State/Event Fault Tree (SEFT) can be used for safety modeling and assessment. However, SEFT does not provide adequate semantics for analyzing the minimal scenarios leading to system failures. In this paper, we propose a novel qualitative analysis method for SEFT based on interface automata. Firstly, we propose the concept of guarded interface automata by adding guards on interface automata transitions. Based on this model, we can describe the triggers and guards of SEFT simultaneously. Then, a weak bisimilarity operation is defined to alleviate the state space explosion problem. Based on the proposed guarded interface automata and the weak bisimilarity operation, the semantics of SEFT can be precisely determined. After that, a qualitative analysis process is presented on the basis of the formal semantics of SEFT, and the analyzing result is the minimal cut sequence set representing the causes of system failures. Finally, a fire protection system case study is illustrated step by step to demonstrate the effectiveness of our method.

Common Mode Failure (CMF) analysis is an important method for evaluating the reliability, safety and risk of complex systems. As the increasing in the system complexity, the common-mode question has become an important factor for conditioning the reliability and security of the control system. Based the discussion on the concepts of CMF, this paper provided a CMF analysis method using Markov model, including the modeling and analysis process. A case study was also presented to verify the feasibility of the analysis method.

This study has two main objectives. The first aims to determine the application of the accounting information system procedures on the revenue cycle.  Second, to determine the factors that constrain revenue cycle in thecompany. Data analysis method use disdescriptive qualitative analysis with case study approach. The analysisis done by describing the circumstances objectsordescribe real researchto identify and analyze problems faced by the  Research object, and then be able to provide alternatives and suggestions of solving the problems faced. The analysisshowed that the accounting information system on there venue cycle LPP TVRI Sumsel Babel has someweaknesses, particularly in the sales procedure, billing to the customer receivables, and cashreceipts. The author provides recommendations that can be used to strengthen the control over these flaws.

Waqf is a legal act of Waqif to separate and or hand over part of their wealth to be exploited forever or for a specified period. Usefulness of waqf itself for purposes of worship or public welfare according to the Shari'a. The purpose of the endowment given to nadzir of Waqif is to utilize waqf property in accordance with its function. The method used is a method socio-juridical with descriptive analytical research specifications, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that the power of the waqf agreement under the hand can be executed as long as their witnesses from several parties. During the relevant parties agree to the provision of the giiving waqf endowments by Waqif to nadzir have a valid legal provisions. Legally positive endowments implementation should be done with a pledge made before the Endowment Agreement Official Pledge (PPAIW) with two witnesses and should be made in the form of an agreement of Pledge of Endowments pursuant to Article 17 of Act No. 41 of 2004 on waqf: 1. Endowments statement implemented by Waqif to nadzir before PPAIW to be implemented by two witness; 2. Endowments statement referred to in paragraph (1) shall be declared orally and / or in writing and set forth in the agreement of pledge endowments by PPAIW.Keywords: Waqf, Endowments Authority, Under Hand Agreement.

This research focuses only on passive fire protection systems in-hospital buildings because the Hospital is public buildings that many people use as facilities for health needs. Hospital residents are not only healthy people, but most sick people are not able to save themselves because of that the building safety system must be reliable especially fire protection systems. This study uses descriptive analysis method by checking directly in the field against the variables that have determined and then analyzed, based on the weight of the AHP method after that each variable and sub-variable will be assessed with a Likert scale according to its suitability with regulations and standards, then weights will be multiplied by the value of conformity to get the reliability value. The results are the level of reliability of the building fire passive protection system  2,250 it includes which in the category enough. This is to increase the value of the level of reliability, it must fulfill the design guidelines in the form of standards.

