The scientific article, based on the basic ideas of sociological theories about the adaptation of a person to a changing socio-cultural environment, raises the problem of building individual and group adaptation strategies by Kyrgyz young migrants upon arrival in the Moscow agglomeration. The semantic field of the studied phenomenon of social adaptation covers such conceptual strategies as accommodation, acculturation, integration. The basic principles of sociological theories in the author’s interpretation of meanings in relation to the phenomenon of adaptation are investigated. The main niches of employment of Kyrgyz migrants in the Moscow region are established, it turns out how the Kyrgyz youth lives on the territory of the host community. Four groups of migrants were recorded according to the level of adaptation. Three types of attitudes of respondents to the acculturation process are identified and interpreted: the strategy of marginalization in Moscow society, the strategy of complementarity, the strategy of assimilation of dominant norms. The conducted research contributes to the further expansion of the explanatory potential of the features of social adaptation of young citizens of Kyrgyzstan, fills the theory of social adaptation of migrants with new methodological content, allows conceptually ensuring the implementation of further empirical studies of the problems of social adaptation of migrants from the EAEU member states in Russia.

SummaryThe measurement of blood flow in various organs and its visual presentation in parametric images is a major application in nuclear medicine. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the most important nuclear medicine procedures used to quantify regional blood flow. Starting with the first concepts introduced by Fick and later by Kety-Schmidt the basic principles of measuring global and regional cerebral blood are discussed and their relationships are explained. Different applications and modifications realized first in PET- and later in SPECT-studies of the brain and other organs are described. The permeability and the extraction of the different radiopharmaceuticals are considered. Finally some important instrumental implications are compared.

Different notions of multiple rationalities have recently been applied to describe the phenomena of co-existence of competing rationalities in organizations. These include institutional pluralism, institutional logics, competing rationalities and pluralistic contexts. The French pragmatic sociologists Luc Boltanski and Laurent Thévenot have contributed to this line of research with a sophisticated theoretical framework of orders of worth, which has been applied in an increasing number of empirical studies. This article explores how the order of worth framework has been applied to empirical studies of organizations. First, I summarize the basic ideas of the framework, stressing the aspects of special relevance for studies of organizations. Second, I review the empirical studies focusing on the coexistence of competing orders of worth in organizations showing that the order of worth framework primarily has been related to three main themes in organizational research: non-profit and co-operative organizations, inter-organizational co-operation, and organizational change. Third, I discuss how the pragmatic, process-oriented aspect of the research program, focusing on the intertwining of values and action in various forms of ‘justification work’, has been translated into empirical studies. I argue that even if highly interesting empirical studies have begun to appear on the pragmatic aspects of the order of worth program, empirical studies of ‘justification work’ may be a potentially very promising focus for future empirical studies.

The purpose of the article is to investigate the basic principles and directions of socio-cultural re-socialization of foreign students. The subject of the research is the institutional practices of re-socialization of foreign students in the conditions of a megalopolis (on the example of Moscow). The results of the work are that the author has studied the basic principles and directions of socio-cultural re-socialization of foreign students, they include 2 components, one of which provides the necessary conditioning of the internal state of a person for entering the host society, and the second-actually entering society through following certain trajectories in the social space. Thus, Russian megacities as places of subsequent social adaptation of foreign students are full of more opportunities for successful re-socialization of a criminal than small cities, but they are not without risks.

In this scientific article the main elements of game theory are analyzed, the achievements of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the consideration of such theory are investigated. The expediency of involving in the practical activity of the civil service in the system of judicial authorities effective methods used in the field of business and consisting in the use of game technologies, which have proven their effectiveness in terms of providing quality services. It is focused on the fact that game theory can play a key role in the decision-making process, however, it is important to strictly adhere to the limits of its application. Possible conflict situations in the work of civil servants of the justice system are formulated and it is investigated that in conflict conditions each so-called participant of the game makes his course, i.e. chooses his strategy, as a result of which the relevant conflict situation is outlined and a set of strategies of all players. Some examples of the use of elements of game theory are given and the content of certain types of strategies is revealed. In particular, a strategy is described, which is denoted by the term "screening". Taking into account the definition of ways to modernize the civil service, the need to include in standardized training programs for civil servants of the justice system category "B" training course, which will include the basic principles of game theory for their active use in conflict, skills to compromise in relationships with visitors to the court - recipients of court services, selection of the right strategy, consideration of theoretical and game modeling of personnel management tasks, focusing on the ability to obtain and timely provide the necessary information to create a new civil service in the judiciary that meets international standards.

The article presents a differential analysis of the adaptation strategies of fly-in-fly-out personnel. The study involved 359 fly-in-fly-out workers operating in the south and north of Russia. Empirical material was collected through five scientific expeditions in the fields of diamond, oil and gas production, the construction of gas pipelines, the construction of a bridge and an offshore oil platform. Research methods are questioning, psychophysiological and psychological testing aimed at the diagnosis of functional conditions and personal characteristics of the staff. Statistical processing was carried out using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s X2. In the framework of this work, we proceed from the understanding of adaptation strategies as the holistic management of an employee by his ergatic system, aimed at maintaining the necessary level of working capacity and functional state in the process of fulfilling professional duties in various conditions while preserving the employee’s physical and mental health, and considered for a long completed period of time . The study revealed the prevailing types of adaptation strategies (economical and emergency) among representatives of various industries and depending on the region where the industrial facility is located. The study was carried out in continuation of the empirical studies series on the socioenvironmental professional adaptation of fly-in-fly-out personnel.

Why are people who live in liberal welfare regimes so reluctant to support welfare policy? And why are people who live in social democratic welfare regimes so keen to support welfare policy? This article seeks to give an institutional account of these cross-national differences. Previous attempts to link institutions and welfare attitudes have not been convincing. The empirical studies have had large difficulties in finding the expected effects from regime-dependent differences in self-interest, class interest, and egalitarian values. This article develops a new theoretical macro—micro link by combining the literature on deservingness criteria and the welfare regime theory. The basic ideas are that three regime characteristics, (a) the degree of universalism in welfare policy, (b) the differences in economic resources between “the bottom” and “the majority,” and (c) the degree of job opportunities, have a profound impact on the public deservingness discussion and thereby on public support for welfare policy.
