With the creation of the molecular markers allowing to carry out analysis of genotypes on the level initial genetic information – DNA, onset one of the most multifarious and one of the most large in number class of markers at the present day. It is concerned with that each separate nucleic acid sequence is unique on its structure. Set of molecular and genetic methods, named as DNA-fingerprinting, most wide used in modern investigations for solving different problems in different biological areas. In this connection, necessity in comparative classification of modern molecular and genetic markers is actual. Based on published literature material it shown data on different classifications of molecular markers. Determined definition of term “marker” in genetics and breeding. Gave the characters and distinctive features of genetic markers. It given the definition what is “good” genetic marker as well as kinds, categories, variations and types on heredity of molecular markers. Manifested by means of molecular markers polymorphisms can classified on polymorphism of sequence itself (including nucleotide substitution and insertion-deletion) and polymorphism the number of tandem repeat sequences in repeated regions. Moreover, molecular markers can classify on two variations: anonymous, for which nucleotide acid sequence unknown and for manifestation of the molecular marker its detection not necessary (for example, RAPD, AFLP, RFLP), and announce (or determined), for which nucleic acid sequence is known or can be detect during analysis (for example, SNP, CAPS, STS). However, in independence on using of molecular markers the choice of method of investigation will be depend on investigated plant species as well. The next influence of molecular and genetic methods on genetics and practical breeding of plants will be depend on results, which will be obtain, in particular, on revealing the possibility or not possibility of genotyping of individual on single genetic marker as wel as on economic price of obtain informative data.

The article discusses the features of identifying the main factors defining the concept of living comfort and the formation of the concept of comfortable living environment. The differences between the living comfort and comfortable living environment is revealed. The analysis of the United methodology of classification of residential buildings on the consumer quality (class) developed by the Committee of Experts on the development and consulting of the Russian Guild of Realtors in 2012 and on the definition of luxury and class housing. According to the research of professionals working in the real estate property companies, the main criteria by which to assess the housing buyers of apartments are given. The constituent elements of a comfortable living environment, including in addition to living comfort structure elements of the service destination, which can be taken as mass housing, housing economy class, comfort class, class housing increased comfort, business class and elite class, are given. It is proposed to introduce the concept of accumulation - a quantitative saturation of the service facilities of the residential complex, to determine the qualitative characteristics of the living environment and service objects when creating a classification of residential environment for comfort.

Formulation of the problem. The article is devoted to the classification of copyright objects. Researchers' views on the division of different works into relevant types and groups are analyzed. It is emphasized that copyright objects are in constant dynamics, due to globalization, development of scientific and technological progress, social networks. Recent research on the topic. The characteristics of copyright objects were addressed by the same researchers as O.E. Abramov, I.I. Vishchynets, O.V. Zhilinkova. O.O. Odintsova. O.O. Shtefan, R.B. Shishka, N.E. Yarkina. M.M. Yasharova, etc. Despite their contribution to the development of the concept of the object of copyright, an updated study of the classification of copyrighted objects by them is not offered in full. The purpose. To investigate and analyse the characteristics and features of copyrighted objects, to distinguish their common and distinctive features that are important for the classification of copyrighted objects. Article’s main body. It was established that for the objects of copyright remains unchanged what they are: should be the result of human creative activity; have novelty, originality, as inherent properties of creativity; characterized by fixation, which at the same time should be static, which complicates further changes to the object; free from the structure of the content, which can be varied in its content; objects regardless of the fact of publication. It is noted that there are changes in the legislation of Ukraine on expanding the list of copyright objects. Separately, the issue of original and derivative works was investigated. Certain feature of composite works. It is noted that the definition of the original work and its inherent features in the Law is important in terms of ensuring a unified systematic approach to law enforcement activities for both derivative works and part (title) of the work. On the basis of the above proposed the following classification of copyright objects: depending on the creative nature of the work, copyright objects may be divided into: original (created exclusively in the form of personal creative contribution of the author) and derivative works (creativity consists in searching, combining the creative achievements of other authors); in the objective form of expression: oral, written, electronic, three-dimensional; according to the criterion of the internal content of the work: simple (covering structurally one object) and complex (may consist of different objects of copyright); depending on the characteristics of the processing of the original work: objects of holistic processing of works and objects of partial processing (processing of excerpts of various works); depending on the nature of financial support, copyright objects may be divided into: objects created on the basis of state order, created on the basis of private orders or financed personally by the author at will; depending on the possibility of distinguishing homogeneous elements of the work into: dividing and indivisible works.

