This study aims to determine the health level of BMT At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah West Sumatra in 2014-2016 based on the regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of RI No.07 / per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016 concerning aspects of capital, productive asset quality, efficiency , liquidity and compliance with sharia principles. This research type is descriptive evaluation research. The subject of the study was the At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah West Sumatra BMT which became the object of evaluation was the health of BMT At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah West Sumatra. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis research. In this study data was collected through documentation and interview methods. The results showed that the health level of BMT At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah West Sumatra in 2014-2016 with details: (1) capital aspects in the ratio of own capital to total assets in 2014 were unhealthy criteria, 2015 to 2016 criteria were quite healthy, on the CAR ratio 2014 to 2016 with healthy criteria. (2) earning asset quality aspects on the ratio of problematic receivables and financing to 2014-2015 healthy criteria and 2016 unhealthy criteria, in the 2014-2016 earning assets elimination ratio with unhealthy criteria. (3) efficiency aspects on the ratio of operational financing to gross participation in 2014 and 2016 unhealthy criteria and in 2015 the criteria were quite healthy, in 2014-2016 fixed assets and total assets ratios the criteria were healthy, in the service efficiency ratio of 2014-2016 the criteria were not healthy. (4) the liquidity aspect in the cash ratio in 2014 and 2016 the criteria are not healthy and in 2015 the criteria were unhealthy, the ratio of funding to funds received in the year 2014-2016 was not healthy. (5) compliance with sharia principles in 2014-2016 is critically sound.

The objective of this research is to know the level of financial health of Koperasi Swastisari Credit 2012-2016 based on the Regulation of State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Republic of Indonesia No.06 / PER / DEP.6 / IV / 2016 concerning capital aspect, earning asset quality, management, liquidity, efficiency, independence and growth as well as cooperative identity.This research is a type of descriptive evaluative research. The subject of this research is Credit Cooperative (Kopdit) Swastisari in which the object of evaluation is financial health Kopdit Swastisari. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive analysis. In this research data is collected through documentation and interview method. The results showed that the health level of the 2012-2016 Swaddle Kopdit was in fairly healthy category with the average score of 78.06 with details: (1) the capital aspect was averaged 12.24 and was in the healthy category; (2) aspect of productive asset quality in the mean score 17,25 and in healthy enough category; (3) management aspect was score 13,07 and was in healthy category; (4) the efficiency aspect was averaged 15.00 and was in the healthy category; (5) liquidity aspect in the average score of 7.25 and is in the less healthy category; (6) aspect of independence and growth average score 6.25 and in the category of healthy enough; (7) the aspect of cooperative identity is averaged score of 7.00 and is in fairly healthy category. (8) the level of health of the Swedy Kopdit for 5 years (2012-2016) in a row obtained the total score of 70.35; 71.05; 72.45; 72.70; 72.50 and 78.06 are in fairly healthy categories.Using Trend Analysis least square method taken from the total health ratio of Swasti Sari Kopdit Period (2012-2016) obtained estimates of the results of the health ratio assessment in the coming year (2017-2020), the score obtained is 73.58; 74.17; 74.76 and 75.35 which indicate a good prospect for the next 5 year.

The purpose of this study is to found see how healthy the Teratai Women Cooperative in Merjoyo Village, Purwoasri District, Kediri Regency. The aspects of capital, productive asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, as well as the cooperative's identity, are used to assess cooperatives, as per the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and medium enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2016. This sort of research combines qualitative descriptive research with secondary data gathered from management accountability reports presented at Annual Member Meetings, specifically the cooperative financial accounts for 2018-2020. The results of the analysis show that the Teratai Women's Cooperative's health level rating in 2018-2020 had an average final score of 56.18, indicating that the predicate is under supervision.

