This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic self-esteem and Islamic self-efficacy on job satisfaction through productivity at Kampoeng Kopi Banaran Bawen. This study uses quantitative methods by processing primary data through several questionnaires given to employees of Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. The sample in the study was 40 respondents (saturated sample). The data obtained were processed with SPSS version 26. Based on the results of processing a questionnaire from 40 respondents. The results of the study show that: [1] Islamic self-esteem has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, [2] Islamic self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect [3] productivity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, [4] Islamic self-esteem has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. significant effect on productivity, [5] Islamic self-efficacy has a negative and significant effect on productivity [6] productivity can mediate Islamic self-esteem on job satisfaction, [7] productivity can mediate Islamic self-efficacy on job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were employees of the Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta with a total of 50 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sample by taking all samples, namely 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS 23 which consists of data quality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that job training and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. While the work environment partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: job training, work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh dengan mengambil semua sampel yaitu 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23 yang terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja

Background: Based on data in the public health centre (Puskesmas). The ratio between the number of nurses  and the number of population is irrational, so that the human resources need to be managed properly.Purpose: To analyze of work environment on job satisfaction of public health centre (Puskesmas) staff nurses related self-efficacyMethods:  This research was conducted from March 2020 to June 2020. The data used are primary data, the data  collection method uses the survey method, uses a saturate sample, where the sample is totally the number of 15  nurses as respondents. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regressionResults: Showing that the self-efficacy and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.Conclusion: Management of public health centres (Puskesmas)  must be able to maintain and improve nurses' self-efficacy and working conditions so that nurses will feel satisfied at work. Job satisfaction taken by nurses will result in professional and optimal service.

<p><em>The phenomenon of students who raise nominal tuition bills to parents is rife so it needs further search for consumptive behavior among students. This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping motivation on consumptive behavior in Accounting Education Study Program students at a University in Madiun. This research uses quantitative methods and online questionnaires as a tool for primary data collection through google form. The sample method used is a saturated sample. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that hedonic shopping motivation had a positive effect on the consumptive behavior of Accounting Education students. Students are more interested in buying goods because of discounts, satisfying services and affordable prices.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Fenomena berupa mahasiswa yang menaikkan nominal tagihan biaya kuliah kepada orang tua marak terjadi sehingga perlu penelusuran lebih lanjut mengenai perilaku konsumtif di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belanja hedonis terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi di sebuah Universitas di Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kuesioner online sebagai alat pengumpulan data primer lewat perantara media <em>google form</em>. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Bersumber pada hasil uji hipotesis, didapati bahwa motivasi belanja hedonis berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi. Mahasiswa lebih tertarik melakukan pembelian barang karena adanya diskon, pelayanan yang memuaskan dan harga yang terjangkau.</em></p>

This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship between self regulated learning and student academic procrastination; (2) the relationship of self efficacy with student academic procrastination; (3) the relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination. The hypothesis proposed is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination, assuming the higher self regulated learning and self efficacy, the lower the student academic procrastination. Conversely, the lower the self regulated learning and self efficacy, the higher the student's academic procrastination. The number of samples is 61 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sample techniques. The data collection techniq uses questionnaire. The research method used is quantitative methods. The results of the study conclude that: (1) there is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and student academic procrastination; (2) there is a negative relationship between self efficacy and student academic procrastination; (3) there is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in Islamic microfinance services. This research has four variables: compensation as an independent variable, motivation, job satisfaction as intervening variables, and commitment as a dependent variable. The subjects in this study were active employees in one of the Islamic microfinance services. It is Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT). This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale with 240 total valid responses. The data were analyzed using Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 24. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on motivation, compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through motivation and job satisfaction as intervening variables. This study finds providing several important implications for research and implementing microfinance services.</p>

This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variables in Telkom Indonesia Regional VII Division. The population of the study is based on managerial & staff job positions consisting of 62 respondences from 161 full-time employees of Indonesia state-owned telecommunication company, Telkom Indonesia Regional VII Division. This research used quantitive methods. The primary data were collected by the questionnaire as the instrument to prove the results of the study. By using Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS), the analysis of collected data revealed and to test the hypotheses. According to the findings of this research supported the positive effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction through employee performances. The hypotheses analysis in the study has no significant effect of leadership style on employee performance, whereas job satisfaction as partial mediating.
