Abstrak  Sebagian besar mahasiswa masih mengeluhkan kesulitan mengorganisasikan isi dan menerapkan kaidah tulis ilmiah dalam tugas penyusunan karya ilmiah sehingga banyak kesalahan berbahasa yang timbul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalkan kesalahan berbahasa dengan teknik koreksi tidak langsung. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat kesalahan berbahasa baik pada tindakan prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Secara keseluruhan penurunan rata-rata sebesar 25,06%. Jumlah rata-rata kesalahan berbahasa pada tahap prasiklus sebesar 24%, pada siklus II jumlah rata-rata kesalahan berbahasa menurun menjadi 13,75%. Selain hasil tersebut, terdapat persepsi dan kesan positif dari mahasiswa pada perkuliahan MKU bahasa Indonesia.Kata-kata kunci: teknik koreksi tidak langsung, kesalahan berbahasa,karya   ilmiah AbstractMost students still complain about difficulties in organizing content and applying the rules of scientific writing in preparing scientific papers as they commit so many errors. This study aims to minimize language errors by indirect correction techniques. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles. The results show a decrease in the error rate on language use both in the actions of pre-cycle, the first cycle and the second cycle. In total, there was an average decrease of 25.06%. The number of average errors on language use in the stage of pre-cycle was 24%, the number of average errors on language use decreased to 13,75% in cycle II. In addition to those results, there was a positive perception and impression in the students towards the General Subject Course of Indonesian Language. One of the requirements in applying for teacher promotion is the publication of a scientific article. However, based on the results of interviews, many teachers have difficulty compiling scientific papers. Therefore, through the Community Stimulus Partnership Program (CSPP), it can help teachers prepare scientific papers through In House Training (IHT). This community service program aims to: 1) increase the knowledge of teachers in the preparation of proposals, reports, and writing scientific articles, especially Classroom Action Research (CAR), 2) determine the responses of training participants. The method used in this activity is workshops, training, seminars, mentoring, proposals seminars, and research results seminars. Meanwhile, determining the achievement of the activity results is through tests about the publication of a scientific article and a questionnaire on training participants' responses. The activity results showed: 1) increased knowledge of teachers in preparing proposals, reports, and scientific writing articles, 2) the level of participant satisfaction was 88%, which means that participants were delighted with this activity.

The writing of scientific writing is one of the efforts to develop the profession of teachers of SMA N 2 Tambang in Kampar regency. This training aims to equip teachers in terms of strategies to develop scientific papers properly in accordance with the guidelines of writing, and equip teachers in the publication procedures of scientific papers in the journal. The training of scientific writing is done by varied lecture method and practice. The lecture method is needed to explain the procedure for the preparation of scientific papers, including how to arrange classroom action research into a scientific paper. Methods of practice are needed to allow the participants to write scientific papers in the form of articles for journals. The training activities of the writing of scientific papers as a whole can be said to be well seen from the achievement of the target of the trainee, the achievement of the training objectives, the achievement of the planned material targets, and the ability of the participants in the mastery of the material. The supporting factors for the implementation of Community Service activities are the availability of experts in SMA N 2 Tambang, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the principal of the place of administration, and the supporting funds of the faculty.

Abstract: This community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of writing scientific papers in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. Training The methods used in community service activities are the lecture, discussion and question, and answer method. Results of community service activities overall it can be considered quite good, seen from the presence of trainees reaching 90% of the number of MA Manbaul Bayan East Lombok teachers. The implementation procedure in the classroom action research training was rated as well based on positive responses from the participants and the level of mastery of the participants reached 75% of all stages of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Training and Assistance

Based on the results of interviews conducted with teachers of SMP Plus Al-Qodiri Jember, it was found that the teachers were still having difficulty in promotion. This difficulty is because the teacher does not have the skills in writing scientific papers, as well as the habit of teachers who never do research. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts to provide skills to teachers to carry out research, write scientific papers and publish them. One form of simple research that can be easily carried out by teachers is to carry out Classroom Action Research (CAR). In practice, the teacher looks very enthusiastic in participating in the entire series of service activities carried out by this service team, this is because it can be a source of knowledge and hone the teacher's ability to make scientific papers. From the results of observations, it is found that the teachers already have the knowledge and ability to make scientific papers that come from the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR).

