ABSTRACTStability is an important issue for the application of TFTs. In this paper, we present the effects of humidity and temperature on the stability of inverted-staggered back-channel-cut a-Si:H TFTs with various conduction channel layer thickness. We evaluated the stability of on-plastic TFTs of different conduction layer thicknesses made at a process temperature of 150°C on 51-μm thick Kapton polyimide foil substrates.. With conduction channel layer thickness of 50nm, humidity reversibly varies the characteristics of TFTs, but TFTs of conduction layer thickness greater than 100 nm is pretty immune to the humidity change. The temperature dependent stability and characteristics of TFTs were analyzed from 20°C to 60°C. Rising temperature from 20°C to 56°C, the threshold voltage (Vt) drops about 2 volts; on-off current ratio decreases by one order of magnitude mainly due to thermally excited carriers in the off-region.

Stability is an important issue for the application of TFTs. In this paper, we present the effects temperature, and humidity on the stability of inverted-staggered back-channel-cut a-Si:H TFTs of various active layer thicknesses. The amorphous TFTs were made at a process temperature of 150°C on 51-μm thick Kapton polyimide foil substrates. With active layer thickness of 50nm, humidity reversibly varies the characteristics of TFTs, but TFTs of active layer thickness greater than 100 nm is pretty stable to the humidity change, which is attributed to backchannel conduction. The temperature dependent stability and characteristics of 200nm active-layer thickness TFTs were analyzed from 20°C to 60°C. Rising temperature from 20°C to 60°C, the threshold voltage (Vt) drops about 2 volts; on-off current ratio decreases by one order of magnitude mainly due to thermally excited carriers [1].

Abstract This research focuses on the use of protein-polyphenol complex and protein-polyphenol: polysaccharide complexes to prepare oleogels through an emulsion-templated approach. Electrolysis soy protein isolate (ESPI) could be effectively adsorbed on the surface of a single-layer emulsion to increase the particle size. The order of the negative charges of the emulsion after adding polysaccharides was xanthan gum (XG)> pectin> carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). Rheological behavior showed that the stability of the double-layer emulsions increased, and the viscoelasticity increased around one order of magnitude with the addition of polysaccharides. The oil binding capacity (OBC) of the oleogel prepared by adding polysaccharides increased to more than 97%. The peroxide value (PV) and anisidine value (AV) of XG oleogel were the minimum values in all samples. The AV and POV were within the regulatory limits of China after storage for 21 days. This provides a reference to design of ESPI-based oleogel for different applications.

ABSTRACTWe have proposed the new poly-Si TFT which reduces the leakage current effectively by employing highly resistive a-Si region in the channel. The active layer of proposed device is crystallized selectively by employing excimer laser annealing while the both sides of channel near the source/drain are not recrystallized and remained as a-Si. Unlikely LDD or offset structure, the a-Si region which is designed to reduce the leakage current acts as the conduction channel of carriers under the ON state, so that the ON current is decreased very little. The selectively crystallized active layer can be fabricated by irradiating the excimer laser through ITO film of which transmittance at the wave length of laser is selectively adjusted. In the course of fabricating the proposed device, any additional photo masking step is not necessary and misalign problem is eliminated. The experimental results show that the ON/OFF current ratio of proposed poly-Si TFT is 106 while that of conventional one is 105.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the company’s performance to the welfare of shareholders by way of measuring the level of the company’s financial ratio expected having influence toward  the dividend level yielded. Based on the result of the study, the liquidity of PT Estika Yasakelola can be said has not satisfied yet because, observed from current ratio and quick ratio, PT Estika Yasakelola has found it difficult to pay short term debt that has been due date. Viewed in general, the profitability percentage has not been  satisfactory as well. It’s due to  the percentage of net profit margin  is too low, with the result that income left to cover the operational cost is too small. To improve the performance of of the company, PT Estika Yasakelola has to work more efficiently. The company must seek to improve cost efficiency by lowering cost items or increasing product selling price without reducing the competitiveness of the company. The description of solvency ratio fluctuation above reflects that the stability increase of the company in managing its dect is due to outstanding credit decrease caused by on time credit payment and because of the company keep continue to expand with its own fund. The result of this research shows that the company should improve its performance more,  work more efficiently, reduce cost items or increase product selling price so that the company will be able to reduce operational costs. PT Estika yasakelola must be able to manage the fund, so that the company’s profit increases more and more and the company will be able to survive unwaveringly. The management must be able to maintain the sharekolders’ trust. Therefore, the  level of shareholders’ welfare can be guaranteed.   Keywords: analysis of financial liquidity ratio; profitability, and solvency

The temperature-dependent mechanical stability of retained austenite in medium-Mn transformation induced plasticity 0.17C-3.3Mn-1.6Al-1.7Al-0.22Si-0.23Mo thermomechanically processed steel was investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods. Specimens were deformed up to rupture in static tensile tests in a temperature range 20–200°C. It was found that deformation temperature affects significantly the intensity of TRIP effect. In case of specimens deformed at temperatures higher than 60°C, a gradual temperature-related decrease in the stability of γ phase was noted. It indicates a progressive decrease of the significance of the TRIP effect and at the same time the growing importance of the thermally activated processes affecting a thermal stability of retained austenite.
