Sisdamas Community Service Program is a community service model developed by UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This model is a form of Education-based service that involves collaboration between facilitators from the UIN Sunan Gunung Djati and the community. The model was developed as a framework for implementing Community Service Programs in assessing the situation and conditions of the community and developing work plans. Initial Results

Manggala sub-district is one of 14 sub-districts in Makassar city. The area of ​​Manggala sub-district is 24.14 km2 or 13.73% of the area of ​​Makassar City. Manggala sub-district consists of 8 villages namely Bontoala, Bangkala, Batua, Borong, Manggala, Tamangapa, Biring Romang and Antang. The purpose of this STIBA Makassar Real Work Lecture (KKN) batch IV is a form of community service which is a pillar of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The method of implementing community service programs begins with mapping the problems and needs of the community using SOAR. After the analysis is carried out, a work program is prepared that is appropriate and needed by the community. Work programs that have been successfully implemented include: socialization and friendship (SS), TKA / TPA management training, TKA / TPA teaching, teaching of the Qur'anic tahfidz, National Seminar on Virtual Arabic (SNBAV), Subuh Reaching Blessings (SMK), Tahfidz Weekends (TW), Learning Yajwid and Halaqah Tahsin, and all of these programs have been running well and have shown initial results in accordance with the stated objectives of the Community Service Program.

Community service programs are programs that aim to help the community without expecting anything in return. This service program seeks to help the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) group "Anugerah Foods, Various Chips Center" located in Jungke Village, Karas District, Magetan Regency in dealing with various problems. Anugerah Foods is currently still constrained by a marketing strategy that still uses a personal selling strategy or is sold around Jungke Village. The main objective of this community service program is to provide innovation by introducing an online marketing system. The innovation introduced to Anugerah Foods is an online marketing strategy through a website, namely WordPress and social media in the form of Facebook and Instagram. By conducting visits and training on online strategy operations to Anugerah Foods members, it is our effort to convey innovation to be able to compete in the market and maintain good product quality. For students, this community service program is intended to fulfill entrepreneurial learning tasks and learn about entrepreneurship that they upload. The Collaborative Work Lecture with BKS West PTN is one of the community service programs conducted by 20 state universities where the University of North Sumatra is the host of the program. In the KKN program, we realize one of the tri dharma of higher education namely community empowerment. The aim of this program is that students are expected to gain learning experience through involvement in the community who directly find, formulate, solve and overcome problems that are in the field. The Community Service Program that we carry out is devoted to the community in Haranggaol Village, Haraggaol Horison District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province with the program "Community Empowerment of the Haranggaol Village, Haranggaol Horison District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province in an Effort to Improve Local Wisdom and Ecotourism in the Region of North Sumatra. ABSTRAKPermasalahan dari mitra pengabdi kami adalah usaha mengembangkan skala ekonomi dengan industri kerajinan anyaman palitan di Dusun Nglengkong, Desa Giripurwo, Kabupaten Kulonprogo, yang masih mengalami berbagai kendala. Diantaranya, banyak penduduk Dusun Nglengkong yang bekerja di Industri kerajianan namun belum memiliki organisasi (lembaga) bagi buruh kerajinan. Kemudian alat dan cara pembuatannya masih kerajinan manual dan tradisional. Pemasaran masih melalui pengumpul/koordinator, sehingga daya tawar rendah. Dari permasalahan mitra tersebut UMY melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, disinergikan melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang bertujuan untuk memotivasi masyarakat pengrajin serta meningkatkan kualitas dan standar produk dengan menambah jenis produk kerajiannnya. Metode yang dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang melibatkan sepuluh orang mahasiswa KKN dan tiga orang tim pengabdi. Hasil kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang diikuti sekitar 22 pengarajian anyaman mulai terinisiasi untuk membentuk wadah organisasi yang struktur organisasinya merupakan bagian para pengrajin yang ada di Dusun Ngelengkong, menambah wawasan para pengrajin anyaman Dusun Nglengkong yang awalnya tidak semuanya mengetahui cara pembuatan anyaman palitan begitu pula dengan anyaman yang menggunakan senar, serta kegiatan ini membantu produsen memasarkan produk mereka melalui sosial media yang dapat diakses secara online. Kata Kunci : industri kerajinan; penguatan; sosialisasi; pemasaran; produk unggulan desa ABSTRACTThe issue for our service partners is the effort to build economies of scale in Nglengkong Hamlet, Giripurwo Village, Kulonprogo Regency with the Palitan woven handicraft industry, which is still experiencing various obstacles. Among them, many Nglengkong Hamlet residents work in the handicraft industry but do not yet have a handicraft workers’ association (institution). The methods and production processes are still manual and traditional crafts. Marketing is still through collectors / coordinators, so there is little bargaining power. UMY, through community service programs, is synergized from the partner issues through the Community Service Program, which seeks to inspire the community of craftsmen and increase the quality and standard of products by increasing the types of craft products. The strategy used consists of socialization and instruction involving ten students from the Community Service Program and three service teams. The results of the activity included socialization and training which was attended by around 22 weaving craftsmen who began to be initiated to form an organizational forum whose organizational structure is part of the craftsmen in Ngelengkong Hamlet, adding to the insight of the Nglengkong Hamlet weaving craftsmen who initially did not all know how to make palitan weaving as well as woven using strings, as well as this activity to help producers market their products through social media that can be accessed online. Keywords : craft industry; strengthening; socialization; marketing; superior product of the village

