Among the debates on the choice of Indonesian term for woman, the present research examines the use of the gendered lexicon perempuan and wanita with the aim to reveal which term is more preferable and how the terms are used to talk about woman. Using corpus-based approach, the study compares frequency and pattern of word usage of perempuan and wanita from two corpora, namely IndonesianWac and ind_mixed_2013. The research uses a mixed-method design in which quantitative analysis is used to identify word frequency and to measure significant collocation, while the qualitative analysis is used to determine meaning on the basis of semantic preference. The study reveals that the word wanita tends to be more frequently used than the word perempuan to signify woman. In terms of meaning, both of the words are used to talk about woman in relation to body, especially their reproductive function, people particularly men, family, and age. The difference is that perempuan tends to relate woman with the issues of gender equality and organization, while wanita with sexual relationship. Furthermore, it strongly indicates that woman in relation to their public domain is denoted with the term perempuan, whereas the relation with domestic domain is denoted with wanita.

This study is intended to determine the extent of the implementation of the KRPL program in Semarang city, with a focus on analyzing the characteristics of its implementation and analyzing the program's contribution to the economies of beneficiary families. This study uses a mixed method that elaborates quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis was carried out through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to all members of the household beneficiaries in 2018, totaling 120 people. Qualitative analysis was used to strengthen quantitative analysis, through in-depth interviews with Semarang Food Security Department officials and companion group of beneficiaries. The results showed that the characteristics of the KRPL program beneficiaries were mostly productive age housewives with primary and secondary education. The implementation of the KRPL program has the potential to grow economic benefits. Even though at present, the KRPL program is limited to self-consumption and contributes to reducing domestic expenditure on food, but if taken seriously and sustainably on a broader scale, this program can be an alternative to improve welfare and reduce urban poverty

Aim: The clock drawing test (CDT) is widely used as a visual spatial ability test and screening test for dementia patients. The appearance frequency of qualitative errors obtained through the qualitative analysis of CDT may be related to the participant’s falls. The aim of this study was to clarify the difference in the number of people who presented with qualitative errors in the CDT between a fall and non-fall group of patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Methods: The CDT was implemented for 47 patients with AD. A quantitative analysis was conducted, and a qualitative analysis was performed for errors. The patients were divided into two groups based on their history of falls over the past year. The results of the CDT quantitative analysis were tested using the Mann-Whitney U test, and Fisher’s exact test was employed to determine the difference in the number of people who presented with error types between the two groups (fall group, non-fall group) in the CDT qualitative analysis. Results: In the quantitative analysis, a significant difference was found for the total scores, with the total CDT score of the fall group (n = 22) significantly lower than that of the non-fall group (n = 25) (p = 0.006, effect size: φ = 0.40). In the qualitative analysis, a significantly higher number of patients in the fall group than in the non-fall group presented with a conceptual deficit (p =0.001, φ = 0.51). No differences were found in the number of patients in the two groups who presented with the other five error types. Conclusions: These results showed that a lower score in the CDT quantitative analysis might suggest an increased risk of falls. It was also clarified that a larger number of patients in the fall group than in the non-fall group presented with a conceptual deficit of the qualitative error types in the CDT. Therefore, these results suggest that the appearance of a conceptual deficit may be an index for the selection of patients with AD prone to falling when implementing fall prevention measures.

The development of an increasingly advanced world opens up opportunities for everyone, both men and women, to take part openly in various fields of life. This is inseparable from the role and figure of women, whose work today cannot be ruled out, thus constructing gender equality, which means the claim that humans between men and women are created as creatures and that differences only lie in the quality and level of piety. There is no claim that men or women are special before God, so whoever wants to gain a high degree must be cautious. There is no reason for the difference between men and women in the capacity of humans as creatures. Both have the same potential and opportunities to become ideal beings. Thus, a comprehensive understanding of the conceptual gender and perceptions between gender and sex is very necessary and important to understand correctly. This library research is conducted through documentation study and qualitative analysis. The findings of the research result state that gender is a concept that examines the differences between men and women as a result of social construction which can take the form of differences in roles, functions, and responsibilities between men and women so that they can change according to different times. gender that has been outlined by nature.

This study examines the relationship between online interaction and fear of cyberbullying. A mixed method approach is adopted to explore not only the statistical correlation between them, but also the qualitative meaning behind this correlation. The quantitative analysis reveals a positive correlation between these two constructs, suggesting a higher level of fear of cyberbullying is associated with more frequent online interactions. Although seemingly fear of cyberbullying does not reduce online interaction, the qualitative analysis reveals how fear of cyberbullying might still impact online interaction.

Gender identity, one of the most important social categories in people’s lives, is socially constructed and language is claimed to have a significant role in constructing the gender identity. This paper studies the construction of Sundanese women through five Sundanese nouns referring to women found in the corpus of Manglè magazine, published between 1958–2013. The research employs a mixed-method design in which quantitative analysis is combined with qualitative analysis to investigate how the nouns referring to women are used to construct Sundanese women from the periods of Guided Democracy (1958–1965) to Reformation (2004–2013). The quantitative analysis is used to examine the frequency of word occurrence diachronically. The frequency of word accurrence is subsequently interpreted qualitatively by considering social and cultural contexts, such as the norms of speech levels in Sundanese, Sundanese belief about marriage, and gender issues. The result of analysis shows that women are constructed in various identities by every noun referring to them. The lexical choices used to contruct women are greatly influenced by the social and cultural contexts.

Women’s entrepreneurship is a powerful source, regarding to the women’s economic independence and empowerment, as well as regarding employment generation, economic growth and innovation, development and the reduction of poverty as well as one of the terms of gender equality. Describes three different plans in comparative terms; the representation of men and women in entrepreneurship, the representation of women in entrepreneurship in different countries of Europe and of Europe as a whole, as well as compare to gender quota. Through the processing of secondary data from various reports and studies, this poster concludes that although that the gender equality goal is the equal participation of men and women in all sectors, including the entrepreneurship, in this sector, gender gap it is still deep. Another significant comparative aspect, it is the difference between full and part –time women entrepreneurship. While in full time entrepreneurship in a convince way, men are those that dominate, in part time entrepreneurship clearly it’s evident the opposite trend, women's representation is much higher. It’s very interesting the fact, that the women’s entrepreneurship in Albania, presented in a significant optimistic situation, ranking in the second place, after Greece in the European level