<p><strong>Abstract. </strong><em>Writing scientific papers, especially Classroom Action Research, requires citation from references used, including by teachers </em><em>of Senior </em><em>High School </em><em>of </em><em>Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. The consistency of writing scientific citations can use </em><em>the </em><em>application available in Microsoft Word. Therefore, this </em><em>action</em><em> aim</em><em>ed</em><em> to train teachers to use the Microsoft Word Referencing Tool to improve their skills in citation. The method of this ac</em><em>tion</em><em> </em><em>wa</em><em>s done by direct training</em><em> and it was </em><em>given a questionnaire for </em><em>teachers</em><em> to find out the training</em><em> </em><em>results. The results obtained that the participants said the knowledge gained was new and the training process was easily understood by the participants.</em><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak. </strong>Penulisan karya ilmiah, khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dan dalam pembuatan bahan ajar membutuhkan c<em>itation </em>atau sitasi (kutipan) dari referensi yang digunakan, termasuk oleh guru SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Konsistensi penulisan sitasi karya ilmiah dapat menggunakan aplikasi yang tersedia di <em>Microsoft Word</em>. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru menggunakan <em>Microsoft Word Referencing Tool</em> untuk meningkatkan keterampilannya dalam mensitasi. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara pelatihan langsung dan diberikan kuisioner bagi peserta untuk mengetahui hasil pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa para peserta menyatakan ilmu yang diperoleh merupakan hal yang baru dan proses pelatihan mudah dipahami oleh peserta.</p>

Training on Research Activities and Scientific Writing for Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Lombok Tengah Teachers The purpose of this community service was to improve the ability of teachers to conduct research and publish a research article in a national scientific journal. This program was implemented through a series of activities using in-service training (IST) and on-service training (OST) methods. The andragogy approach was used in IST activities to improve the ability of teachers in analyzing the learning problems that can be raised as research problems; to convey the concept of research in general, especially classroom action research; and to write a scientific article. OST activities are intended to assist the teachers in conducting research activities, writing research reports and scientific articles and publishing scientific journals. The results of IST activities illustrated the situation of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Lombok Tengah teachers that most teachers had been able to analyze problems that can be raised as the main problems in research activities; the teacher had a good understanding of the concept of classroom action research, design, instruments, and analysis of research data; the teacher was able to understand the concepts and techniques of writing research reports and scientific articles; and the teacher had been able to understand the concepts and techniques of publishing articles in national scientific journals. OST results indicated that teachers had the potential to develop themselves in conducting research and producing scientific papers. During the implementation of community service activities, the teacher consistently followed the activities well. The resulting scientific work could be categorized as good, and generally, met the criteria of scientific writing.

The Community Service Program (PPM) at SMKN 3 Yogyakarta aims to (1) increase the motivation of teachers to conduct action research and write papers, (2) increase teachers’ ability to select and use appropriate learning methods and media to conduct classroom action research, (3) increase the competence of vocational school teachers in writing scientific papers, (4) increase teachers’ knowledge in accessing scientific journals and conference to publish their work. The activity was attended by 25 participants consisting of 16 productive subject teachers and 9 normative/adaptive subject teachers. The activities carried out in the form of presentation of material about the importance of increasing teacher productivity in publishing scientific work to enhance careers, design action research in the classroom by implementing appropriate media variations and learning methods, writing strategies and publishing articles in journals and proceedings, tutorial guidance on writing articles, and the practice of compiling scientific articles. This PPM activity succeeded in increasing the motivation of teachers to conduct research and write scientific papers, improve the ability of teachers to select the right learning media and methods for conducting classroom action research, increase participants’ ability to write articles, increase teachers’ knowledge in accessing scientific journals and conference to publish their work. Participants satisfy to get new knowledge and skills about classroom action research techniques, they are open-minded and wish to further enhance their ability to conduct classroom action research and write articles to be published in proceedings/journals.

Abstract: Pengabdian pada masyarakat pada kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan pengetahuan tentang penulisan karya ilmiah. Pelatihan pengabdian ini tujuannya adalah mendampingi para guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah penelitian tindakan kelas secara benar dan mendampingi guru dalam prosedur penulisan karya ilmiah dalam jurnal.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Metode ceramah untuk menyampaikan tentang penulisan karya ilmiah berbasis penelitian tindakan kelas dan prosedur penulisan karya ilmiah dalam jurnal. sedangkan metode praktik untuk memberikan kesempatan berlatih kepada peserta untuk membuat tulisan karya ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian secara keseluruhan dapat dinilai cukup baik, dilihat dari keberhasilan target jumlah peserta pelatihan dinilai baik (90%), prosedur pelaksanaan dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas di nilai baik mencapai (76%), dan ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan dalam penulisan artikel dinilai cukup baik (50 %).Abstract: Community devotion to this activity is to provide insight into the knowledge of the writing of scientific papers. This devotional training is aimed at assisting teachers in properly writing scientific research on classroom action research and accompanying teachers in publication procedures of scientific papers in journals. The methods used in devotional activities are lecture, discussion and practice methods. Methods of lectures and discussion to convey about the writing of scientific papers based on classroom action research and scientific journal writing procedures in journals. While practice methods to provide the opportunity to participants  practice writing scientific papers. The results of overall devotion activities can be considered good enough, seen from the success of the target number of trainees is considered good (90%), implementation procedures in conducting classroom action research in good grades reached (76%), and the achievement of training objectives in the article writing is considered quite good (50%).

