Abstract: This community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of writing scientific papers in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. Training The methods used in community service activities are the lecture, discussion and question, and answer method. Results of community service activities overall it can be considered quite good, seen from the presence of trainees reaching 90% of the number of MA Manbaul Bayan East Lombok teachers. The implementation procedure in the classroom action research training was rated as well based on positive responses from the participants and the level of mastery of the participants reached 75% of all stages of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Training and Assistance

<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>One of the requirements that must be met is to improve the quality of education by creating professional teachers. Based on the results of observations made from 9 (nine) teachers, only 1 (one) teacher has the ability to compile CAR, while 8 (eight) people do not have the ability to compile CAR. This is due to the lack of teachers getting information about the technique of preparing the CAR and the teachers are not accustomed to compiling research, so that the teachers are less able to prepare CAR In this regard, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the ability of teachers in preparing CAR. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase teacher professionalism through classroom action research and writing of environmental scientific papers at SMA Perjuangan Terpadu. The method of activities carried out in this community service is training / counseling, guidance and mentoring which is integrated in classroom action research workshops (PTK). The form of activities to be carried out is training in the form of: designing and implementing models, methods, media, and learning approaches as outlined in the classroom action research proposal; implementation of classroom action research; interpreting implementation results through classroom action research reports; and writing scientific papers. The outputs that will be produced in this activity include: classroom action research proposals, classroom action research reports, and journals published by the teacher. All participants will be accompanied and guided in the process of making proposals, reports, and copying articles in accredited or not accredited national journals.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> <em>Salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menciptakan guru yang professional. </em><em>Berdasarkan hasil observasi </em><em>yang dilakukan </em><em> dari 9 (sembilan) orang guru, hanya 1</em><em> (satu)</em><em> orang guru memiliki kemampuan menyusun PTK, sedangkan 8 </em><em>(delapan) </em><em>orang belum memiliki kemampuan menyusun PTK. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya guru mendapatkan informasi tentang teknik penyusunan PTK dan guru tidak terbiasa menyusun penelitian, sehingga para guru kurang mampu dalam menyusun PTK. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun PTK.</em><em> Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru melalui penelitian tindakan kelas dan penulisan karya ilmiah </em><em>lingkungan</em><em> SMA Perjuangan Terpadu. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan/penyuluhan, pembimbingan dan pendampingan yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan workshop penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu pelatihan berupa: perancangan dan penerapan model, metode, media, maupun pendekatan pembelajaran yang dituangkan dalam proposal penelitian tindakan kelas; pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas; menginterpretasikan hasil pelaksanaan melalui laporan penelitian tindakan kelas; dan penulisan karya ilmiah.Luaran yang akan dihasilkan pada kegiatan ini antara lain: proposal penelitian tindakan kelas, laporan penelitian tindakan kelas, dan jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh guru. Seluruh peserta akan didampingi dan dibimbing dalam proses pembuatan proposal, laporan, hingga mensumbit artikel pada jurnal nasional yang terakreditasi atau tidak terakreditasi.</em></p>

The writing of scientific writing is one of the efforts to develop the profession of teachers of SMA N 2 Tambang in Kampar regency. This training aims to equip teachers in terms of strategies to develop scientific papers properly in accordance with the guidelines of writing, and equip teachers in the publication procedures of scientific papers in the journal. The training of scientific writing is done by varied lecture method and practice. The lecture method is needed to explain the procedure for the preparation of scientific papers, including how to arrange classroom action research into a scientific paper. Methods of practice are needed to allow the participants to write scientific papers in the form of articles for journals. The training activities of the writing of scientific papers as a whole can be said to be well seen from the achievement of the target of the trainee, the achievement of the training objectives, the achievement of the planned material targets, and the ability of the participants in the mastery of the material. The supporting factors for the implementation of Community Service activities are the availability of experts in SMA N 2 Tambang, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the principal of the place of administration, and the supporting funds of the faculty.

