<p>According to some researches, in the daily management work, statistical management work, as one of the important basic tasks, is conducive to helping relevant departments to effectively understand and grasp the real level of people’s daily life, and has important guiding significance for the development and implementation of related work. In recent years, driven by economic development, great changes have taken place in informatization level and interest pattern. Based on this, the investigation objects and data information involved in statistical work are becoming increasingly complex, which leads to a substantial increase in the difficulty of statistical work in China, and then puts forward higher demands for the professional ability of statistical departments. In this article, the statistical management system in China under the new situation is taken as the breakthrough point, and the shortcomings in the statistical management system are deeply explored and analyzed. At the same time, the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward, aiming at further improving and perfecting the statistical management system, to lay a solid foundation and guarantee for the further development and prosperity of China’s economic and cultural work.</p>

The Financial Bureau is a functional department responsible for the expenditure management of local units. Swiss director Milo Rau holds a mirror up to theatre to call into question its assumptions, conventions, and relationship to daily life. Rau’s nonfictional story of the murder of Ihsane Jarfi takes place within two overarching narratives with different timeframes—what happens on the stage now, and what happened beyond the stage then. His dramaturgy cautions against both suspension of disbelief and catharsis and against confusing the fictional with the real.

Numerous argumentation systems have been proposed in the literature. Yet there often appears to be a shortfall between proposed systems and possible applications. In other words, there seems to be a need for further development of proposals for argumentation systems before they can be used widely in decision-support or knowledge management. I believe that this shortfall can be bridged by taking a hybrid approach. Whilst formal foundations are vital, systems that incorporate some of the practical ideas found in some of the informal approaches may make the resulting hybrid systems more useful. In informal approaches, there is often an emphasis on using graphical notation with symbols that relate more closely to the real-world concepts to be modelled. There may also be the incorporation of an argument ontology oriented to the user domain. Furthermore, in informal approaches there can be greater consideration of how users interact with the models, such as allowing users to edit arguments and to weight influences on graphs representing arguments. In this paper, I discuss some of the features of argumentation, review some key formal argumentation systems, identify some of the strengths and weaknesses of these formal proposals and finally consider some ways to develop formal proposals to give hybrid argumentation systems. To focus my discussions, I will consider some applications, in particular an application in analysing structured news reports.

Tobacco production has always been an important pillar industry for China’s agricultural and rural economic development. This paper presents a system in which the cluster devices are controlled by single-chip microcomputers, with emphasis on the cluster management techniques of single-chip microcomputers. Each device in a cluster is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer collecting sample data sent to and driving the device by driving data received from the same cluster management computer through COMs. The cluster management system running on the cluster management computer carries out such control as initial SCM identification, run time slice management, communication resource utilization, fault tolerance and error corrections on single-chip microcomputers. Initial SCM identification is achieved by signal responses between the single-chip microcomputers and the cluster management computer. By using the port priority and the parallelization of serial communications, the systems real-time performance is maximized. The real-time performance can be adjusted and improved by increasing or decreasing COMs and the ports linked to each COM, and the real-time performance can also be raised by configuring more cluster management computers. Fault-tolerant control occurs in the initialization phase and the operational phase. In the initialization phase, the cluster management system incorporates unidentified single-chip microcomputers into the system based on the history information recorded on external storage media. In the operational phase, if an operation error of reading and writing on a single-chip microcomputer reaches a predetermined threshold, the single-chip microcomputer is regarded as serious fault or not existing. The cluster management system maintains accuracy maintenance database on external storage medium to solve nonlinear control of specific devices and accuracy maintenance due to wear. The cluster management system uses object-oriented method to design a unified driving framework in order to enable the implementation of the cluster management system simplified, standardized and easy to transplant. The system has been applied in a large-scale simulation system of 230 single-chip microcomputers, which proves that the system is reliable, real-time and easy to maintain.

Government strictly regulates real estate industry by a series of policy recently. Because of the great change of polices, the real estate industry was taken a big knock. In order to find out the solution of real estate enterprises keep developing under new situation. By analyzing the external environment factors of real estate enterprises, the study deduces that the change of real estate enterprises’ strategy plane is inevitable. Elaborate the current situation of real estate enterprises from five aspects of strategy plane, and make a conclusion that how to change it. Therefore, ensure that real estate enterprises could avoid policies risk, and keep developing.
