This study aims to (1) describe the learning activities of students in teaching and learning activities using the Direct Instruction Model with Animation Media (2) to know the increase in social studies learning outcomes at SDS Muhammadiyah Strait of Class IVA after using the Direct Instruction Model with Animation Media. The type of research used by researchers is to use a class action research design (CAR) that seeks to solve problems faced in the current situation. With the number of research subjects 27 students namely 16 men and 11 women � qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) Student learning activities are good at social studies learning using Direct Instruction models with animated media. The first cycle of student activity has an average value of 3.52 with good categories and the second cycle of student activity has an average value of 3.94 in the excellent class. (2) There is an increase in learning outcomes after learning by using the Direct Instruction model with animation media on social studies lessons for students of class IVA SDS Muhammadiyah Selat. This can be seen from the data on student learning outcomes. In the initial test of learning outcomes students get 48% classical completeness with an average value of 61, in the first cycle the learning outcomes of students get 77% artistic completeness with an average value of 70 and in the second cycle the learning outcomes of students get 100% classical completeness with an average amount of 87 reaching the specified KKM.

This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Class III Science through the application of the Explicit Instruction model to Grade III students of SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara Subdistrict, Palopo City. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) and those who acted as research subjects were 26 students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation and tests. Data analysis conducted in this study is descriptive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) By applying the Explicit Instruction model was able to increase the activity and learning outcomes of Class III Science in SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara District, Palopo City. 2) Using the Explicit Instruction model in science learning is done in stages, namely three cycles experiencing a significant increase in which the learning activities of students in the first cycle are categorized as "sufficient" from the percentage value of 66.66% with the average value of the results. learning by 63, in the second cycle observation of student learning activities categorized as "Good" from the percentage value of an average of 77.15% with an average value of learning outcomes of 77.08, and in the third cycle observation of student learning activities is categorized as "Good" from the percentage value of an average of 87.25% with an average value of learning outcomes of 82.8. Thus, the Explicit Instruction model needs to be used as a reference by the teacher in learning to improve the activities and learning outcomes of science in elementary schools, especially SDN 09 Mattekko, Bara District, Palopo City.

IMPROVING STUDENT ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN INHERITANCE MATERIALS IN LIVING INTERESTS WITH MICA PLASTIC TOOLSThis study aims to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes, describe the process of increasing student activity and learning outcomes, and measure the magnitude of the increase in activity and learning outcomes in inheritance material in living things. The use of plastic mica props in class IXC SMP Negeri 8 Bogor City Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 school year. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that using plastic mica props can be a fun variation of learning for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. Before using the plastic mica props, the learning outcomes of students only reached an average value of 68.18 then an increase occurred after using the mica plastic props to 85.15 in cycle 1 and 90.15 in cycle 2. So it can be concluded that the use of props mica plastic is very popular with students and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, researchers suggest that the use of plastic mica props be socialized and used as an alternative in science learning in schools

The low value of students caused by wrong way teachers teach. Students tend to get bored inthe following subjects in school, because teachers who dominated the peroses learning. Thisresulted in students feel compelled to follow the lessons. This study aims to improve studentlearning outcomes in social studies class V SDN 007 Purnama Kota Dumai. Starting onJanuary 4 until January 12, 2012. The research was conducted on students of class V,totaling 26 people, 15 men, 11 women. This study consisted of two cycles, each cycleconsisting of two meetings. To find out the data of student learning outcomes in learningimplementation using throwing snowball method is to use a written test. As for knowing theactivities of teachers and students are using the observation sheet. The results of thediscussion stated that the activity of students in the first cycle of meeting I just 45.1% lesscategory, while the second meeting of the first cycle of student activity reached 59.2% are stillin the category of less, the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 68.7% still includethe category lacking in cycle II meeting II student activity rose to 86.9 good category. Andlearning outcomes in the first cycle of the first meeting in 1280 with an average of 50 includethe category less, learning outcomes in the first cycle II reached the number of meetings in1850 with an average value of 71.15 include the category enough. In the second cycle ofmeeting the learning outcomes of 2095 amounted to an average of 80.3 including goodcategory. In the second cycle II meeting in 2116 rose an average value of 81.38 bothcategories thus be seen that by throwing a snowball learning model can improve studentlearning outcomes in social studies learning class V SDN 007 Purnama Kota Dumai.