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the agricultural centers in East Java province and Indonesia. Mostly,Banyuwangi people work as farmers due to the fertil soil and wide amount of agricultural land in Banyuwangi . Thelarge number of people who work as farmers initiating the formation of farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants’ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

<p>In order to meet households energy needs, one of the groundbreaking efforts that needs to be done is to implement appropriate technology training in utilization of cow manure waste by recycling it into biogas and organic fertilizer. Animal husbandry in Bambankerep Sub-District of Ngaliyan, Semarang City, are sufficiently developed, however, the use of livestock manure has not been optimal, whereas livestock manure can be used as raw material to produce renewable energy in the form of biogas and organic fertilizer. Furthermore, Limited knowledge and skills of the people in Bambankerep sub-district in the utilization of cow manure waste by recycling it into biogas and organic fertilizer have become the main problem. Steps performed in Community service programs are as follow (1) Socialization of recycling livestock waste into a blessing; (2) training, (3) Monitoring and outreaching. The impact generated from this community service programs, among others are: (1) raising public awareness in the utilization of cow manure waste for biogas alternative energy, (2) increasing knowledge and skills of people in processing cow manure into energy and fertilizer, (3) growing number of business groups in cow manure organic fertilizer processing that are expected can improve the welfare of the people in Bambankerep sub-district, Mijen, Semarang City.</p><p> </p><p>Dalam rangka pemenuhan keperluan energi rumah tangga, salah satu upaya terobosan yang perlu dilakukan adalah melaksanakan pelatihan teknologi tepat guna pemanfaatan limbah kotoran sapi menjadi biogas dan pupuk organik. Usaha peternakan di Kelurahan Bambankerep, Ngaliyan Semarang cukup berkembang, tapi pemanfaatan kotoran ternak selama ini belum optimal, padahal kotoran ternak dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan baku untuk menghasilkan energi terbarukan dalam bentuk biogas dan pupuk organik. Keterbatasannya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki masyarakat di Kelurahan Bambankerep mengolah limbah kotoran sapai menjadi biogas dan pupuk organik menjadi permasalahn utama. Tahapan program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah: (1) Sosialisai pemanfaatan limbah kotoran hewan menjadi berkah; (2) pelatihan; (3) Monitoring dan Pendampingan. Dampak yang dihasilkan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: (1) meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan limbah kotoran sapi untuk energi alternatif biogas, (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat bidang pengolahan kotoran sapi menjadi energi dan pupuk, (3) tumbuhnya kelompok usaha pengolahan pupuk organik dari kotoran sapi sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kelurahan Bambankerep Ngaliyan Semarang.</p>

Barchan types of sand dune region (barchanoid dunes) is a geographic landmark that is formed by the activity of wind that precipitated to form resembles a crescent moon. In general, sandbanks formed in the desert area, however, but uniquely, it is formed in Indonesia wich is tropical zone and has high rainfall. Therefore, the formation of sand dunes in the Parangtritis village is the only one in Indonesia, and even in Southeast Asia. The purpose of community service program are (1) improve the understanding of the community and the partners on sustainable development through the implementation of Community Services; (2) promote knowledge-based Conservation of sand dunes to local partnerships, cooperation, society, government, and other stakeholders.The methods in the implementation of community service programs include: (1) the initial observation, (2) mapping the problems, (3) dissemination, (4) FGD by involving sand dunes users, (5) assistance program to the public, i.e advocacy on “rembug warga” to determine the programs that will be organized in order to use sand dunes wisely (6) workshop on the conservation of sand dunes and creative economic activity, and (7) the documentation and exploration.Output of this community service programs are: (1) increasing the capacity of institutions and stakeholders; (2) increasing the involvement and range of universities in community service programs; (3) the increased adoption of expediency results of research activities and community service for the wider community; and (4) dissemination of activity results in the form of products publication. Outcome obtained from this activity is a collective commitment to develop Desa Parangtritis in order to realize the vision of "Among Tani Dagang Layar".
