The article explores the peculiarities of the use of social networks as an accessible tool and an important component of a territorial community’s information space (on the example of library institutions of the united territorial communities in Vinnytsia region). It attempts to structure its functions and capabilities for the local library. It focuses its attention on Facebook, being the most popular of social networks, and highlights its advantages. Based on a study of the official Facebook pages/groups of the library institutions of the administrative centers of urban united territorial communities in Vinnytsia region, the subject and quality of information content were clarified. The level of communication activity of subscribers/participants was also traced. After analyzing the level of audience involvement (number of subscribers relative to the population), posting activity (number of posts per day/month), user activity (set of reactions to the publication), feedback (quick access button), we obtained data indicating an average rate of the presence of posts on the page/in the group of the local library, which testifies to the irregularity of the publications. The assessment show that local libraries do not take full advantage of Facebook. First of all, the level of audience involvement and user activity (response to posts) needs to be increased. This can be achieved by expanding the topic and improving the quality of information content, as well as working to increase the post organic reach.

The subject of this research is the specifics, forms and functions of interaction in social media groups between the representatives of ethnic communities. The goal consists in determination of the role of social networks in adaptation of ethnocultural communities of St. Petersburg. The research is based on the polling technique for acquisition of information on the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral state of a person. The survey was conducted via distribution of questionnaires among the representatives of ethnic groups. The article also employs the method of systematic scientific observation over the social media groups, topic raised therein, as well as reading and analysis of the comments. The scientific novelty of this work consists in outlining of the nature, trends and development prospects of cross-cultural communications as the channel for ethnocultural interaction.  The main conclusions, which touch upon users from various ethnic communities who do not have enough experience in organization of activity of social media groups, demonstrate that it causes the loss of the sense of security, accumulation of prejudices and escalation of interethnic conflicts, as well as preference of the with restricted access, which contributes to lock down of the group and impedes adaptation in the accepting society. Stabilization of situation can be achieved by improvement of the quality of content posted in the social media, as well as level of their administration.

The article looks at the different factors that go into the subject of buying food products in Morocco. The latter, is undergoing a food transformation affecting the urban and rural environment. The recent changes in the choice of purchasing products by Moroccan citizens have created in the country a favorable framework for the development of territorial products. This is a descriptive study based on a questionnaire and conducted over a period of 2 months, subjects with a sample size of 180 respondents are randomly recruited on social networks. The results show that consumers are now interested in where they buy food, the quality of the products and the cost/quality ratio in these places. This study also states that despite the importance of product price to the consumer, quality is the factor most sought after by the consumer. This leads to an obligation on the part of consumers to industrialists to integrate food products with high nutritional values and to use ingredients that do not cause a danger to human health.