This type of research is classroom action research. Subjects of the research were students of SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaruconsisting of 34 students in class XII. The purpose of this study is to improve the low student learning outcomes becausestudent learning completeness was only 5.56% while the maximum exhaustiveness criteria provided from the school was 82.Efforts were made by changing the method used, namely from conventional to STAD method. The assessment was takenbefore the improvement of the implementation, namely pre-cycle with complete result is 2 students and incomplete one is 34students. This research was carried out in two cycles. The first cycle of the average value of 80.61 was the highest score of70, followed by the second cycle increasing to 87.11 the lowest score is 82 and the highest score is 95. The change of thescore of the pre-cycle with the number of 2660 increased in the first cycle to 2902, and this number in the second cycleincreased again to 31.36. the Assessment by using the range and criteria of the score in the precycle score lies in thesufficient criteria, the first cycle of the score range lies in the high score, and the second cycle the score lies in the highcriteria. The highest learning activities of cycle I in the tenacious aspect face difficulties and cycle II is diligently facing thegiven task. So the STAD method can increase motivation and learning outcomes of class XII students of SMA Negeri 15Pekanbaru.

Abstract.  This research is a classroom action research. The purpose of this study improves the activity and student learning outcomes through application of learning strategy Everyone is a Teacher Here. Research subjects are students of class X.I SMA Negeri 3 Sengkang. This research carried out during two cycles. Data collection implemented in the second semester of academic year 2016/2017. This research measure learning activity and learning outcomes. Learning activity measure with observation sheet and learning outcomes measure with written test consist of multiple-choice question as much as 20 items. Student learning activities collected during the learning process observed by 3 observers using observation sheet, then learning outcomes data obtained through evaluation when teaching’s time first and second meeting was done and on third meeting was evaluation.  This matter occurs on each cycle. All the data obtained were analyzed through three ways: qualitative analysis for student learning activities, quantitative for student learning outcomes. Results of research on student learning activity that has been analyzed shows the average in the first cycle of 55.6%, while in the second cycle of 67.2%, so the difference in the increase of 11.6%. Student learning outcomes also increased where the average value on observation data of 69.6, 64.4 the first cycle, and the second cycle 74.8. It can be concluded that the application of learning strategy Everyone is a Teacher Here can increase the activity and student learning outcomes. This study aims to: (1) To improve learning activities by using concrete media on economic subjects, (2) To improve the learning outcomes of Economics by using concrete media on students of class XI YPSEI Vocational School in Palangka Raya. The method used by researchers is to use a class action research design (CAR) that seeks to solve or answer the problems faced in the current situation. For data collection techniques used are tests and observations. While in this study using the percentage of classical and individual completeness formula. The results of the study show that: (1) Learning activities of students using concrete media money in learning is more active and applied. In the first cycle the score of learning activities was 3.4 with good categories, then in the second cycle 3.73 with good criteria, (2) There was an increase in student learning outcomes in economic lessons using concrete money media. The pre-action average value of 35.25 and completeness in classical 5%. The average value in cycle I 51.25 and completeness in classical 45%. The average value in cycle II 88 is 100% classical.

