Hotel industry is considered to be one of the reputed industry  in India. The study is to analyse the attitude of the respondents towards discounting offers and attractive package given by hotels and to find out the impact of Price complexity, discounting offers and attractive package towards selection of hotels.  For this purpose a sample of 120 was collected from the respondents were percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Kruskall wallis test, one way ANOVA  and multiple regression were used as tools to analyse the data. The conclusion of the study is that price complexity has higher impact on price complexity than other variables taken for the study. It is also concluded that the quality of service has to be enhanced in future period of time based on packages designed and discounting factors.

The hotel industry is one of the most booming industry contributing tremendous growth in the global economy. It has never got affected by any kind of recession or economic turmoil, and this happens because of the fact that individuals/ families would need services of hotel industry for various reasons of human activities like business, recreation, pilgrimage educational tour, historical tours, festivals, carnivals, medical assistance trip etc. and so on. The biggest apprehension about this industry is attrition/turnover rate of employees; and to trounce this matter, selection of the right candidate at the right profile for the right post is the way to success. Selection criteria include all the essential and desirable skills, attributes, experience, and education which an organization decides is necessary for a position. Selection criteria help to select the most capable, effective, suited, experienced, qualified, the person for the job. Applicants must demonstrate and prove the ways in which they will be of valued for the job and the organization. Job selection criteria are also known as key selection criteria or KSC. They are designed to help make the most accurate match between the requirements of a position and the skills of an applicant. For selecting the right candidate, perfect for a particular job, selection has to be well planned, tactically accurate and strategically correct, as there is a huge pressure of short listing, filtering and selecting the right candidate, which makes the whole exercise lengthy as well as painstaking.

Different methods have been developed by researchers in modelling wine consumers purchase behaviour. The quality of a food product is described by a set of characteristics ascribable to the intrinsic and extrinsic product attributes (Olson and Jacoby, 1972). Price, brand, region of origin, grapes and gained awards are the key extrinsic attributes and physical characteristics of the wine such as taste and flavour are intrinsic attributes. This paper addresses the problem of measuring the intrinsic attributes that characterise the wine, based on specific characteristics and the impact on consumers in terms of preferences. To this end, a fractional factorial experiment held on a selection of white wines of the Alto Adige/Südtirol province in Italy. The sensorial experiment involved a voluntary sample of 33 mild wine consumers and concerned 6 grape varieties typical of that territory. For each variety, two producing cellars were selected for a total of 12 evaluated wines. The experiment followed a double-blind administration procedure to the sample and a paper questionnaire was used to elicit the consumers’ opinions on the tasted wines. The results show that intrinsic attributes, such as taste-olfactory intensity, harmony and olfactory complexity, are the drivers used in combination by consumers to rank wines in order of preference.

Background. Nutrition less in infants is a health problem around the world especially the countries develop. In Indonesia nutritional problems less in toddlers about 19.6%. Nutritional problems have little effect on the low quality of human resources, especially the impact of toddlers who are malnourished by poor brain development, unoptimal physical growth, and metabolic developments (the Kemenkes RI, 2014). The current state of nutrition especially in children is still ematitiate. Given the impact of the nutrient less widespread, it is necessary to do a handling of PMT in the form of sausages using local food that is effective in increasing the weight of children with less nutritional nutrition.Metodelogi. In this study used experimental research Desan with a complete random draft (RAL) One treatment comparison of cork fish with composite flour 75%: 25% 80%: 20% 85%: 15%. Data processing. Processing of data obtained from observations presented in the form of tables, to find out the nature of organoleptic (aroma, flavor, texture and color) in each addition of the sausage making materials processed and analyzed using a statistical analysis of One Way Anova at a trust level of 95% (A = 0.05). If there is a significant impact, the data is analyzed further using the Tukey test to see which treatment is causing the difference. Research results. The comparison of cork fish and composite flour is significant effect on the taste color of texture and aroma. The PMT of Gasuhiru sausage contains 262KKL and 16.72 gr of protein in 100gr. Gasuhiru sausage receiving 83.3% well received.Conclusion: The most liked sausage is a comparison of 85%: 15%. The administration of PMT provides a significant effect on children's weight loss and is 3 times greater than the Conntrol group.

Abstract: The objective article is the comparative analysis of Likert rating scale based on the following range of response categories, i.e. 5, 7, 9 and 11 in context of the appropriate process of factors extraction in exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The problem which is being addressed in article relates primarily to the methodological aspects, both in selection of the optimal number of response categories of the measured items (constituting the Likert scale) and identification of possible changes, differences or similarities associated (as a result of the impact of four types of scales) with extraction and determination the appropriate number of factors in EFA model.Keywords: Exploratory factor analysis, Likert scale, experiment research, marketing

Systems developers and IT project managers who apply agile methods for developing information systems (IS) subscribe to a set of values and principles. This adherence to a set of values and principles, along with a passion or fervor surrounding the agile philosophy, made us question whether the adoption of agile methodologies has an effect on information systems built, and in particular, the quality of the IS developed. In this paper we construct a conceptual model, conduct a survey of software developers, and analyze our results, which support our hypotheses about the importance of the strategic selection of a development methodology. We conclude that practicing project managers should consider the decision to use certain methodologies as part of the strategic process.