Being a professional teachers is required a number of requirements, such as having an adequate professional education qualification and actively developing themselves through classroom action research activities. Meanwhile, Classroom Action Research activities by most teachers are considered as something difficult and confusing, including for teachers at MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Takalar District who are community service partners. For this reason, as a solution to these problems, Classroom Action Research Training is conducted. The method used in this activity is the training method. Participants who were targeted partners were 25 teachers. In its implementation, the training takes place in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this training activity were carried out well and smoothly. The training carried out also produced a Classroom Action Research Guidelines that could be used teachers as a guide in preparing Classroom Action Research. In addition, the training received a positive response from the teachers. This is evidenced from the results of the training evaluation questionnaire analysis which showed that as many as 64% of participants gave a very useful category response. Thus, this Classroom Action Research Training can improve the motivation, knowledge and skills of MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone teachers in Takalar District in conducting Classroom Action Research. Keywords: Classroom Action Research, TeacherABSTRAK Menjadi guru yang profesional dituntut dengan sejumlah persyaratan, seperti memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan profesi yang memadai dan aktif melakukan pengembangan diri melalui kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas. Sementara, kegiatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas oleh sebagian besar guru dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang sulit dan membingungkan, termasuk bagi guru-guru di MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar yang menjadi mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini. Untuk itu, sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pelatihan. Peserta yang menjadi mitra sasar sebanyak 25 guru. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pelatihan berlangsung dalam tiga tahapan, yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan juga menghasilkan Pedoman Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dapat dijadikan para guru sebagai panduan dalam menyusun Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Selain itu, pelaksanaan pelatihan mendapat respons positif dari para guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis kuesioner evaluasi pelatihan yang menunjukkan sebanyak 64% peserta memberikan respons kategori yang sangat bermanfaat. Dengan demikian, Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi dan keterampilan guru MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar dalam menyusun Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Based on the results of interviews conducted with teachers of SMP Plus Al-Qodiri Jember, it was found that the teachers were still having difficulty in promotion. This difficulty is because the teacher does not have the skills in writing scientific papers, as well as the habit of teachers who never do research. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts to provide skills to teachers to carry out research, write scientific papers and publish them. One form of simple research that can be easily carried out by teachers is to carry out Classroom Action Research (CAR). In practice, the teacher looks very enthusiastic in participating in the entire series of service activities carried out by this service team, this is because it can be a source of knowledge and hone the teacher's ability to make scientific papers. From the results of observations, it is found that the teachers already have the knowledge and ability to make scientific papers that come from the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR).

Scientific articles are scientific papers from research results communicated in scientific publications, such as journals, magazines, or other publications. Librarians as functional personnel are required to make a positive contribution to the nation's change, one of which is to produce scientific papers published in scientific publications. The community service activities aim to provide understanding, improve and provide the ability to compile research results and the ability to write scientific articles to librarians in Pekanbaru. The method used in this activity is in the form of workshops delivered with lecture techniques, question and answer, and practice. To find out the extent of participants' acceptance and understanding, as well as the ability of participants, at the beginning and end of the training an evaluation or evaluation is carried out by filling in the pretest and post-test sheets. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, it is known that the participants experienced an increase after training in writing scientific articles. On the understanding of the concept of scientific articles increased by 30.75%, while the ability of strategies and scientific article writing techniques increased by 29.64%. in the training participants were very enthusiastic and active in participating in training activities writing scientific articles from beginning to end.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tentang PTK. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertempat di SMPN 10 Barabai yang dihadiri oleh 36 orang guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) IPA. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan pendampingan pada saat penyusunan proposal. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan proposal PTK bagi guru IPA di kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta. Pelatihan ini telah memberikan informasi bagi guru tentang penyusunan proposal PTK. Dengan demikian, para guru mampu memahami dan menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Setelah pelatihan ini, guru diharapkan mampu membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas serta  melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada dikelasnya.  This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and ability of natural science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency about Classroom Action Research (CAR). This training activity took place at SMPN 10 Barabai, which was attended by 36 science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency who were members of the Science Teachers' Conference (MGMP). Activities were carried out using lecture, question and answer, discussion, and assistance methods when preparing proposals. The conclusion from the results of this community service activity was the training and mentoring for the preparation of CAR proposals for science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district, which had been carried out smoothly and received positive responses from the participants. This training has provided information for teachers about the preparation of CAR proposals. Thus, the teachers are able to understand and prepare class action research proposals. After this training, teachers are expected to be able to make class action research proposals and carry out classroom action research to overcome various problems in their class.

