This research intended to analyze the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. The main of study focused on teacher performance is affected by factors of compensation and job satisfaction. The method used is a survey method. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires with quantitative approach.  The respondents in this research were 43 honorary teachers on “SMK” in Bandung. The analyzed the data using multiple regression. The results showed: (1) compensation for the performance of teachers in the category is quite effective; (2) job satisfaction on the performance of teachers at a fairly high category; (3) compensation and job satisfaction on performance of teachers at a fairly high category; (4) compensation positive and significant positive effect on the performance of teachers' honorarium; (5) job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers 'honorarium and (6) compensation and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers' honorarium.ABSTRAKPenelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis  pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru.  Inti kajian difokuskan pada kinerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan  data menggunakan angket denganpendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 guru honorer Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan  regresi  ganda.  Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan:  (1) kompensasi terhadap  kinerja  guru  berada pada  kategori  cukup efektif;  (2) kepuasan kerjaterhadap  kinerja  guru berada  pada  kategori  cukup tinggi; (3) kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap  kinerja  guru  berada  pada  kategori cukup tinggi; (4)  kompensasi berpengaruh  positif positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru honorer; (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guruhonorer dan (6) kompensasi dankepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru honorer.

This research examines the organizationa justice include distributive justice compensation and pocedural justicecompensation to employess performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. The population inthis study were all nurse employees in RSU DR. H. RM. SOESELO in Slawi, Tegal District are totaling 142 people.Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questionnaires directly to the resp4.ondent. Data analysistechniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated by AMOS 21. Theresults showed that distributive justce compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, procedural justicecompensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, distributive justice compensation are not significsantly toemployees performance, procedural justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance, jobsatisfaction significant positive effect on employees performace, job satisfaction as a mediating influence ofdistributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance.

The research objective is to study the effect of the effect of work climate, job satisfaction and job dicipline toward teacher performance at Public Senior High School in Bekasi District. This research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 175 teachers selected randomly. The method used is survey method with path analysis. The research on the analysis it is conclude that: (1) work climate has direct effect on performance, (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on performance, (3) Job dicipline has direct effect on performance, (4) work climate has direct effect on job dicipline, (5) job satisfaction has direct effect on job dicipline, (6) work climate has direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 175 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (4) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (6) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepuasan kerja. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, perceptions of rewards and perceptions of supervise affect the performance of lecturers in implementing teaching and learning process at Universitas Islam "45" Bekasi.While, the data in this study were obtained through questionnaires given to the lecturers who remained in the environment of Universitas Islam "45" Bekasi. From a sample of 101 questionnaires distributed to permanent lecturers in Universitas Islam”45” Bekasi, only 34 questionnaires were returned, then analyzed by multiple regression techniques. Based on the result of the questionnaires collected can be disclosed that work motivation and reward perception have a significant positive effect on the performance of lecturers in implementing teaching and learning process, while job satisfaction and perception of supervision does not affect the performance of lecturers in implementing the learning process in Universitas Islam "45" Bekasi.

This study on the Influence Job Satisfaction and Job Motivation on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable (Study of Employee outsourcing PT J placed Tarumanagara University. Population in this study all employees  outsourcing PT  J, with sampling techniques is purposive random sampling, and samples taken 50 employees. Purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on employee performance. Analysis is the method of multiple regression analysis and test assumptions, and validity testing is also done and reliability with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Society Science) versus 16:00. analysis showed that the presence of a significant positive effect between satisfaction and job motivation on organizational commitment, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square value 0.308, meaning 30.80% of organizational commitment is influenced by the level of job satisfaction and motivation. while other  results indicate that the presence of a significant positive effect between job satisfaction and motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square value 0.732 performance of 73.2% means employees outsourcing is influenced by the level of satisfaction, motivation, and organizational  commitment.Keywords: job satisfaction, job motivation, employee performance, organizational commitment, hypotheses testing, multiple regression.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial compensation and work pressure on the performance of employees through job satisfaction in DGT Regional office of South, West and South-East Sulawesi. Data was collected by a survey method, using questionnaire instruments created by Google Form platform and distributed to all civil servants of DGT Regional office of South, West and South-East Sulawesi and are grouped into five clusters. Of the 1,701 employee population, there were 352 employees who responded. Data is then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SPSS AMOS application. The results showed that financial compensation and work pressure have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Interestingly, both variables,  financial compensation and work pressure, did not show a significant effect on employees’ performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employees’ performance.

This study discusses the relationship between Trust Level as (X₁) and Interest as (X₂) on Sharia Bond Investment (Y) in UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung students as research targets. The method used in this research is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to get 100 respondents and using a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence it has on each variable for the results of the study indicate that the Trust Level has a significant positive effect on Islamic Bond Investment. Then the students' interest in a relationship to Sharia Bond Investment is 0.578. Calculated by the correlation test and determination test.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction Employee Commitment Against Urban Sawahan Village, District Ponjong, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Another objective of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the commitment, motivation influence on commitment, influence job satisfaction and commitment to the simultaneous effect of compensation, motivation, job satisfaction on commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method in which data is collected using a questionnaire. The primary data in this study were obtained from 30 Employees Sawahan Village, District Ponjong, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta . Analytical tool in this study is multiple regression , to see the effect of compensation , motivation, and job satisfaction on commitment. The results of the analysis of multiple regersi Y = -0.020 + 0.666 X1 X2 - 0.028 X3, indicating that the compensation does not affect the commitment ( -0.020 ), positively affect motivation to commitment ( 0.666 ), and job satisfaction has no effect on commitment ( -0.028 ). Simultaneously compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect ( 0.003 ) on the commitment. Keywords : compensation , motivation , job satisfaction , commitment.

This research was carried out on employees of the Regional Office of the Rural Bank of Majalengka. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of professional commitment and Self-efficacy on role conflict in employees of the Regional Public Housing Agency of the Central Majalengka both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a survey method with a descriptive and verification analysis approach. The populations in this study were all employees of the Majalengka BPR Regional Regulation Office as many as 47 respondents.The results of the study show that professional commitment, self-efficacy on employees of the BPR Perumda Majalengka Center are in a very high category. While role conflict is in a very good category. Partially profession commitment does not significantly influence role conflict and self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on role conflict. Simultaneously professional commitment and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on role conflict.

An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.
