This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence against professionalism and teacher’s performance at SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar.  This research uses 42 people of sample which selected pursuant to of stratified simple random method. Research variable consist of emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence as independent variable, and also professionalism and  teachers’s performance as dependent variable. The method of analysis used validity and reliability test, quantitative descriptive analysis method and PLS. Result of this research, showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on professionalism and the teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar. Besides that, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence gives more dominantly influence on teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar. So, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially or simultaneously impact on teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasarand spiritual intelligence gives more dominantly influence on the teacher performance.

Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana impelementasi kompetensi sosial guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. Bungin Kab. Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. Tekhnik Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yang akan diteliti yaitu: Variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi sosial guru dan Variabel terikat yaitu motivasi belajar siswa. Jumlah sampel ialah 22 orang dari 220 populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. kompetensi sosial guru merupakan seperangkat penguasaan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru agar dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas pokok sebagai seorang guru dan  bertanggungjawab dalam mendidik. Cara meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa antara lain Pemberian Nilai pemberian ulangan dan kerja kelompok. Melihat implementasi kompetensi sosial guru untuk meningkatkan  motivasi belajar siswa sudah berhasilan dalam bidang pendidikan, guru diharapkan mampu  menjadi pigur dalam memajukan  lembaga pendidikan agar siswa termotivasi untuk melakukan perubaha-perubahan dalam memajukan lembaganya pendidikan kedepannya.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sosial, Guru,  Motivasi Belajar SiswaABSTRACTThis study was analyzed with descriptive qualitative is purpose which to give an overview of how the implementation the social competence of teachers to students' motivation Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of using Bali Go Live Channel as media promotion digital of Bali Tourism by using EPIC Model approach. Effectiveness measurement is done by obtaining value of empathy dimension, persuation dimension, impact dimension, and communication dimension from digital promotion conducted by Bali Go Live Channel to know how effective promotion is done. Determination of samples in this study using accidental sampling method as much as 100 respondents tourists. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability analysis, simple tabulation analysis, and EPIC Model analysis. From the results of quantitative descriptive analysis can be seen that the measurement of dimensions empathy, dimension persuasion, dimension impact, and dimension communication entered in the range of effective scale. The results of this study show the use of Bali Go Live Channel as a digital promotion media of Bali tourism declared effective. This is shown from the EPIC Rate of 3.98 which fall into the effective category.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of training on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers Tangerang Selatan-Banten, and to find out the influence of leadership style, training and compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers in South Tangerang-Banten. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were the teachers of the Al Azhar BSD School totaling 110 people and used a saturated sample technique in which all populations were sampled in the study. The results showed that there was a partial influence between the leadership style on the positive teacher performance of tcount 24.209 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between training on the positive teacher performance of t arithmetic 19.767 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between compensation on the positive teacher performance of t count 18.667 at a significance level of 0.000. While there is a simultaneous relationship between leadership style, training and compensation to the positive teacher performance of f count 364.805 with a significance level of 0.000. It can be concluded that the results of the study have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously so that all hypotheses are accepted. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten. Metode yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah guru-guru Sekolah Al Azhar BSD yang berjumlah 110 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 24,209 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 19,767 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 18,667 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan hubungan secara simultan terdapat antara gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar f hitung 364,805 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian tersebut terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan sehingga semua hipotesis diterima. <p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Pendidikan karakter di sekolah bagian integral dari program penguatan karakter. Karakter toleransi berfungsi untuk menumbuhkan kompetensi multikultural siswa. Fenomena kasus intoleransi perlu dicegah melalui pengembangan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk menemukan butir-butir pernyataan yang valid dan reliabel pada instrumen skala karakter toleransi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan <em>mixed methods</em>. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan <em>transformatif sekuensial</em>. Intrument penelitian ini melalui studi dokumentasi beruapa analisis teks, wawancara, dan survei. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif tentang kajian jurnal dan buku sebagai studi dokumentasi, <em>forum group dicussion</em> penentuan butir-butir pernyataan dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dari hasil uji beda untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen karakter toleransi. Temuan mengungkap konsep dan operasionalisasi skala karakter toleransi melalui tiga aspek, yaitu (1) aspek kedamaian meliputi indikator  peduli, ketidaktakutan, dan cinta, (2) aspek menghargai perbedaan dan individu meliputi indikator saling menghargai satu sama lain, menghargai perbedaan orang lain, dan menghargai diri sendiri, serta (3) aspek kesadaran meliputi indikator menghargai kebaikan orang lain, terbuka, reseptif, kenyamanan dalam kehidupan, dan kenyamanan dengan orang lain. Skala karakter toleransi memiliki 39 butir pernyataan yang valid. Koefisien reliabilitas skala karakter toleransi adalah 0,777 yang termasuk dalam kategori reliabilitas tinggi. Skala karakter toleransi dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat karakter toleransi.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong><strong>Karakter Toleransi</strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstra</em></strong><strong><em>ct</em></strong><em></em></p><p><em>Character education in schools an integral part of the character strengthening programs. Tolerance character serves to foster multicultural competence in students. The phenomenon of intolerance cases should be prevented through the development of character education in schools. The goal of research to find a grain of valid and reliable statements on the instrument scale tolerance character. This research uses mixed methods approach. Design research uses sequential transformative design. Instrument this research through documentation study in form of text analysis, interview, and survey. Research analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis about study of journals and books as documentation studies, and forum group discussion for the determination of statement items and quantitative descriptive analysis from different test results to know validity and reliability of instrument tolerance character. The findings reveal the concept and operationalization of tolerant character scale through three aspects: (1) peace aspects include indicators care, fear, and love, (2) value diversity and individual aspects include indicators respect each other, respect differences of others, and respect ourselves, and (3) awareness aspects include indicators of appreciating the goodness of others, open, receptive, comfort in life, and comfort with others. Tolerance character scale has 39 valid statement items. Tolerance character scale reliability coefficient is 0.777 which was included in category of high reliability. Quality of service is any activity carried out by the company or hotel in order to meet consumer expectations. The dimensions of the service quality are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Various efforts need to be considered by the hotel in order to satisfy the guests. So is the case with Segara Village Hotel which is a four-star hotel in Sanur. This study aims to determine the quality of service of room attendants at Segara Village Hotel, using the techniques of qualitative-quantitative descriptive analysis. Respondents in this study were guests at Segara Village Hotel as many as 50 people. Data obtained by questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using analysis techniques and performance level of importance, and the Cartesian diagram. It was found that the factors are a top priority (considered important by guests, but the implementation is felt still less) is the appearance of room attendant, accuracy, reliability, timeliness in cleaning room, the provision of information to the guests, room attendant accuracy, and understanding of what is desired by guests.

