The enhancement of physical education of students under conditions of humanization of education assumes, first, the organization of monitoring, which is a part of the education process and is oriented at the permanent observation, evaluation, analysis, and correction of this process and its results. Second, the results of the monitoring are the starting point for the projection, formation, and correction of the education process through the change of its conditions such as the introduction of differentiation in the need in students’ sport exercises and level differentiation in the degree of formation of motivation to exercises, methodic and physical efficiency. The gathering of combined information about indices of physical education of students will allow the optimization of the efficiency and correction of used physical education programs.

ABSTRACT. The practice of capoeira in the school environment for student integral formation: A systematic review.BACKGROUND: Capoeira is considered one of the greatest symbols of Brazilian culture that mixes martial arts, sports, popular culture, music and dance. Due to its globalized practice, capoeira is a subject to be worked on in the school environment, aiming at the integral education of students, which in turn, is included in the Common National Curriculum Base. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate, through a systematic review, whether the practice of capoeira at school can contribute to the development of integral education for students. METHODS: A systematic search using terms related to “Capoeira”, “Physical Education” and “school” was performed in the CAPES and Scielo journal databases, in order to find eligible articles. The following inclusion criteria were used: i) addressing capoeira in its various dimensions at school; ii) present the practice of capoeira as part of physical education classes or as an extracurricular activity; iii) demonstrate the different developments regarding this practice; iv) reconciling capoeira with integral education. After selection, information about the characteristics of the sample, interventions used, comparative groups, results and conclusions were extracted, and a descriptive analysis of the results was performed. The PEDro scale (1999) was used to assess the quality of studies. RESULTS: A total of eight articles were included, in which two emphasized physical/motor development and kinesthetic body intelligence, and the other six varied with physical, social, cultural, cognitive and affective aspects. Hypodynamia and hypokinesia are the main cause of decreased motor activity among students, resulting in lower vital parameters, deterioration in health and lowering the learning abilities. The quality of the physical education process in the higher school levels depends to a large extent on the psychological processes of the trainees. In the study we aim to identify some features of psycho-motor characteristics and to compare the level of learning of the total study material in students with different levels of motor activity. The following methods that were used: analysis of literary sources, sports-pedagogical experiment, sports-pedagogical testing, and mathematical-statistical analysis. Sixty (60) UNWE students were divided into two groups. The first one includes those who regularly participate in sport classes and the second one is formed by students not regularly attending those activities. The results of the study show that regular sports activities have a positive impact on the concentration of thought processes. Improvements in the psycho-motor of motor activity in students, lead to an increase in their activity during the educational and work process. We encourage students to attend regular physical education classes and practice sports in their spare time.

The quality of the directed usage of physical culture in education values, comprehensive and complex reproduction of the personality, demands a system organization of physical education processes management, which, in its turn, makes it necessary to create and realize a system of complex control of physical culture translators processes and the results of its assimilation. Complex control in this case is a system of management, organization, diagnostics and estimation actions to define the effectiveness of physical education process (processes of physical culture assimilation) and the quality of its correspondence to the established purposes-demands. The system of complex control is represented by two components - directions of its organization and realization: control of a physical education system (including control of external environment factors; physical education competences; educational environment) and the control of a physical education object (including medico biological, psychological and pedagogical forms of control concerning the basic and physical culture of the personality separately). Psychological and pedagogical control is realized with regard to total sizes of the body, physical, technical, behavior, mental and theoretical readiness as well as with regard to each component of the basic culture of the personality (ethical, aesthetic, civil, labour, intellectual (cognitive), communicative). The medico biological form of control comprises diagnostics and evaluation of physical growth data (total sizes of the body, first of all), correspondence of the passport age to the biological and functional readiness (the state of the vascular and respiratory systems), physical working capacity and physical adaptation as well as general state of health.
