers. Based on literature review, dictoglos can be a guide for students to develop their ideas in writing. It is a teaching technique which incorporates various activities such listening, taking notes, discussing, and reconstructing which have some standard procedures and variations. English as an international language has been known all over the world. People cannot deny it, because many countries use and learn the language. The fact shows that the language is used as a second or a foreign language in each country in the world. Many people learn it to get involved in the world globalization era, where English in written or oral form of communication is used. Therefore, it is a must for people to learn English. Whether they are students, worker, or other occupations that they belong to, they must study English. It can be learned through learning at school, in a course, or in their own ways. People must learn the language skills in order to master English well. The journey of the learning could be similar to a child learning to walk where he may fall down to the floor and get up to stand again and learn to walk continuously so that he can walk well. It is also the same when we learn a language. We must start from listening, speaking, reading and writing. The four language skills should be learned continuously and patiently. Writing as one of the language skill at any level of education that has to be mastered is rather difficult than other skills. Students feel difficult to arrange their ideas in papers. Actually they have ideas but it is hard for them to deliver it into their paper or they have many ideas but they cannot choose what ideas should be chosen to develop. It happens because they have lack of vocabulary, cannot arrange the ideas correctly, berita terkini internasional do not know how to develop their ideas. This could happen because there is no clear enough information from the teacher. It is also possible that the teacher do not teach well. In addition to teachers, it should be acknowledged that there are many other factors that cause the inability of students to write in English. Because some problems above, the writer wants to give an alternative solution to overcome the problem that is an approach to teach writing. It is hoped that the students have ability to develop their ideas in writing. The approach is called Dictogloss. In this approach students is trained to write their elaboration of one idea or improve simply an idea or a topic chosen by a teacher or they choose it freely from their own.

The article gives an idea of the role and significance of the English language as a means of communication in the world economy. Demand for a foreign language in a market economy and its perceived needs, economic examples of outstanding and frequent shortcomings of specialists in the field of language proficiency and at the same time, many of the problems and indicators of language proficiency in the countries of the world are given. It is noted that the development of foreign language skills in education based on effective methods and practices. To date, a number of studies have been conducted around the world on the process of teaching English and at the same time, such studies are continuing. Training is a complex process, constantly commenting on the updates and research. For future professionals to acquire knowledge only in their field and simply rely on the program a wrong idea. If you pay attention to the development of each area, it has concentrated a number of disciplines. This can be cited as an example of the direction of economic development. It is important to educate well-developed generation, which is the most important value and decisive force in achieving the set goals of increasing investment in human capital from year to year, democratic development, modernization and renewal. For example, the need for language is manifested in the process of interaction and communication with foreign partners. After all, Economics, in a broad sense, is the production, distribution, exchange, and consumption of products. For consumer and producer, common language skills are considered not only a condition for achieving a mutually acceptable result, but also a necessity to negotiate. Integration of the world community, the development of science, technology requires the young generation to master several languages perfectly.Practical skills for specialists in the field of Economics, rules of business relations in a foreign language, both oral and written is necessary to create conditions for the development of cognitive ability, as well as the ability to a foreign language in the professional sphere. In this case, in order to enrich the theoretical and practical achievements, scholars in the field of language, pay attention to get wide outlook learning language according to specialty in direction of Economics. Today, teaching of foreign languages in higher education based on professional and personal competencies, that graduates achieve effective results in their professional career.

Abstract In the phenomenon of globalization, the foreign language skills are part of both scientific field and everyday life. Though the number of learners of German decreased in the last twenty years, German seems to be again in greater demand as a foreign language all over the world. In the Romanian universities, the study of the German language continues to arouse great interest in the recent years. The following article deals with the role that German language plays in our country, and it tries to find answers regarding the Banat region/area, by using the example of the Polytechnic University of Timișoara. Another topic that the author emphasizes is the contribution of German as a foreign language - lessons in promoting the German language and culture in the Banat region.

At present the role of independent learning has become more crucial than ever. The rapid development of close ties between the countries of the world, the requirement of urgent solutions to numerous problems connected with ecology, peace, politics, economy, art, etc. have strengthened the need for an international global language in order to exchange information between different cultures. Today this language is English and, consequently, learning English has become a must. The effectiveness of learning in general and that of independent learning in particular depends on the level of responsibility of the students. In other words, the student, who in fact is a learner, should have a clear idea of the plan of his/her study. The students should know how much time, effort and money they are going to ‘invest’ into their studies, and, moreover, they should be responsible for their own role in the interactive, student-centered ‘give and take’ process of learning a foreign language.

The Impact

The nature of writing and its interaction with the other language skills are examined, and approaches to teaching writing are presented. The use of word processing in the writing process is reviewed, and the positive and negative effects of word processing on writing are outlined. A study which was carried out to examine the impact of computer use on revision behaviour is described, and its findings are discussed. Recommendations are made regarding the use of word processing in the writing curriculum.

Some countries much use English as an international language all over the world. Unfortunately, the use of English in some countries is different from each other.  In this case, Indonesia uses English as a foreign language. There are four English skills, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The mastery of vocabulary is a vital aspect in learning a language; we will not be able to speak to read, and write any language if we do not master it in vocabulary. Therefore, vocabulary has an essential role because it is his primary instrument of language. The student's mastery of English vocabulary is still low. Some factors that cause why the students' vocabulary is still low are the teacher's technique that does not motivate students in learning English. Instrument of the collecting data used by the writer is observation, interview, and test. In doing research, the writer uses a quantitative approach. It means that the data being obtained are presented by number and then interpreted by using statistical analysis. The conclusion of the research is the application of mastery of vocabulary on ability in making paraphrase. It is is know the result the student' of the mastery of vocabulary (X variable) in the average of 71.142 and the result the students' of ability in making paraphrase (Y variable) in the average of 68.00. Correlation of C variable on Y variable showing 0.418%. It means that 0.418 is enough to influence the correlation between applying the students' mastery of vocabulary on their ability to make paraphrase.

The fact that the knowledge of foreign languages ??contributes to the emotions of a positive and positive business man, as well as changes his worldview, is discussed Niyu does not fall under. Abstract: The article presents using Media is one of the world spread method of teaching. Nowadays everything is connected with technology. Day by day our life is changing, new things are being created. Media is used in every sphere. The aim of the article is to show effectiveness of the teaching productive skills through Media in teaching English. English is also a language used to give expression of thoughts and feelings of a social group, but it is a foreign language for Kyrgyz learners. So, it is not easy to teach English where it is taught as a foreign as well as a second language. But with the help of technological media, this job can be smoothed down with fruitful results. A variety of tech tools and methods out there for teaching writing that can make the process easier and more fun for both teachers and students. Speaking is very important it is as communication in giving opinion and emotion to share with others. One of the effort is carried out by English teacher is using of visual media in teaching learning process of speaking. It means that, the use of visual media mentioned to increase the students learning success,especially in speaking aspect. Key words: Productive skills, visual media, teaching writing and speaking, blog, high-tech innovations, multimedia, collaborate, writing projects, to construct, fruitful results.