The implementation of public services is currently dealing with a situation that has not been in line with the needs and changes in various fields of life as a society, nation and state. This study aims to determine how the community's satisfaction with public services based on a survey of community satisfaction at the Kijang Kota village office. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of users of the Kijang Kota head office services and a total sample of 100 people taken by quota sampling. The data analysis method used statistical analysis SPSS 21 to test the validity and reliability of the data, while to determine the percentage of the community's satisfaction level, the writer used a quantitative descriptive analysis which was calculated using the weighted average value of each service element based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform State Bureaucracy No. 14 2017 year. The results of this study indicate that the survey of community satisfaction at the Kijang Kota Lurah Office for public services is in a good category because of the nine elements studied, there are two elements that have a very good value, namely fees / rates and complaint handling, and six other elements in good categories, service requirements, completion time, product / service type specifications, executive competence, facilities and infrastructure. One element, namely systems, mechanisms and procedures in the poor category, therefore still needs improvement and improvement.Keywords: Community Satisfaction,  Service Quality, Service Standards

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Pematangsiantar yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan parsial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut: Disiplin kerja, karakteristik individu dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dari karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Pematangsiantar. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Department of Population and Civil Registration both simultaneously and partially. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research instrument test used was the validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique consisted of normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research can be described as follows: Work discipline, individual characteristics and employee performance are good. There is a positive and significant influence between individual characteristics on employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Office of Population and Civil Registration. There is a strong and positive relationship between individual characteristics and employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze motivation, organizational culture and performance. This research is conducted in Community and Village Empowerment Office, it used sample of 33 ASN consist of Office Secretary, Head of Section, Head of Subdivision, Section Head and Staff, data is collected using questioners. This research is to analyze motivational variable data, organizational culture and performance using quantitative descriptive analysis. Data is divided into primer data and secondary data. The scoring of this research uses a Likert scale. To describe the figure of each variable studied, the data is tabulated and uses a statistical descriptive analysis by calculating the mean (mean). The analysis result present that variable motivation of State Civil Apparatus in the Office of Community Empowerment and Village of Sleman Regency generally get a good category with mean 3,79. While organizational culture variables generally also get a good category with mean 3,83. The ASN Performance variable in the Community and Village Empowerment Service, although it is not yet maximal, it also has a good category with mean 3, 49. Even though the performance variable obtains the lowest mean compared to the motivation variable and organizational culture variable, it remains in the good category. This study aims to a) Knowing and analyze customer perceptions of lifestyle, service quality andpurchasing decisions at X2 Family Resto and Karaoke Kupang. b) Knowing and analyze theinfluence of lifestyle and service quality partially on customers purchasing decisions at X2 FamilyResto and Karaoke Kupang. c) Knowing and analyze the influence of lifestyle and service qualitysimultaneously on customer purchasing decisions at X2 Family Resto and Karaoke Kupang. Thepopulation in this study are all customers who have visited and used services of the X2 FamilyResto and Karaoke Kupang. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using accidental samplingtechnique. The analysis tecnique used is Quantitative Descriptive Analysis and multiple regression(R2). Based on the results of descriptive analysis shows customer perceptions of lifestyle and servicequality included in the satisfied category. In this study the regression equation was obtained: Y =1,620 + 0,264 X1 + 0,725 X2. If seen from the score scale, then the lifestyle variable equal is 4,27and the highest of the service quality variable is 4,29. Based on the analysis of statistical data, theresults of the t test show that the two independent variables have a significant effect on the variable.F test results show that simultaneosly the independent variable significantly influences theindependent variable. The R square adjust value of 0.782 shows that 78.2% of the purchase decisionvariable is influenced by the independent variable in the regression equation while the remaining21.8% is influenced by the variables not discussed in this study. It is recommended for X2 FamilyResto and Karaoke Kupang to add market segments and product development, which is not only foradolescents (Students) but also added to the adult market segmen and further researchers areexpected to add other aspects such as place, promotion, atmosfer, service, brand awareness,andbrand image. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the competence and discipline on teacher performance at the State Junior High School 2 Siantar, both simultaneously and partially. This study was conducted by using literature review and field research. The population used by the authors in this study were 39 teachers of the State Junior High School 2 Siantar. The type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data. This study used primary and secondary data sources. The data collection was carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used was a quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows (1) there was a positive effect of competence and discipline on teacher performance; (2) there was a high correlation between competence and discipline on teacher performance; (3) the results of the study was competence and discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, both simultaneously and partially.