Small and Medium Enterprises in any nation are blessed with the ability to become the backbone of the domestic economy and the sustainability. Therefore, they must concern about the factors which are affecting their performance. Many studies have been conducted by highlighting the financial factors that affect the performance of small and medium enterprises. Furniture industry is also embodied with number of small and medium enterprises around Sri Lanka. But still it is held the reputation in Moratuwa city. As an industry, small and medium enterprises are not sufficiently aware of non-financial factors which affect their performance and struggle to identify the impact of non-financial factors and how they could avoid the barriers from non-financial factors. Though the recent governments and regulatory bodies have designed policies and strategies to encourage small and medium enterprises by providing financial facilities, the information and the knowledge regarding non-financial factors are not sufficient. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of non-financial factors on performance of Furniture industry in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. After a comprehensive literature review, Input constraints, Regulatory Constraints, Technology constraints, Infrastructure constraints and Threats of Substitute products are identified as the independent variables of the study. Data collection was done using a structured questionnaire with 30 questions of Likert scales from the selected sample of 100 Furniture small and medium enterprises located in Moratuwa area. The analysis was carried out performing tests on descriptive statistics, validity, reliability, correlation, and regression analyses, and it is empirically supported that there is a significant impact of input constraints and infrastructure constraints on performance of Furniture industry in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. This study aims to investigate the health level of the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS in terms of: 1) Capital aspect; 2) Management aspect; 3) Liquidity aspect; 4) Aspect of compliance with syariah. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS in Bantul. The object of this research is the financial statements of 2015 to 2019. The data collection method were used documentation and questionnaire. The calculation use PAP technique was based on Deputy Regulation for the Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia Number 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The result of this research shows that health level of the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS 2015 to 2019 seen from; 1) Capital aspects of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 criteria are quite healthy; 2) Aspects management of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 criteria are quite healthy; 3) Aspects of liquidity of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 are healthy criteria; 4) Aspects of compliance with syariah principles BMT PAS Bantul from 2015 to 2019 healthy criteria. This study aims to determine the system for the results of Mudharabah on Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu with Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data relating to the annual revenue sharing system Mudharabah (2010-2014). The results of this study indicate that the profit sharing system is implemented by the Multipurpose Business Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu in the form of Mudharabah financing. With a guarantee statement on the process akadnya. In the event of negligence made by members who resulted in his business losing the goods made in the guarantee will be seized by the cooperative. Businesses that are established by members are mostly small and medium enterprises so often encountered bookkeeping that is not clear and just make a budget booklet at random. However, it does not become alaasan and hamper the growth of cooperatives which each year has increased the remaining results of operations. Unclear budget bookkeeping can result in member earnings manipulation, by lowering the profits earned and the effect on the revenue share installments

The business performance is influenced by various factors such as marketing strategy and production factor. Both have important roles to improve business performance. However, the number of Troso weaving cloth decreased gradually from 2013 up to 2016. This study aims at knowing the impact of marketing strategy and production factor to the performance of small and medium enterprises on Troso weaving cloth simultaneously and partially.  The population was 180 owners of Troso weaving cloth with the sample of 64. The sample was determined by using proportionate random sampling. Then, the variables for this study consist of independent variables that are marketing strategy (X1) and production (X2) factor; and dependent variable that is business performance (Y). Based on the percentage descriptive analysis. The marketing strategy variable has influence as many as 73% with good category, while the production factor influences business performance, 61% with the moderate category. This study has found that marketing strategy and production factor have positive and significant impact partially and simultaneously to the business performance of small and medium enterprises on Troso weaving cloth.

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to present an overview of the theoretical connection between key terms such as innovation indicators and entrepreneurship, highlighting the main trends of innovative activities and practices in the context of Romanian small and medium enterprises. Innovation management has gained an increased interest nowadays since it provides tools for creating competitive advantage and economic growth for enterprises. In this sense, at global and European Union level, innovation indicators have been identified in order to measure the efficiency of innovation. In addition, innovation and entrepreneurship have been connected by scholars, since their application provides business opportunities. Starting from the Europe 2020 Strategy that has innovation as a pillar for reaching economic growth, the present study provides a descriptive analysis of the Regional Innovation Scoreboard 2019 report, followed by a comparative analysis of the European Innovation Scoreboard reports published in the last 5 years. The present paper contributes to the existing knowledge regarding the actual application of innovation indicators in Romanian SMEs. The paper provides an answer to the research questions, which focus on depicting what are the exact innovation indicators that characterize the activities of Romanian SME and what are the trends and weaknesses in the actual business environment in terms of innovative endeavors. This paper provides some recommendations in terms of improvement of innovative efforts for the enterprises that operate in the Romanian market.