Abstract Thermal analysis of laser processes can be used to predict thermal stresses and consequently deformation in a completed part. Analysis of temperature is also the basic for feedback of laser processing parameters in manufacturing. The quality of laser sintered parts greatly depends on proper selection of the input processing parameters, material properties and support creation. In order to relatively big heat stress in the built part during sintering process, the thermal simulation and thermal analysis, which could help better understand and solve the issue of parts deformations is very important. Main aim of presented work is to prepare input parameters for thermal simulations by the use of RadTherm software (Thermoanalytics Inc., USA), directly during the sintering process and after the process and find out the impact of the heat stress on a final shape and size of the prototype. Subsequently, an annealing process of constructed products after DMLS could be simulated and specified.

Ecological challenges encourage thinking about the quality of education, the need to develop a person who is responsible and able to live in harmony with the environment and is distinguished by ecological competences. The purpose of the research is to identify the ecological consciousness of pupils and values of pupils, which are developed based on the ‘Concept of the development of ecology and environmental technologies’. For the purpose of the research, a case study was applied, a quantitative research was carried out—the first school in Lithuania was analysed, where the concept of ecology and environmental technology development has been implemented since 2015. The research involved 11thand 12th grade pupils (N = 80). The results of the research were analysed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis and comparison method.Keywords: Ecologic education, pupils, values, ecologic consciousness

The purpose of this study is to know the IFRS 9 transition impact on the suitability and reliability of the quality of financial reporting information. A questionnaire was used in data collecting. Out of 92 questionnaires, only 85 were valid and suitable. The data analysis has been done by using SPSS and several statistical methods through descriptive statistics such as averages, standard deviations, and T-test. This study adds to the literature by knowing the IFRS 9 transition impact on the suitability and reliability of the quality of financial reporting information in the commercial banks of Yemen. The study reached that there is a positive relationship between the impact of the adoption of the IFRS9 on the suitability and reliability of the quality of financial reporting information in Yemen commercial banks. Finally, the study was concluded with some recommendations. This work is a theoretical and empirical overview of the influence of IDS and social networks on the promotion, sales, and quality of hotel accommodation. The work outlines a theoretical-academic presentation and includes a case study, which was carried out through research in 4-star and 5-star hotels. The research identifies the usage and influence of IDS on promotion, sales, and quality of hotel accommodation, the key advantages of cooperation and areas where it is lacking, as well as the usage and importance of social networks in promotion and sales. The terms "IDS" and "social networks in hotel businesses", their definition and importance are presented in the theoretical part of this work. The focal point of this work is to prove the importance of applying IDS and social networks in promotion, sales, and quality of services, in addition to showing the advantages of cooperation and areas where it is lacking. Furthermore, this work emphasizes the importance of staying up to date and in agreement with the latest innovations and their usage in the hotel industry, as well as the significance of adjusting the offer and services to the market demand.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> In the community historical objects play the role of witnesses of the past history. This creates an obligation to preserve and reconstruct them for future generations. Photogrammetric methods have been applied for those purposes for many years. In the process of development of inventory documentation, the key aspects related to the selection of appropriate measuring methods for particular objects and the creation of appropriate working conditions. At present, digital measuring techniques allow developing 3D photogrammetric documentation which is particularly valuable both, for conservators of historical objects, as well as for creating virtual museums. Particular attention should be paid to the utilisation of macro photography for that purpose which allows for recreating small fragments of historical details. The objective of this paper is to present possible use of macro photography for inventory of historical patterns engraved in brick walls of one of the cellars of the Royal Castle in Warsaw (Poland); they are called engravings or house marks. The cellar walls were made of bricks (20<span class="thinspace"></span>&amp;times;<span class="thinspace"></span>10<span class="thinspace"></span>cm) on the stone foundations, where a prison was located in the 17th century. Prisoners left their drawings of signs and crests. Bricks are destroyed, some of them are moss-grown, so many engravings are hardly visible and their depths vary between 3 and 5<span class="thinspace"></span>mm. The Canon 5D Mark II camera with the 50 mm macro lens was used to inventory engravings together with the shadow-free flash, mounted on the lens and a special frame with bolts, being the photogrammetric control network. To ensure the high quality of the 3D model, a network of photographs were acquired from two different distances; they were processed with the use of SfM/MVS algorithms implemented in Agisoft PhotoScan software. The aim of this paper is to discusses the impact of selection of control points on the accuracy of the orientation process, the impact of the point cloud density on correct projection of the digital surface, the influence of the DSM resolution on details of projection of shapes and selection of orthorectification and mosaicking parameters on the accuracy of orthoimage generation.</p>
