Creating conditions for the active life of students is a complex problem, the solution of which depends on the efficiency of the enterprises of the region and the country. The education of the norms of collective life in young specialists, the development of civil and social responsibility is an important and urgent task. The purpose of the study: to develop measures to improve educational work with students of technical universities by creating conditions for their active life in accordance with the purpose and objectives of the approximate work program of education recommended by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Materials and methods. The analysis of scientific sources in the field of education, organization of student self-government, improvement of student satisfaction is applied. The study analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey of 947 students of Perm National Research Polytechnic University. Methods of mathematical statistics: t-Student test for independent samples. The results of the study. Stated the facts of unsatisfactory consideration of the opinion of students, as well as the imperfection of the existing mechanisms of student self-government and regulation of the educational process. The identified comments and suggestions of students regarding the organization of the university's work remain mostly in self-examination reports, which was confirmed when comparing data on student satisfaction for 2019 and 2020, no significant differences were found according to the Student's criterion (p > 0.1). The practical significance lies in identifying the points of growth of higher educational institutions in terms of improving educational work. The results of the study can be useful and applicable for creating conditions for the active life of students in other universities of the country. A significant increase in information flows in modern educational organizations, an increase in the dynamics of development of higher educational institutions requires the introduction and more effective use of information and telecommunication technologies both in the educational process and in the management activities of higher educational institutions. In essence, we are talking about the digital transformation of the activities of academic institutions. Digital transformation is designed to optimize all business processes for healers and, in particular, workflow processes, which will reduce the number of documents created, reduce the time it takes to find documentary information necessary for employees’ activities, and increase the effectiveness of control of management decisions. These issues take on particular weight in the context of distance learning during a pandemic. The article deals with the issues of modeling business processes of electronic document management for the selection, coordination and approval of topics and scientific supervisors in the framework of the design of a diploma/course in higher education institutions during online training. The practical implementation of these business processes and the corresponding document flow is carried out on the basis of low-code technology. As a tool for implementing the software, it is proposed to use the low-code Microsoft Power Platform, which includes the following modules: 1) Power Apps – for quick creation of mobile applications and portals; 2) Power Automate – module of automation of business processes and routine tasks; 3) Power BI – allows you to collect, process and visualize data from hundreds of data sources; 4) Power Virtual Agent – designed to create chatbots. All of these modules are part of the cloud platform Microsoft 365.

Introduction. Unemployment among young professionals, low competitiveness in the labor market, work not in the specialty are indicators of the quality of education of both individual higher educational institutions and the entire higher education system. Currently, there are already obvious contradictions between the requirements for the development of higher education programs and the requirements of employers. Employment of graduates is a complex problem that should be solved not only by young specialists, but also by universities and employers. The purpose of the study: to develop measures to improve the efficiency of training students of technical universities by updating the basic educational programs (OPOP) in accordance with the requirements of employers. Materials and methods. The analysis of scientific sources in the field of compliance of the level of training of graduates with the requirements of the labor market is applied. The study analyzes the results of professional and public accreditation of 9 bachelor's degree programs implemented at 9 departments of electrical engineering, chemical technology, mechanical technology and humanities faculties of PNRPU. 611 graduates and 222 representatives of employers took part in the survey. The main disadvantages of the programs according to experts are summarized and presented. Compliance with the level of training of graduates was assessed by the level of professional knowledge, skills, as well as by the presence of personal skills ("soft skills"). The results of a survey of working graduates are presented, their satisfaction with the results of training is on average 96.5%, career development-86%. Of the 611 graduates surveyed, only 73.85% work in their specialty. A set of measures aimed at increasing the demand and competitiveness of graduates with higher education in the labor market is proposed. The practical significance lies in identifying the points of growth of higher educational institutions in terms of interaction with employers and improving the level of training of young specialists. The results of the study can be useful and applicable in improving the organization of the educational process in other universities of the country. In the future, it is planned to repeat the research in order to evaluate the recommendations.

Purpose: to reveal the peculiarities of teaching students of higher educational institutions of specializations of sports games and martial arts ski training. Material and methods. To solve the set tasks, we conducted a study in the 2020/2021 academic year with students of the Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture in the amount of 45 people, aged 18-20 years, for three weeks. Students were taught skiing techniques both according to the traditional system (control group) and according to the methodology developed by us (experimental groups). The time for learning the technique of skiing in both groups was the same 15 classes of classical style and 15 classes of skating style for 90 minutes each (according to the work program of the discipline), but the teaching methods in the experimental groups differed. The following methods were used during the research: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature sources, working curricula and practical experience of teachers; analysis of information on the Internet; pedagogical observations; method of expert assessments; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Results: as a result of the study, it was found that students of the experimental group (E1) received significantly better scores than the control group for performing the technique of movement in the classical style, the average score - 6.30, and the control group - 5.68 points (t=3,6; p<0,01), for performing the technique of skating style score (E1) was 6.18 points, and the control group – 5,25 points (t=5,2; p<0,01). Students of the experimental group (E2) for performing the technique of classical movement style received an average score of 5.93, compared with the control group - 5.68 points, no significant difference was found (p>0,05), the average score of the group (E2) for performing skating style was 5.90 points, and the control group – 5,25 points, which is significantly better (t=3,8; p<0,01). Conclusions. The use of different teaching methods, taking into account sports specializations, as well as the development of leading motor skills, has improved the learning outcomes of students of higher education specializations in sports games and martial arts ski training. As a result of the use of simulation and special training exercises without skis and on skis at the beginning of classes on the technique of classical and skating skiing, students of the group significantly improved the mastery of ski training on all indicators (p<0,01–0,05). Keywords: ski training, educational process, students, sports games, martial arts, motor abilities.

One of the modern trends in both formal and corporate education is microlearning which involves using short videos in educational process. Microlearning has a variety of advantages including that this approach is more student-oriented, aimed at increasing the level of mastering knowledge, requires less time spent by students for learning, gives a possibility to study at any time and anywhere using own devices, increases motivation etc. The article deals with methodological aspects of creating educational video materials taking into account psychological peculiarities and learning habits of modern students. Video materials belong to the most powerful tools in educational process as they provide students with the possibility of simultaneous perception of auditory and visual information. Video materials must be strictly structured and involve students into learning process, in particular they could be included into different sources of electronic learning courses (ELC). There are different types of videos that are used in ELC such as introductory video, video lectures, video tutorials, additional video materials, interactive video. In spite of content variety all video materials undergo the same procedure of creation including dividing material into logically finished parts, notions definition, writing content questions, components structuring etc. Recording of a video must be a thoroughly planned process to ensure high quality of outcoming product. The article also deals with peculiarities of webinars as one of the possibilities of using video materials in educational process of higher educational institutions. Different types of webinars are analysed including tutorial webinar, lecture webinar, practical webinar.