This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. In the analysis process, this research applies a case study on Starbucks Coffee as a business that implements a green marketing strategy. The method used is a quantitative paradigm with descriptive and causal research types, as well as the SEM-PLS analysis method. Non-probability sampling technique was used to select a sample of 385 Starbucks Coffee customers in Surabaya City. Based on the results, it was concluded that green marketing and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty either directly or through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract The safety of automotive Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system is of great significance to prevent fatigue driving, improve driving comfort, reduce accident rate and promote the development of intelligent transportation and autonomous driving technology. However, the current safety analysis of ACC lacks consideration of the temporal dynamic property, so it is necessary to establish a set of safety analysis methods to consider the temporal characteristics. This paper proposes a new safety analysis method based on MBSA framework and introduces temporal features. Altarica3.0 is a high-level modeling language for safety analysis, and its basic mathematical form is Guardian Transformation System (GTS). In this paper we outline an analysis approach that converts failure behavioral models (GTS) to temporal fault trees (TFTs), which can be analyzed using Pandora a recent technique for introducing temporal logic to fault trees. However, like classical fault tree analysis, TFT analysis requires a lot of manual effort, which makes it time consuming and expensive. In order to improve the safety of the system, the proposal extends Bayesian Networks with Pandora and results to dependability analysis with temporal relationships to provide more reliable basis for safety design. As a typical case study, the safety analysis method proposed in this paper is applied to the safety analysis of adaptive cruise system, and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. Furthermore, it also provides new technologies for the automation and intelligence of safety analysis for Smart Internet of Vehicle.

The implementation of Article 303 subsection (1) of Criminal Code empirically has been conducted in the decision Number 24/PID.B/2012/PN.PP. The defendant named Giman called as Dolok, aged 60 years old, an enterpreneur, adressed in Pemuda Street Number 33 RT 01 Subdistrict of Koto Panjang, Padang Panjang City. There are some differences between criminal regulations in Article 303 subsection (1) of Criminal Code which is the imprisonment for 10 years with verdict of imprisonment for 3 months and 15 days.  The objective of this research is to know how the law enforcement in impositioning imprisonment towards gambling crime offender in the Decision Number: 24/PID.B/ 2012/PN.PP? by using normative judicial approach. The present research is descriptive. The legal material analysis is done by using qualitative analysis method. The conclusion of this research: 1) The law enforcement in the Decision Number: 24/PID.B/ 2012/PN.PP has been achieved by implementing the regulation of Article 303 subsection (1) of Criminal Code. The article regulation is implemented in the gambling crime offender. The law enforcement towards the gambling crime offender is done by judge with Verdict Number: 24/PID.B/ 2012/PN.PP, the judge has imprisoned the doer by the way which has been set in the constitution. The law enforcement with law enforcement phases is the effort to guarantee that decision Number: 24/PID.B/ 2012/PN.PP has legal certainty.

The fire incident in karaoke buildings in Indonesia which claimed many lives has occurred several times. According to the National Academy of Science US, the smoke toxins that come out of the fire disaster cause 50-80% of deaths. Refers to the data, it is necessary to check further about the building material response to fire during a fire incident. Masterpiece Signature Karaoke is a karaoke building that classified as large and magnificent in the city of Medan which has various material so that it is necessary to study the interior material as passive fire protection. The purpose is to find out how to assess the reliability of fire passive protection regard to the interior materials and recommendations or descriptions of right interior material planning using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is efficacious to solve the problem of reliability in using interior materials as passive fire protection in Masterpiece Signature Family KTV Medan building with the results of an Adequate Level of reliability. Then, design recommendations were given for the use of interior materials in karaoke building to improve the reliability results to be better.The results are useful as information for other researchers and karaoke buildings regarding passive fire protection systems at the Masterpiece Signature Family KTV Medan.

This research is motivated by a decline in motorcycle sales produced by PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG in the 2014-2018 period. In this research there was a decrease in the decision on the power of interest in customer purchases on PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG so that later can be analyzed in the formulation of this paper, that how customer take motorcycle purchase decisions amid the phenomenon of competition and increasingly crowded sales rivalries. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation, perceived quality, and customer attitudes toward decisions in purchasing Yamaha motorbikes. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The respondents in this research were 100 people who could meet one to five criteria consisting of; initiator (initiator), influencer (influencer), decision making (decider), purchase (buyer), user (user) motorcycle production PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG. There are 3 hypotheses formulated and tested using the Regression Analysis method. In qualitative analysis it is obtained from the interpretation of processing data by providing information and explanation. In the results of this research shows the results of Motivation, Quality Perception, and Customer Attitudes have a relationship that has a significant impact on Purchasing Decisions.