Abstract: Pengabdian pada masyarakat pada kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan pengetahuan tentang penulisan karya ilmiah. Pelatihan pengabdian ini tujuannya adalah mendampingi para guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah penelitian tindakan kelas secara benar dan mendampingi guru dalam prosedur penulisan karya ilmiah dalam jurnal.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Metode ceramah untuk menyampaikan tentang penulisan karya ilmiah berbasis penelitian tindakan kelas dan prosedur penulisan karya ilmiah dalam jurnal. sedangkan metode praktik untuk memberikan kesempatan berlatih kepada peserta untuk membuat tulisan karya ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian secara keseluruhan dapat dinilai cukup baik, dilihat dari keberhasilan target jumlah peserta pelatihan dinilai baik (90%), prosedur pelaksanaan dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas di nilai baik mencapai (76%), dan ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan dalam penulisan artikel dinilai cukup baik (50 %).Abstract: Community devotion to this activity is to provide insight into the knowledge of the writing of scientific papers. This devotional training is aimed at assisting teachers in properly writing scientific research on classroom action research and accompanying teachers in publication procedures of scientific papers in journals. The methods used in devotional activities are lecture, discussion and practice methods. Methods of lectures and discussion to convey about the writing of scientific papers based on classroom action research and scientific journal writing procedures in journals. While practice methods to provide the opportunity to participants  practice writing scientific papers. The results of overall devotion activities can be considered good enough, seen from the success of the target number of trainees is considered good (90%), implementation procedures in conducting classroom action research in good grades reached (76%), and the achievement of training objectives in the article writing is considered quite good (50%).

Improvement of the national education system is needed so that the quality of education increases one of the efforts to improve the quality of education is by increasing teacher professionalism. Increased professionalism of teachers is characterized by an increase in competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely pedagogical competencies related to management of students, social competencies related to communication skills, personal competencies related to the ability of teachers to have wise personalities, and professional competencies related to ability teacher to master knowledge and improve the quality of learning. One way that can be taken in improving the quality of learning is to carry out classroom action research. Class action research is a research activity to solve learning problems. By conducting classroom action research, teachers are able to improve the learning process through a study of what is happening in their classrooms. The purpose of this training is to find out how far the teacher's knowledge and practices are about Classroom Action Research. The methods that will be used to provide this training include: lectures, questions and answers, discussions, assignments, individual guidance, and independent training in the form of projects. From the results of the overall evaluation of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research training at SD Nurul, Sidoarjo Wisdom was fairly successful, it was seen from the implementation indicators and the results obtained from this training with fairly good values.

This activity is a community service activity that aims to increase the understanding of elementary school teachers in cluster 3 of South Ende sub-district. This activity was carried out in one of the schools in the cluster, namely SDI Bhoanawa 2 and involved 25 teachers from the three clusters. This mentoring activity is carried out using the lecture, question and answer method and drill which is carried out for one day regarding the preparation of a classroom action research proposal. After the activity was carried out, the teachers' understanding of the PTK proposal had increased between before being given assistance and after being given assistance.

Writing scientific papers is an important activity to improve teachers' quality, competence, and professionalism. Its implementation is marked by, among others, self-improvement through scientific research in the form of Classroom Action Research. During teaching and learning activities, teachers can research by developing various instruments and learning strategies. However, teachers rarely put their research results in writing in research reports and scientific articles. This community service activity aims to assist teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research reports and articles and explaining tricks to publish Classroom Action Research articles in reputable national journals. The implementation of the activities uses the methods of training, discussion, and direct mentoring so that the teacher can feel the process. This service activity received a good response, with the teacher's enthusiasm during the exercise, active discussions, and scientific reports and articles compilation. In the final discussion of this community service activity, teachers are very interested in publishing the results of their research, and it's just that teachers lack information about reputable journals. Through this activity, the ability of teachers to research and publish their research results can become practical innovations in the world of education, especially classroom learning.