Abstract:In 1987, the American Rheumatism Association issued a set of criteria for the classification of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) to provide a uniform definition of RA patients. Fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic were used to transform this set of criteria into a diagnostic tool that offers diagnoses at different levels of confidence: a definite level, which was consistent with the original criteria definition, as well as several possible and superdefinite levels. Two fuzzy models and a reference model which provided results at a definite level only were applied to 292 clinical cases from a hospital for rheumatic diseases. At the definite level, all models yielded a sensitivity rate of 72.6% and a specificity rate of 87.0%. Sensitivity and specificity rates at the possible levels ranged from 73.3% to 85.6% and from 83.6% to 87.0%. At the superdefinite levels, sensitivity rates ranged from 39.0% to 63.7% and specificity rates from 90.4% to 95.2%. Fuzzy techniques were helpful to add flexibility to preexisting diagnostic criteria in order to obtain diagnoses at the desired level of confidence.

The article raises the problem of classification of the concepts of computer science and informatics studied at secondary school. The efficiency of creation of techniques of training of pupils in these concepts depends on its solution. The author proposes to consider classifications of the concepts of school informatics from four positions: on the cross-subject basis, the content lines of the educational subject "Informatics", the logical and structural interrelations and interactions of the studied concepts, the etymology of foreign-language and translated words in the definition of the concepts of informatics. As a result of the first classification general and special concepts are allocated; the second classification — inter-content and intra-content concepts; the third classification — stable (steady), expanding, key and auxiliary concepts; the fourth classification — concepts-nouns, conceptsverbs, concepts-adjectives and concepts — combinations of parts of speech.

The concept of failed state came to the fore with the end of the Cold War, the collapse of the USSR and the disintegration of Yugoslavia. Political violence is central in these discussions on the definition of the concept or the determination of its dimensions (indicators). Specifically, the level of political violence, the type of political violence and intensity of political violence has been broached in the literature. An effective classification of political violence can lead us to a better understanding of state failure phenomenon. By using Tilly’s classification of collective violence which is based on extent of coordination among violent actors and salience of short-run damage, the role played by political violence in state failure can be understood clearly. In order to do this, two recent cases, Iraq and Syria will be examined.

Date of «birth» of phytosociology (phytocenology) is considered to be 1910, when at the third International Botanical Congress in Brussels adopted the definition of plant association in the wording Including Flaó and K. Schröter (Flahault, Schröter, 1910; Alexandrov, 1969). The centenary of this momentous event in the history of phytocenology devoted to the 46th edition of the Yearbook «Braun-Blanquetia», which began to emerge in 1984 in Camerino (Italy) and it has a task to publish large geobotanical works. During the years of the publication of the Yearbook on its pages were published twice work of the Russian scientists — «The steppes of Mongolia» (Z. V. Karamysheva, V. N. Khramtsov. Vol. 17. 1995), and «Classification of continental hemiboreal forests of Northern Asia» (N. B. Ermakov in collaboration with English colleagues and J. Dring, J. Rodwell. Vol. 28. 2000).

The article is devoted doctrinal issues of environmental and economic effectiveness of use land in conditions of infringement of institutional transformations. The modern approaches to the definition of content of ecological and economic effectiveness of land use are analyzed. It is established that the overwhelming majority of domestic researchers interpret this notion regarding the use of agricultural land or farm land. It is proved that such an approach is justified, taking into account the structure of the land fund of Ukraine. However, this reduces other goals of the land user and functions of the land. It is proposed to investigate the category of ecological and economic effectiveness of land use in accordance with the provisions of the ecological economics, social welfare theory, and concept of total economic value. Based on the classification of land functions, the criteria of selection material content and social form of ecological and economic effectiveness of land use are determined.