Resumo – Este artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre o poder das redes sociais na venda de produtos educacionais, sabendo que o universo tecnológico se faz a cada dia mais presente na sociedade. Assim, aumentando o vínculo de empresa e cliente. Inicialmente foram realizadas pesquisas e análises em diversas fontes de literatura sobre marketing digital e redes sociais. Tais ações foram necessárias para um aprofundamento teórico sobre a temática. Após as análises literárias, foram elaborados questionários e aplicados em forma de entrevista, coletando assim, informações através do público alvo. A entrevista foi aplicada através de links do Google formulários onde realizou-se uma análise da utilização do uso das tecnologias e quais suas estratégias utilizadas no marketing para vender de forma rápida e satisfatória para seus clientes. Foram entrevistadas quatro empresas bem conceituadas na área educacional, todas elas utilizam a internet como fonte de venda assim promovendo as mesmas e suas mercadorias. Ainda existem dificuldades no marketing digital, muitos ainda não o utilizam de forma correta e positiva pois é algo inovador que precisa sempre está de acordo com a necessidade do cliente, construindo uma relação fortalecida buscando o maior número de atrações fazendo com que as conheça e se relacione bem alavancando os negócios. Hoje o marketing digital é uma das maiores modalidades do comercio devido ao grande número de usuários da internet. Afinal, o mesmo é feito não só por computadores e celulares mais por um conjunto de pessoas e ações que buscam a melhoria e a qualidade de serviços para seus negócios. Palavras-Chave: Tecnologias. Consumidores. Abstract:This article aims to reflect on the power of social networks in the sale of educational products, knowing that the technological universe is increasingly present in society. Thus, increasing the bond between company and customer. Initially, research and analysis were carried out in various sources of literature on digital marketing and social media. Such actions were necessary for a theoretical deepening on the subject. After the literary analyses, questionnaires were developed and applied in the form of an interview, thus collecting information from the target audience. The interview was applied through links from Google forms where an analysis of the use of the use of technologies was carried out and what are their strategies used in marketing to sell quickly and satisfactorily to their customers. Four reputable companies in the educational area were interviewed, all of which use the internet as a source of sales, thus promoting themselves and their goods. There are still difficulties in digital marketing, many still do not use it correctly and positively because it is something innovative that always needs to be in line with the customer's needs, building a strengthened relationship seeking the greatest number of attractions, making them know them and get to know them. relate well leveraging the business. Today, digital marketing is one of the biggest forms of commerce due to the large number of internet users. After all, the same is done not only for computers and cell phones, but also for a group of people and actions that seek to improve the quality of services for their businesses.Keywords: Technologies. <p>The term "Learning Region" is used to identify a region which is innovative, economically successful, and inhabited by citizens who are active members of their local community. Such regions are characterised by strong links between local businesses, community groups, and education providers. Within a regional area interaction and exchange of information is easier and cheaper than in a national or international context. The success of an individual organisation is directly related to the quality of information available locally. Information technology can be an important tool in improving the flow of knowledge between the stakeholders within a region. The study examines the role that information and communication technologies (ICTs) play in the development of learning regions in New Zealand, and how they can be used to improve the quality of information flows both within the region itself, and between the region and the outside world. In particular the research considers what contribution ICTs make to organisational learning and innovation. Historical methods are used to build up a picture of the significant changes that have taken place within two contrasting regions of New Zealand between 1985 and 2005. The two selected regions are Southland and Wellington. Data was collected by searching regional newspapers, and conducting interviews with key figures in each region. A "6-I" framework of the "ideal" features of a learning region was developed from the literature review and this was used to analyse the data. The findings show a clear linear progression in terms of the development of hard ICT based networks, but a less clear pattern in terms of soft social networks where the same issues were revisited a number of times over the years. Though there was evidence of a relationship between the soft networks that existed at the regional level and the utilisation of hard ICT networks within a region it was difficult to quantify. Hard and soft networks evolve differently over time and the relationship between the two is nuanced. Both regions were successful in setting up high quality ICT networks. However, with the exception of the education sector, both regions struggled to co-ordinate their soft networks. Though good social capital existed in each region, especially in Southland, it was located in different interest groups and was not easy to bring together. This lack of co-ordination meant that the possibilities opened up by ICT infrastructure in terms of increasing innovation were not fully realised. Both regions demonstrated many of the characteristics of learning regions but neither region was able to bring all aspects together to reach their full potential. The thesis demonstrates the important role that soft social networks play in the successful utilisation of ICT networks within a regional setting.</p>

This paper focuses on the determinants of the impact of social networks on the recruitment process in Kosovar enterprises, concluding that the main factor of that impact is the quality of information, cost benefits, and timeliness. Another factor of particular importance is the competitive advantages social networks provide with respect to efficiently attracting suitable candidates to recruit through their unified data processing speed. The managers interviewed in this study provided evidence that recruitment using social networks is faster than with traditional methods. Social networks enable firms to quickly and easily access applicants from all over the world easily at a low cost. Social networks provide in-depth discussions to understand the views and opinions of both parties in the recruitment process. The information provided by social networks on the personal and professional life of the potential job candidate makes social networks an important tool for recruitment

Abstract The aim of the research is to analyze the quality of life improvement (Kaizen) in the running aspect in Poland. Until now, issues related to the running analysis of the quality life in terms were not the subject of broader, comprehensive scientific considerations. The research was taken in 2019 year and covered a group of 396 runners. The respondents are women posing 67,9% and men posing 32,1% residing in different areas of Poland. The research was based on a questionnaire (CAWI - Computer Assisted Web Interview). Although for most respondents the result is not the most important, they try to improve their running attitude and time. Runners use different ways to be motivated to work on themselves. An example of motivators can be a medal, obtained at the finish line or sharing success with participation in competition on social networks (Facebook).

With the development of social networks, the complexity of the factors affecting the users’ information dissemination is increasing and the complexity of online social networks and influencing factors of individual behaviors and attitudes make the development of online public opinion present a dynamic, complex, and multifactor evolution. Analyzing the influencing factors of public opinion dissemination is conducive to optimize company management and information diffusion management. However, there has been no comprehensive analysis of the complex factors that influence the dissemination of information; this study focused on synthesizing 20 empirical studies on the influencing factors of China public opinion dissemination from the perspective of the user, and a meta-analysis was conducted. We establish the influencing factors of users’ information adoption model from three aspects of information source reliability, perceived information quality, and the heat of public opinion events based on elaboration likelihood model. The results indicated that the main influencing factors of public opinion communication are authority, reliability, quality of information form, quality of information editing, quality of information utility, and event attendance preference. Among the factors, authority and quality of information editing have more significant impacts on users’ information adoption behavior in the dissemination of public opinion. In addition, whether the type of event was a public emergency had a moderating effect. The results are helpful to explore the universality of the influencing factors so as to help related regulators better build a multiangle supervision mechanism and conduct early warning of information diffusion.
