This article aims to describe the extent to which parents and society participate in the value education of civic education. Using qualitative methods of holistic case study type, this research was conducted in two villages, which became the research locus, namely Tawali and Banta, Wera Subdistrict, Bima Regency, with the subjects, among others, parents and community leaders; Youth, as well; Religion. Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques. Triangulation techniques in this study are used to test the validity of any data and information that the researchers get about cases that are the focus of research by verifying data and information from the same source with different techniques. The researchers performed the data analysis using source triangulation techniques to obtain the same data from different sources. Data is then presented in a narrative in the form of arguments with specific premises about phenomena and facts, which are the focus of research to reach general conclusions, thus inductive. The results obtained reveal that the family and community environment is proven to be a variable that influences children's efforts to form and develop values, both those they get from their parents and those from the surrounding community.

The title of the research is The Role of Parents in Shaping the Character of Children in the Globalization Era in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. In the current era of globalization, there are many influences, both positive and negative. This negative influence must be avoided because it can affect a person's habits, attitudes, and behavior. Character education is one of the important things that must be applied in the family environment. Parents must reflect good attitudes and habits in interacting in the family environment and in the community environment. This is important for fostering good attitudes and habits in children. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of parents in improving children's character in the era of globalization, Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. What factors can influence the formation of children's character in the era of globalization, Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. What efforts are made by parents in shaping children's character in the era of globalization in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. This study aims to determine the role of parents in shaping children's character in the era of globalization in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. The subjects of this study were 6 parents and 6 children in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data analysis in qualitative research is by doing data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents in Masigit Village, Citangkil Village, Cilegon City has been good in shaping children's character in the era of globalization.

The younger generation or the next generation is the generation that will start the results of the struggle of the predecessors by becoming leaders, who can support and advance this nation to become more prosperous and victorious. To make the young generation able to become good leaders who are expected to happen that do not need the love and self-defense of the State that grows in their hearts and souls. The feeling of love to the motherland is very important and must be instilled in the next generation of young people, so that in the future this nation can become a great and victorious nation. This research is a field research, with the type of qualitative descriptive research with the method used is a case study. Citizenship education in this study has an impact on the role of efforts to foster a sense of patriotism for students. The love of the motherland is a thank you and a love for the place of birth or homeland. Helping every successor generation to a large extent be able to apply a sense of love for the land by means of his beik through civic education. Rasa cinta kepada tanah air sangat penting dan harus di tanamkan kepada generasi muda penerus bangsa, agar kedepannya bangsa ini dapat menjadi bangsa yang besar dan Berjaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan jenis  penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus. Pendidikan kewarganegaarn dalam penelitian ini mengarhkan kepada peranan dalam upaya menumbuhkan rasa cinta tanah air kepada siswa. Cinta tanah air adalah suatu kasih sayang dan suatu rasa cinta terhadap tempat kelahiran atau tanah airnya. Sehingga setiap generasi penerus bangsa terutama para pelajar mampu untuk mengimplementasikan rasa cinta tanah air dengan sebaik-beiknya melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This article aims to look at the role of family in the moral development of children in the former localization environment. This research was conducted in January at Ngujang 2 Elementary School located in Kedungwaru Sub-district, Tulungagung regency with the subject of 2 students 'with different family conditions. This research use a qualitative research method of case study type. Data collection starts from observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the role of the family environment in child moral development is crucial. Each child's family will get science that is not found in formal educational. The family environment plays a role in organizing a child's life. Organizing your children will grow in everyday life. The family environment becomes a foundation in every child development. Good and bad in child development is also determined the role gained from the family.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran keluarga dalam perkembangan moral anak di lingkungan eks lokalisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari di SDN 2 Ngujang yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan subjek penelitian dua orang siswa dengan keadaan kondisi keluarga yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dimulai dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukan bahwa peran lingkungan keluarga dalam perkembangan moral anak sangat penting. Keluarga setiap anak akan mendapatkan ilmu yang tidak ditemukan di lingkungan pendidikan formal. Lingkungan keluarga berperan dalam mengatur kehidupan seorang anak. Mengatur bagimana anak akan tumbuh berkembang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Lingkungan keluarga menjadi pondasi dalam setiap perkembangan anak. Baik buruk perkembangan anak juga ditentukan peran yang didapat dari keluarga.

