Introduction. Individual educational pathways are widely used in higher education to optimize the educational process and harmonize the personal needs of students. The problem of their further development consists in improving scientific and methodological support and meeting the requirements of documents regulating educational activities. The purpose of the article is to present the results of theoretical substantiation, development and implementation of a model for individual educational pathways in engineering education. Materials and Methods. As a research toolkit, a methodological system, including an integrated and interdisciplinary (combine all components of the model of individual educational trajectories into a system), systemic, substrate and structured (for designing new models of individual educational trajectories) approaches was used; hypothetical-deductive, analysis-synthesis, morphology and classification (to analyze all possible models of individual educational trajectories), modeling and design (to create various individual educational trajectories) methods were also utilized. Results. In the course of the study, the definition of an individual educational pathway was formulated. As a result of the joint work of the authors from Mordovia State University and the engineering universities of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, individual educational trajectories were developed for students of engineering specialisms at these universities. A generalized combinatorial model of possible individual educational pathways of engineering specialism has been developed. Discussion and Сonclusion. The results obtained contribute to the development of the curriculum design theory in the context of individual educational pathways. The materials of the article will be useful to researchers dealing with the problems of personalization of learning based on the use of individual educational trajectories.

In line with the current global focus on sustainability and the well-being of the planet, becoming a professional engineer nowadays requires more than simple mastery of technical skills. Considering that engineers are required to have a deep sense of responsibility not only for humankind but also for the environment, engineering education and practices must be reformed substantially to prepare engineers that will contribute to sustainable development. This necessitates updating conventional engineering programs (CEE) to incorporate Humanizing Engineering Education (HEE). Although HEE is an old practice of individual engineers and other organizations outside the academic field, it is relatively new in academic engineering. While the definition of what truly merits being considered HEE remains debatable, many engineers believe that their work involves a humanitarian aspect. To streamline the development of HEE, there is a need for developing guidelines and frameworks for a comprehensive model. Ideally, that framework should integrate humanizing pedagogy in the new curriculum design. The objective of the paper is to share the experience of the authors in designing a new curriculum for a Materials Engineering Programme (MEP) that is embedded with Humanitarian Engineering (HE), which is among the main elements of HEE. Data collection was through interviews, qualitative surveys, reports from the stakeholders, accreditation bodies and benchmarking with other Higher Learning Institutions (HLI). An extensive scholarly literature review was executed to identify shortcomings in CEE and how it could be reformed by integrating it with HEE. The Sejahtera Academic Framework (SAF); a strategic framework for academic programmes developed by the university, was used as a reference to customize MEP to better meet students’ needs. Since the proposed model applies a new emerging concept, it inevitably raises challenges related to different levels of understanding among course implementers and perceptions of external stakeholders. Moreover, the developers had to consider the limitations imposed by the university's policies and structures while acknowledging the availability of finite resources (i.e. time, money, equipment, and expertise).

The analysis of the program and normative documents of the republic in the field of social work showed that the level of training of social workers does not meet the needs of the social services sector. Changes in the so-cio-economic sphere, the attitude of society towards social work, international practice dictate the need for organizing work and training social workers, taking into account the requirements of a professional standard in this field. The presence of a professional standard in social work obliges educational institutions to bring the content of the educational program for the training of social workers in accordance with the requirements of the standard, focusing on the formation of professional competencies. The formation of professional com-petencies and the definition of learning outcomes requires the use of training technology in the educational process — case management. Case management is a technology that reflects the content of the labor function of a social worker.

Представлены первые результаты совместной работы таджикских и российских преподавателей в учебных заведениях Республики Таджикистан в процессе реализации программы «Русские учителя в Таджикистане». Актуальность темы обусловлена растущей ролью сотрудничества в сфере образования и подготовки кадров, которые лежат в основе абсолютно всех направлений стратегического взаимодействия этих стран. На примере Раштского района Республики Таджикистан отмечается уникальность для новейшей истории российско-таджикских отношений опыта одновременной взаимодополняющей работы преподавателей двух стран как в школе, так и в педагогическом институте. Уделено внимание роли русского языка и русскоязычного образования в Таджикистане, дается анализ нынешней ситуации с функционированием русского языка в республике. Предлагаются пути и способы его дальнейшего совершенствования для того, чтобы существенно расширить возможности практического использования русского языка. Вводится и дается определение новому научному понятию «самовоспроизводящая система». Обосновывается авторское толкование этого термина. Предложены возможности и подходы дальнейшего развития программы «Русские учителя в Таджикистане». The article discusses the role of the Russian language and Russian education in Tajikistan. The analysis of the current situation with the functioning of the Russian language in the republic is given. The author suggests the ways and the opportunities of its further improvement of significantly expand the possibilities of practical use of the Russian language. Determined the relevance of the article. The article notes that cooperation in the field of education and training lies at the heart of absolutely all areas of strategic cooperation between our countries. The author considers the first results of the joint work of Tajik and Russian teachers in educational institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan. On the example of the Rasht district of the Republic of Tajikistan, the uniqueness of the experience of the simultaneous complementary work of teachers of the two countries both at school and at the pedagogical institute for the recent history of Russian-Tajik relations is noted. The definition of a new scientific concept “self-reproducing system” is introduced and given. The author’s interpretation of this term is substantiated, in contrast to the generally accepted ones. The expediency of attracting non-profit organizations of the two countries to the development of Russian-Tajik educational cooperation is noted. A number of other practical proposals for the development of joint teaching activities in educational institutions of Tajikistan, namely, that the construction of Russian schools will provide an opportunity to create effective centers of culture and education in the regions.