The digital economy is a new business environment that enables enterprises to operate and provide services via the Internet and digital platforms. The study was on the effect of economic digitisation on growth of SMEs in Nairobi CBD. The specific objectives were to determine the effect of digital financial services, digital content, digital values and skills and the effect of online advertising on the growth of small and medium enterprises. The sample size in this study was 1000 SMEs formally registered in the study area from where a sample of 300 was randomly selected. The questionnaire was employed for the purpose of data collection from which out of the 300 questionnaires distributed, 180 were returned representing a 60% response rate. Guided by the research objectives, the data collected through the questionnaire were sorted, coded and presented in graphical and tabular forms for the purpose of descriptive analysis. To determine the significance of the relationship between the dependent and independent variables, a regression analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24. The study established that digital financial services were significant factors in ensuring growth of SMEs in Kenya. The study concluded that Mobile payments have become a favorite means of making financial transactions.  The study also established that Applications available for mobile digital devices is expected to increase enormously.  Digital payment technology has increased over the last decade. From the findings, it was concluded that Consumers grow more familiar with the different payment systems available and encourage more transactions. The SMEs should explore the possibility of forming a management committee to streamline economic digitisation issues. It is recommended that the organization clearly spell out economic digitisation procedures and criteria. This can stir positive growth  among SMEs establishments and can result in effective management. The Government and the various agencies should also make provisions for training programs for SMEs  to empower them in terms of economic digitisation. The SMEs should not rely on external professionals to assist in digitisation as this may be expensive. It is also recommended that the SMEs should adopt digital financial services. E-commerce will ensure increased profitability for small and medium enterprises. They should also have Social networking sites, which have proved to be popular online activities in relation to time, spent. They should also adopt Innovation driven entrepreneurship as it contributes to increase in sales revenue, market share, efficiency, customers’ loyalty and firm profitability.

             The health assessment of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) is a cooperative incorporated descriptive research study that aims to get the description of health BQ Surya Madinah (Islamic MFIs). The period for this study was raised in 2009 and 2010. The guidelines for use of cooperative health assessment, formulated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Republic of Indonesia, which poured through the Minister's decision No. 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007 for cooperative health assessment sharia. In a co-operative health assessment consists of eight aspects of sharia that aspects of capital valuation, asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, and growth kemadirian, cooperative identity, sharia compliance. However, in this study only four financial ratios studied the aspects of capital, asset quality, liquidity, and the independence and growth.             The results calculation (score) of each component aspect ratio shows the ratio of the components are not all aspects can be expressed well, only three ratios that can yield the best assessment of the capital adequacy ratio of the given conclusion score "HEALTHY" financial ratios for the funds received were conclusions scores "LIQUID" profitability and capital ratios are given conclusion score "HIGH".To obtain better achievements in the future, it requires a proper measures to raise awareness of all members of the cooperative to jointly participate in the implementation of cooperative activities, either in the form of capital, financing and deposits. Key words: health assessment, Islamic MFIs, and BQ Surya Madinah

This paper aims to develop the role of internal factors, external factors, and risk management variables on MSMEs’ business performance. This research was conducted in underdeveloped regions of five provinces, which includes 14 cities in Indonesia—East Java, West Sumatra, North Sumatra, West Nusa Tenggara, and East Nusa Tenggara. The Resource-based view and Market-based view methods were chosen to measure 1401 data of MSMEs. The data was collected using offline questionnaires then processed using SPSS. This paper demonstrates a remarkable outcome for MSMEs, showing the significant result of risk management factors that includes risk assessment of marketing and financial management. Other independent variables of internal, external, and risk management factors also show important outcomes on MSMEs performance. This paper offers additional value of the implementation of ERM in MSMEs, which are spread in underdeveloped regions in Indonesia. The findings shown that the activity of the enterprises in identifying and managing risk would bring up the significant effect on operational business performances.