This research is motivated by the lack of student activities that include attention, activity, and work together, so impressed passive learning and results in a low learning outcomes in social studies class III material purchase. This study has two formulation of the problem, namelywhether the model of Problem Based Learning (PBL) can increase the activity of social studies material trading activities and whether the model of Problem Based Learning (PBL) can improve learning outcomes IPS material trading activities of third grade students of SDN Ancol subdistrict Darmaraja, as well as the purpose of this research is, to enhance the activity and results of social studies in materials trading activities in the third grade students of SDN Ancol subdistrict Darmaraja. This study uses classroom action research (PTK) with a research design Kemmis and MC models. Taggart covering the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects of this study third grade students of SDN Ancol subdistrict Darmaraja the Academic Year 2018/2019 of 16 people. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation techniques and engineering tests on the material buying and selling activities. After research and analysis of the data is completed, the researchers obtained data activity and learning outcomes of students has increased from the initial data to the second cycle. It is seen from the student activity on preliminary data the average amount of student activity score is 54.1, the student who gets good criteria only 3 people (18.75%), in the first cycle the average number of students activity score is 66.19 students who get good criteria to 7 students (43.75%) and the second cycle an average score of student activity is 80.75 and students who get good criteria increased to 12 (75.00%). Improved student learning activities to impact on improving student learning outcomes. This is evident from the average value of students' test results prior to implementation action planmodel of Problem Based Learning (PBL) is the average value of only 60 students by the number of students who completed only 3 people (18.75%), then after the action is taken the average value of students in the first cycle to 68.13 to the number of students who completed as many as 9 people (56.25%), and the second cycle of the average value of students has increased to 80 the number of students who completed a total of 14 people (87.50%).   Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya aktivitas siswa yang meliputi perhatian, keaktifan, dan bekerja sama, sehingga pembelajaran terkesan pasif dan berakibat pada hasil belajar yang rendah pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas III materi jual beli. Penelitian ini memiliki dua rumusan masalah, yaitu apakah model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar IPS materi kegiatan jual beli dan apakah model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS materi kegiatan jual beli siswa kelas III SDN Ancol Kecamatan Darmaraja, serta tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu, untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS dalam materi kegiatan jual beli pada siswa kelas III SDN Ancol Kecamatan  Darmaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian model Kemmis dan MC. Taggart yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas III SDN Ancol Kecamatan Darmaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 sebanyak 16 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik observasi dan teknik tes pada materi kegiatan jual beli. Setelah penelitian dan analisis data selesai dilaksanakan, peneliti memperoleh data aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari data awal sampai siklus II. Hal ini terlihat dari aktivitas siswa pada data awal rata-rata jumlah skor aktivitas siswa yaitu 54,1 , siswa yang mendapat kriteria baik hanya 3 orang (18,75%), pada siklus I rata-rata jumlah skor aktivitas siswa yaitu 66,19 siswa yang mendapat kriteria baik menjadi 7 orang siswa (43,75%) dan pada siklus II rata-rata skor aktivitas siswa yaitu 80,75 dan siswa yang mendapat kriteria baik meningkat menjadi 12 orang (75,00%). Peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa berdampak pula pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil tes belajar siswa sebelum diterapkan tindakan perencanaan  model Problem Based Learning (PBL) rata-rata nilai siswa hanya 60 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas hanya 3 orang (18,75%), selanjutnya setelah tindakan dilakukan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I menjadi 68,13 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 9 orang (56,25%), dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa mengalami peningkatan menjadi 80 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 14 orang (87,50%). The purpose of this class action research is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Question and Answer Method with a variety of instructional media on improving student learning outcomes in PKN subjects specifically in Pancasila Ideology material in odd grade IV students of SD No. 1 in the 2015/2016 school year. The research subjects in this study were fourth grade students in the odd semester of the 2015/2016 academic year which amounted to 19 students. This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles.. Data on student learning outcomes are collected through learning outcomes tests. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the first cycle the number of students was 19 people, who graduated 6 people and those who did not pass 13 people, with an average score of 60.00. The percentage of graduation in the first cycle was 31.58% and the number of graduates was 68.42%, because it did not meet the KKM value standard (65) then the second study was conducted in the second cycle. Data obtained in cycle II with the number of students 19 people, who graduated 16 people and those who did not pass 3 people, with an average value of 66.05 and the percentage of graduation 84.21% and the non-graduation of 15.79%. Because it has not felt complete, the researcher conducted a research again in the third cycle, with the number of students being 19 people, students who passed 19 people with an average value of 68.42% and the percentage of completeness 100%.

<p><em>The aim of this reseach are:</em><em> (1) To describe the use of geospatial information in improving the skills of students in making maps, (2) To improve the skills of students in making maps. This class action research uses two cycles with research subjects in class XI IPS 4 at SMAN 1 Purwantoro academic year 2018/2019. The indicator of success in this study is the classical completeness of students above 70% and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. The results of this study are (1) Utilization of geospatial information in improving map-making skills through several stages, namely introduction, gathering geospatial information, making maps, presentations, closing. (2) Utilization of geospatial information on geographic subjects can improve students' skills in making maps. Improvement of student learning outcomes is reflected in the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle of 57.69% and in the second cycle rose to 88.46%. While the average value in classical in the first cycle of 69.82 rose to 82.38 in cycle 2.</em></p>

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of science and describe the learning activities of students by using Direct Instruction learning models assisted by Audio Visual media on students. The research method used in this study was classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were 27-grade SDN 3 Panarung students. The technique of collecting data uses observation and tests. The results of the study show that the learning activities of students become good. Teacher activities in the first cycle averaged 2.4 categories quite well and the second cycle averaged 3.5 good categories, while the activities of students in the first cycle averaged 2.6 categories enough and the second cycle averaged 3.1 categories well. There is an increase in science learning outcomes using the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model assisted by Audio Visual media in fourth grade students of SDN-3 Panarung Palangka Raya 2016/2017 school year with the results of analysis on the Pratindakan classical completeness which is 40.7% with an average value 65, the first cycle of classical completeness is 74% with an average value of 72, and classical completeness in cycle II is 100% with an average value of 87.5