The article discusses a comprehensive model of distance learning in secondary schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the creation of quality educational content in accordance with the basic requirements of updated education content; distance format of technologies for the criterion assessment of educational achievements of students; psychological and pedagogical support of students in the conditions of distance learning; technical equipment of students in the conditions of preschool.The results were obtained through a sociological study to monitor the status and diagnosis of psychological and pedagogical problems in the educational process of secondary schools in the Zhambylregion. The presented model of education in the conditions of DLT is based on the development of modern infrastructure for the development of modern digital and comfortable educational environment; design of the educational process based on the segmentation of the school contingent; application of criterion assessment technology; creation of digital educational resources; development of educational resources for teachers; creation of educational programs for teachers in the region. The implementation of the proposed training model will make it possible to create an educational space providing for the individualisation of educational trajectories and favourable conditions for interaction between students and teachers, productive learning of curricula, achievement of meta-subject results and improvement of information competence among schoolchildren.

The relevance of the study of practice-oriented educational process is due to the processes of reforming legal education in Ukraine, attempts to theoretically determine the methods of teaching subjects and conducting independent classes. The study of the peculiarities of the organisation of students 'independent tasks, their verification and analysis of errors is due to its purpose, which is to study the practice-oriented nature of learning and identify learning difficulties in students' independent work, suggest ways to eliminate them and justify improving the learning process. Thanks to the basic methods of scientific knowledge, in particular general and special legal, the essence of independent work of students is revealed, which in its work contains the principle of developmental learning, both without the participation of the teacher and under his direct supervision. Based on the philosophical and functional method it was possible to outline the main function of the educational process – obtaining the maximum amount of knowledge, their consolidation and transformation into skills and abilities. Using the structural-functional method, it was investigated that among the most useful skills for students in solving problems independently are writing essays and working in groups. Thanks to the sociostatistical method, the essence of students' group work is revealed, which promotes mutual control, increases the level of motivation, development of cognitive activity, interest in performing joint work, etc. The result of the study is its validity on the rational organisation of methodological support of independent work of students, as well as on the possibility of high-quality assimilation of educational material by students, lays the foundation for further self-education and selfimprovement. It is substantiated that the performance of independent homework by students-lawyers of both theoretical and practical nature has a positive effect on the formation and development of special (subject) skills, including mastery and correct interpretation of legal terminology, definition of the most important features and nature of legal categories, ability to formulate and substantiate their position when analysing the situation from the standpoint of law

Methodology of chemical education for would-be engineers in technical universities is discussed in the report. Content lines as an instrument of structuring of content of chemical courses are proposed by the author. Content lines and their practical implementation in syllabus are analyzed. It was shown that the method of syllabus design makes education area more transparent for all participants of educational process. The relevance of the study is caused by the paramount importance of the legal responsibility institution, without which one cannot imagine the existence of the legal state. Threading all the spheres of public life, the legal category of responsibility is a significant element of the mechanism for their regulation and plays an important role in the provision of order and safety. The objective of the paper is in the cognition of the complicated and multi-faceted phenomenon of legal responsibility and in the definition of its position in the legislative system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this regard, this paper is aimed at the revealing of the main approaches towards the understanding of the responsibility in law, the study of the kinds of legal responsibility and their legal sources. The leading approach in the study is the analysis that allows integrally considering the accumulated theoretical experience in the issues of legal responsibility, as well as revealing the drawbacks in the documentation of the responsibility in the applicable legislation. The paper presents modern concepts of legal responsibility, reveals the existing definitions of its concept, and considers the system of legal responsibility and its basic elements (kinds) with the definition of its legal framework for each element of the responsibility. The materials of the paper may be helpful to the scientists in their research of the problems of legal responsibility in all the legal branches, university teachers and students in the educational process when studying and teaching the legal disciplines.

At the same time, special attention is paid to scientific work on improving the didactic system of using the historical, scientific and pedagogical values ​​of great figures, the definition of the scale of artistic and creative thinking, the coverage of development trends. Everyone tries to study with interest the historical, scientific and pedagogical values, heritage, genesis of great figures, scientific and theoretical basis of the principles of development of new Uzbek literature, the normative bases of respect for our great figures. This paper presents a concept of continuous environmental education that has a generic nature but was considered in the context of one particular region — the Republic of Altai. The work also presents a structural-functional model of the system of technological support of the continuous environmental education of secondary school students. The model of the system mentioned above is based on the results of theoretical, methodological and practical research as well as on its experimental verification. The system is based on the principle of environmental education with its substantive, regulatory and procedural functions. The study has confirmed the assumption about the necessity of this concept and proved its effectiveness in terms of developing a technology for continuous environmental education in the region. This concept was adopted by the Government of the Altai Republic and became the theoretical and methodological basis of this technology. The concept of environmental education in the Republic of Altai proposed allows observing the entire educational process and taking into account the connections between all functional structures most fully, since all of them are based on systematic, activity, reflexive, synergetic, resource, cultural approaches. The concept creates a theoretical basis for solving an important practical problem — the scientific substantiation of the didactic basis of environmental education. The investigation performed helps explain the essence and predict the development of complex processes in the field of education. The research allows using the experience of theoretical substantiation of the introduction of didactic provisions to the rank of teaching principles and experience in developing their "instrumentality" (the method of application) in the form of content, normative and procedural didactic functions. Also, this research allows building a concept that creates a theoretical basis for solving important practical problems in the education system and using the experience of revealing the deeper content of previously known pedagogical concepts, enabling the identification of their new core features.
