Abstract. The effectiveness of a model can be seen from an indication of the increased quality of the process and learning outcomes. High or low student learning activities have an influence on the achievement of learning objectives that have been set. The preliminary study results showed the phenomenon of the low learning activities of class VII F students in PAI learning, especially in doing assignments and discussing in groups which of course must be solved immediately. Through the descriptive method with the CAR model, it is known that the alternative solution is to apply the teams games tournament (TGT) model. After going through two cycles of action and each cycle goes through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation, showing the results that the application of the TGT learning model has become a trigger in increasing student learning activities in PAI learning. Students interested in getting involved in games and tournaments after previously taking steps in presenting and working with teams.Abstrak. Efektivitas suatu model terlihat dari indikasi meningkatnya kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups.

The learning process at this time tends to decrease. This is caused by learning that is less interesting.   The Media and methods as a way to overcome monotonous learning need to be developed to improve the quality of  the student learning outcomes. This study aims to improve the activeness and learning outcomes through the implementation of the Creative Proplem Solving (CPS) learning model. "This study uses classroom action research (PTK) consisting of 4 stages,  the stages namely of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. With  the research  subjects XDPIB2 class students consisting of 34 students, 24 male students and 10 female students. The instrument used was an observation sheet of student learning activities, and a test of student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate an increase in the average of student learning activities that continue to increase from cycle I to cycle III, it can be seen from the average learning activity of students who continue to increase starting from cycle I in the category of sufficient activity, amounting to 2.44. Cycle II was 3.38 with good category activity and Cycle III increased by 4.31 with very good category activity. Learning by using this CPS can improve student learning outcomes. based on observations on cycles I, II and III. From the three cycles, there was an increase in the average test of student learning outcomes in a row starting from cycle I, II and III was 60.65, 72.85 and 85.24 and only 1 student had a score below 75 of 34 students so that the application of the model CPS learning can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo

This article describe about facilities and infrastructure. In the world of education we recognize the term school facilities and infrastructure which is something that is needed in supporting teaching and learning activities in schools. If an institution such as a school does not have adequate facilities and infrastructure it will also have an impact on the quality of student learning outcomes in school. To ensure the realization of this, it is necessary to have adequate facilities and infrastructure. Adequate facilities and infrastructure must meet the minimum conditions stipulated in the standards of facilities and infrastructure. The standards of these facilities and infrastructure are for the scope of formal education and even the type of general education. These facilities and infrastructure are also equipment and facilities that can be used either directly or indirectly, where the purpose of the administration of these facilities and infrastructure is no other so that all these activities can support the achievement of educational objectives effectively and efficiently.

The aims of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of economics, especially the results of learning about employment, develop economic learning activities in accordance with the desired curriculum 2013, and is an effort to innovate in learning according to the needs of the school, especially in improving the quality of learning outcomes. In cycle one student participation when learning begins to appear when compared to PTK, students discipline work on assignments (based on the recognition of students not infrequently still studying in lll Economics study hours to do group assignments), students appear to be happy during learning. This excitement has an impact on students' enthusiasm, so that the results of the posttest increase from the pretest (the average pretest is 43.31 to 73.22). In the second cycle the students were very enthusiastic about the learning activities (students did not seem to move from their seats even though the researchers had ordered to leave the classroom, students were more active during the learning process, students became more creative, this can be seen from the way they present scientific reports, compiling maps concepts, as well as in carrying out other group activities, Students become more communicative. The concentration of students in learning is quite high. This can happen because researchers always bring students into problem orientation before core learning begins, and student learning outcomes have increased from cycle I (from on average 73.22 to 81.89 and classical learning completeness from 81.08% to 88.89%. Thus it can be concluded that by applying constructivist learning can improve student learning outcomes.

Education and training is the decisive factor to improve the intellectual potentials and creative capacity of people. Today, more than ever before in human history, the wealth – or poverty – of nations depends on the quality of higher education, but the quality of education is reflected through student learning outcomes. Understanding factors affecting learning outcome could help educators in developing methods to improve education quality. The main mobjective of this study was to determine the factors as well as the degree of influence of these factors on student learning outcomes. Seven factors have been identified affecting the student's academic performance includingintellectual ability, learning preferences (students themselves), motivation of parents (family), facilities, scholarships (schools), peer pressure, social pressure (society). These seven factors affect the study results at different levelsKeywordsStudent, learning outcome, factors.References[1] Ali, N., Jusoff, K., Ali, S., Mokhtar, N., & Salamat, A.S.A. (2009).
