The background of this study was the low student learning outcomes of PPKn, from 28 students who achievedthe completeness criteria at least only 11 students (39.29%). The low student learning outcomes are caused bythe high level of individuality between students so that the achievement of competence among studentsexperiences a very distant difference. Based on this, the researchers made improvements to student learningoutcomes through the application of STAD cooperative learning models. This research is a classroom actionresearch, with the subject of class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Teluk Kuantan. The data used in this study is PPKnlearning outcomes data. The results stated that after applying the STAD type cooperative learning model studentlearning outcomes had increased in the initial data the number of students who completed were 11 students, incycle I had an increase with the number of 18 students, and in cycle II the number of students who completedcontinued to increase by the number 22 student.

The reason underlying the implementation of the present study was because there was a finding revealing that there were still several students from cross-economics class of XI MIPA having difficulties in understanding the lessons. In addition, the students also had a kind of thought that economics was just about memorizing things which was not interesting and challenging that resulted in their unsatisfied learning outcomes. Therefore, the SIM-OVG model needed to be implemented in the learning process. The instruments of the present study were observation and, students’ learning reports and work method. The population of the study was the second grade students (4 classes) who enrolled economics subject at SMA Negeri 10 Samarinda, whereas the samples of the study were the students of XI MIPA-1 class (cross-economics class) at SMA Negeri 10 Samarinda. The number of the population and samples was 101 and 23 students respectively. The study lasted for one semester. The description of the classroom observation, the students’ scores and the group presentation were obtained for the data analysis. After implementing the SIM-OVG model, the results showed that; 1) in the affective aspect, the students showed a better attitude, 2) in the cognitive aspect, there was an improvement on the students’ learning outcomes (before the implementation of SIM-OVG model in XI MIPA-1 class, 52,17% of the students did not reach the passing-grade, but after the implementation, 100% of the students reached the passing-grade, and they also looked enthusiastic in doing their assignments, and 3) in the psychomotor aspect, the students became more skillful, creative, and be able to perform high level thinking. The researcher suggested that the dissemination should be done through MGMP forum and SIM-OVG model workshop. In addition, the researcher also suggested the integration of SIM-OVG model with other learning models and hoped that every school provided adequate facilities to support the implementation of SIM-OVG model.

The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1) How the result of learning mathematics of students after taught by SAVI learning model?, (2) How the result of learning mathematics of students after taught by NHT learning model?, (3) Is the result of learning mathematics of students who taught with SAVI learning model is higher than students taught by NHT learning model. The purpose of this study are: (1) To know how the results of learning mathematics students after teaching with SAVI learning model, (2) To find out how the results of learning mathematics students after being taught with NHT learning model, (3) To determine whether the results of learning mathematics students taught by SAVI learning models higher than students taught by NHT learning models. Type of research using experimental method. The population in this study is all students of class X spread in 11 parallel classes with the number of 310 people. Sampling was done by using cluster random sampling technique. In this research as a sample taken 2 classes from the entire population that is class X A3 as experiment class 1 using SAVI learning model and class X A1 as experiment class 2 using NHT learning model. From result of data analysis obtained that: (1) result of student learning taught by using SAVI learning model which consist of 25 students show minimum value 62, maximum value 96, mean (mean) 80,36, with standard deviation 9,10; (2) student learning outcomes taught using NHT learning model consisting of 25 students showing minimum score 62, maximum value 96, mean (mean) 79,62, with standard deviation 10,512; (3) result of t-test analysis using independent sample t-test obtained tcount = 0,302 at = 0,05 with degrees of freedom (dk) = 48 obtained t table = 2,011. Because t <t table then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who were taught with the SAVI model was not higher than the students taught by the NHT model.

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning models and studentlearning styles on the results of learning Social Sciences. Conventional learning models thatrely on reading books, multiplying practice exercises, teacher explanations in the classroom, students are expected to be more diligent in practicing questions suspected of influencingsocial studies learning outcomes. Conventional models are considered to be less than optimal, because basically students will easily feel bored because they have to open sheets per sheetby understanding the contents of the book and listening to the teacher's explanation in frontof the class verbally. This study uses an experimental comparison method containing activities planned and carriedout by researchers, 2x2 factorial design in this study to find out whether there are differencesin social studies learning outcomes between students who obtain learning with cooperativelearning models and students who obtain conventional learning. The population in this studywere all eighth grade students of Al-Kamil Middle School Islamic Boarding School in CianjurRegency, West Java. Affordable population there are eighth grade students of Al-KamilMiddle School Islamic Boarding School District. Cianjur numbered 120 students. The resultsof this study indicate that there is an interaction effect between learning models and learningstyles on the results of social studies learning at Al-Kamil Middle School Islamic BoardingSchool. Learning outcomes of students who have independent learning styles and followcooperative learning models are higher than students' learning outcomes that followconventional learning models. Likewise the learning outcomes of students who havedependent learning styles and follow cooperative learning models are higher than students'learning outcomes that follow conventional learning models