This research aimed to find out the development of the students’ ability to write narrative text viewed from both generic structure and language use at XI IPA of SMA Muhammadiyah Sungguminasa, Gowa. The type of this research was a Classroom Action Research consisted of two cycles. One cycle consisted of four meetings. Thus, that there were eight meetings for two cycles. This classroom action research was done at XI IPA of SMA Muhammadiyah Sungguminasa, Gowa. The research subjects were the students of class XI in 2012/2013 academic year with 26 students. Those consisted of 10 men and 16 women. The instruments of this research were writing test and observation. The research findings indicated that the Use of SWELL Method could develop the students’ ability to write narrative text viewed from the generic structure and language use. It was proved by the students’ mean score in cycle 2 test result was (77.81) which developed 16.31 % from the cycle 1 mean score (66.98). It was highly developed from a diagnostic test (D – test) mean score (58.69). The students’ development in cycle 2 indicated that it had met the researcher score target (75), and considered to be successful criteria in developing the students’ ability to write narrative text covering generic structure and language use.Keywords: writing, development, social interactive writing

<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>One of the requirements that must be met is to improve the quality of education by creating professional teachers. Based on the results of observations made from 9 (nine) teachers, only 1 (one) teacher has the ability to compile CAR, while 8 (eight) people do not have the ability to compile CAR. This is due to the lack of teachers getting information about the technique of preparing the CAR and the teachers are not accustomed to compiling research, so that the teachers are less able to prepare CAR In this regard, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the ability of teachers in preparing CAR. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase teacher professionalism through classroom action research and writing of environmental scientific papers at SMA Perjuangan Terpadu. The method of activities carried out in this community service is training / counseling, guidance and mentoring which is integrated in classroom action research workshops (PTK). The form of activities to be carried out is training in the form of: designing and implementing models, methods, media, and learning approaches as outlined in the classroom action research proposal; implementation of classroom action research; interpreting implementation results through classroom action research reports; and writing scientific papers. The outputs that will be produced in this activity include: classroom action research proposals, classroom action research reports, and journals published by the teacher. All participants will be accompanied and guided in the process of making proposals, reports, and copying articles in accredited or not accredited national journals.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> <em>Salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menciptakan guru yang professional. </em><em>Berdasarkan hasil observasi </em><em>yang dilakukan </em><em> dari 9 (sembilan) orang guru, hanya 1</em><em> (satu)</em><em> orang guru memiliki kemampuan menyusun PTK, sedangkan 8 </em><em>(delapan) </em><em>orang belum memiliki kemampuan menyusun PTK. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya guru mendapatkan informasi tentang teknik penyusunan PTK dan guru tidak terbiasa menyusun penelitian, sehingga para guru kurang mampu dalam menyusun PTK. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun PTK.</em><em> Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui penelitian tindakan kelas dan penulisan karya ilmiah </em><em>lingkungan</em><em> SMA Perjuangan Terpadu. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan/penyuluhan, pembimbingan dan pendampingan yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan workshop penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu pelatihan berupa: perancangan dan penerapan model, metode, media, maupun pendekatan pembelajaran yang dituangkan dalam proposal penelitian tindakan kelas; pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas; menginterpretasikan hasil pelaksanaan melalui laporan penelitian tindakan kelas; dan penulisan karya ilmiah.Luaran yang akan dihasilkan pada kegiatan ini antara lain: proposal penelitian tindakan kelas, laporan penelitian tindakan kelas, dan jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh guru. Seluruh peserta akan didampingi dan dibimbing dalam proses pembuatan proposal, laporan, hingga mensumbit artikel pada jurnal nasional yang terakreditasi atau tidak terakreditasi.</em></p>