This paper aimed to provide logical reasons for parents and teachers about the importance of teaching tolerance from early age. This paper explained the types of tolerance that should be trained such as religious tolerance, tolerance of multi-ethnicity, multiracial, cultural and gender differences. Literature review was used in explaining theoretical studies, and discussion. Teaching an attitude of tolerance from an early age will be the root for children in their social life. Teaching it from an early age can create children who are able to respect others and do not distinguish based on what they see in the family or community environment. Parents and family members are the main facilitators for children to cultivate an attitude of tolerance. They are required to teach children the importance of tolerance by providing positive examples. Parents are required to teach tolerance starting from the family environment to the wider community. Meanwhile, the teacher can teach from the social environment to fellow students at school. It can be concluded that the role of parents and teachers here is very important in the inculcation of attitude and tolerance in early childhood.

In this paper, the role of higher education in post-uprising Libya is analysed in terms of its relationship with transitional processes of democratization and civic development. It begins by contextualising the Libyan uprising within the optimism of the ‘Arab Spring’ transitions in the Middle East. Following this, the relationship between higher education and politics under the Qadhafi regime and in the immediate aftermath of its overthrow is discussed. A case-study of a programme designed to support Tripoli University in contributing towards democratisation will then be presented. The findings of the case-study will be reflected upon to offer a set of recommendations for international actors engaging in political and civic education in conflict-affected settings, in particular in the Middle East.

Purpose This paper aims to investigate how entrepreneurial families (EFs) influence the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems (EEs) by using the family social capital (FSC) approach. Design/methodology/approach For this paper, the authors analyzed the Manizales EE as a case study. The authors used a variety of data collection procedures, including in-depth interviews with 26 entrepreneurs and mentors. Findings The authors established how EFs affect EE development, identifying how the FSC bridging mechanisms impact the EE’s social and cultural attributes, boosting entrepreneurial dynamics. Originality/value The results indicated the relevance of EFs’ embeddedness and the degree of the FSC institutionalization in promoting of entrepreneurship within the EEs.

This research focuses on how leadership has a major role in addressing environmental issues, especially through the garbage bank program as a form of case study. Furthermore, the problems that occur in the midst of society are often rely solely on political will or political desire to solve them. The research is to know and learn Lurah's (head of village) leadership in the management of waste banks specifically. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques through structured interviews, documentation and observations. Researchers conducted an analysis using leadership theory from Yukl, where the theory discusses leadership comprehensively. Researchers only focus on five parts of the concept that are considered relevant, namely: visionary, guidance, affiliative, democratic and communicative concepts. The results of this study based on these dimensions are good enough Lurah (head of village) leadership. But there are several things that are considered able to optimize the running of the program through the role of Lurah (Head of village) leadership, namely: first, involving active knots and community leaders such as MUI, academics to support scientific aspects, and professionals in the field of practical management. <p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>

Urgency Parents have an important role for Early Childhood Education especially with the covid outbreak so that children have to learn from home. This article aims to examine the urgency of Early Childhood Education education in the perspective of hadith, especially the hadith on the obligations of parents in educating children, which is associated with conditions in the era of the Coronavirus pandemi. Family is the first and foremost education for a person. Education in the family plays a role in developing character, personality, cultural values, religious and moral values, and simple skills. There is a physical distancing policy so that learning is carried out online (in a network) so that the role of parents is very urgent in ensuring the continuity of their children's education. is the responsibility of the parents; Second, the best gift parents give their children is a good education; Third, parents as the first and foremost madrasa, especially for early childhood, are responsible for their children's education.
