This study aimed to examine the application of concept maps as a formative assessment strategy in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in learning coordination systems. The method in this research is pre-experimental involved only one experimental class without a control class. The research design used is one group pretest-posttest design. A total of one class of students from class XI Science in one of the high schools in Bandung has been involved as a research subject. The research instruments used include the concept map assessment rubric used by students and teachers when learning activities take place, the concept map assessment sheet to confirm the results of the concept map, and student questionnaire responses, and the pretest and posttest instruments to analyze the effect of the application of concept maps to learning outcomes in the form of mastery of student concepts. Concept map making activities are carried out individually with online learning, each student's concept map results are assessed by the teacher and then given feedback on the concept map. The results showed that there was an increase in the average value of the concept map of students after being given feedback that is equal to 64.05 to 67.91. An increase also occurred in the results of the average pretest and posttest scores after the learning activities were carried out in the amount of 40.61 to 64.39. Student responses to the application of concept maps generally showed 75.80% positive responses. The results also showed that there was an effect of the application of the concept map to student learning in the form of increasing scores in the medium category (N-gain= 0.40).

This type of research is classroom action research. Subjects of the research were students of SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaruconsisting of 34 students in class XII. The purpose of this study is to improve the low student learning outcomes becausestudent learning completeness was only 5.56% while the maximum exhaustiveness criteria provided from the school was 82.Efforts were made by changing the method used, namely from conventional to STAD method. The assessment was takenbefore the improvement of the implementation, namely pre-cycle with complete result is 2 students and incomplete one is 34students. This research was carried out in two cycles. The first cycle of the average value of 80.61 was the highest score of70, followed by the second cycle increasing to 87.11 the lowest score is 82 and the highest score is 95. The change of thescore of the pre-cycle with the number of 2660 increased in the first cycle to 2902, and this number in the second cycleincreased again to 31.36. the Assessment by using the range and criteria of the score in the precycle score lies in thesufficient criteria, the first cycle of the score range lies in the high score, and the second cycle the score lies in the highcriteria. Abstract.  This research is a classroom action research. The purpose of this study improves the activity and student learning outcomes through application of learning strategy Everyone is a Teacher Here. Research subjects are students of class X.I SMA Negeri 3 Sengkang. This research carried out during two cycles. Data collection implemented in the second semester of academic year 2016/2017. This research measure learning activity and learning outcomes. Learning activity measure with observation sheet and learning outcomes measure with written test consist of multiple-choice question as much as 20 items. Student learning activities collected during the learning process observed by 3 observers using observation sheet, then learning outcomes data obtained through evaluation when teaching’s time first and second meeting was done and on third meeting was evaluation.  This matter occurs on each cycle. All the data obtained were analyzed through three ways: qualitative analysis for student learning activities, quantitative for student learning outcomes. Results of research on student learning activity that has been analyzed shows the average in the first cycle of 55.6%, while in the second cycle of 67.2%, so the difference in the increase of 11.6%. Student learning outcomes also increased where the average value on observation data of 69.6, 64.4 the first cycle, and the second cycle 74.8. This research is motivated by students' science process skills that are still low. Factors that cause low science process skills are low mastery of students' concepts of subject matter. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the implementation of learning with the implementation of an advance organizer model based on concept maps on learning activities and student learning outcomes, 2) to determine the implementation of the advance organizer model based on concept maps can improve student learning activities, 3) to determine the implementation of the model advance organizer based on concept maps can improve student learning outcomes on the concept of the reproductive system, 4) to find out the response of the students to the implementation of the advance organizer model based on concept maps of learning activities and student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is mixed methods research. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling in two classes, namely the experimental class and 40 students for the control class. The research instrument used is the student activity task and rubric, concept mastery essay test, student response questionnaire on learning and teacher and student activity observation sheets. Data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing statistics shows the value of Sig. amounting to 0.415> 0.05, with a value of t = 4.855 with Sig. 0,000 <0,05 means that the implementation of the advance organizer model based on concept maps can improve student learning activities on the concept of the reproductive system in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Lumbung, Ciamis Regency. Based on the results of hypothesis testing statistics shows the value of Sig. amounting to 0.422> 0.05, with a value of t = 8.336 with Sig. 0,000 <0,05 means that the implementation of the advance organizer model based on concept maps can improve student learning outcomes in the concept of the reproductive system in class XI of SMA 1 Lumbung, Ciamis Regency. The conclusion in this study is the implementation of an advance organizer model based on concept maps can improve student activity and learning outcomes on the concept of reproductive systems in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Lumbung, Ciamis RegencyKeywords: Advance organizer model; Concept map; Activity and student learning outcomes
