Purpose: The focus of research to reveal the development of the sharia hospitality industry in Surakarta in terms of effectiveness, existence and Syariah hotel. Methodology: Methodology used in analytical phenomenology and descriptive. Result: The results and conclusions of this study are that the development of sharia hotel industry in Surakarta is now increasing. Sharia hotel business in Surakarta is also considered effective in accordance with the concept of sharia. The existence of sharia hotels has been running well. His mission is to do Islamic business and preaching amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: By taking the research location at Zaen Hotel Syariah, Hotel Al-Madinah Syariah and Solo Hotel Syariah. While the data collection through interviews and observation. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perkembangan tata busana tari klasik gaya Yogyakarta tahun 2011 – 2015. Objek penelitian ini adalah perkembangan tata busana tari klasik gaya Yogyakarta. Sebagai subjek penelitian adalah tata busana pada pertunjukan tari festival sendratari DIY, tata busana ujian Koreografi Tari FBS UNY, ujian Tata BusanaTari FBS UNY, display pictures blackberry masanger, serta pictures from geogle. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini bahwa perkembangan tata busana dibedakan atas: Perkembangan tata busana dari kraton, seperti tata busana wayang Orang, Bedhaya Srimpi, dan repertoar tari tunggal, Konsep perkembangan tata busana yang bersumber dari kraton memberikan kesan apik yaitu memberikan kesan artistik yang mendalam inovatif yaitu menggunakan bahan-bahan busana yang lebih modern dan original. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan tata busana tari klasik gaya Yogyakarta adalah media televise dan pariwisata.Kata kunci: trend Tata Busana Tari, Tari Klasik Gaya Yogyakarta  AbstrakThis research is aims to describe the fashion trend of Yogyakarta classical dance on 2011-2015. The object of research is the fashion trend of Yogyakarta classical dance. The subject of research is fashion of DIY ballet festival, fashion of Dance Choreography Exam in FBS UNY, display pictures blackberry messenger, and picture from google. Data collection was done through review study and documentation study observation. Data analysis was done by data reduction, display of data, and deduction. The result of this researchcan be classified as: 1) The trend of fashion from Kraton, like Wayang Orang fashion, Bedhaya Srimpi, and solo dance. The concept of fashion trend of Yogyakarta classical dance shows an elegan design in terms of the fabric which is more modern and original. progress of arable Yogyakarta classical Dance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan karakteristik kebutuhan guru dan siswa terhadap buku cerita bergambar berbasis Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur untuk pembelajaran bahasa Jawa di SMP Kota Semarang,  (2) membuat prototipe buku cerita bergambar berbasis Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, dan (3) mendeskripsikan hasil validasi ahli mengenai prototipe buku cerita bergambar berbasis Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan tahapan yaitu (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, dan (5) revisi desain. Data pada penelitian ini adalah amanat dari Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur dan kebutuhan terhadap buku cerita bergambar berbasis Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan buku cerita bergambar berjudul Sinau Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur. Setelah buku tersebut disusun, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media untuk mendapatkan saran dan perbaikan buku. Saran dan perbaikan dari ahli mencakup aspek materi, penyajian dan kegrafikaan.  Kata Kunci : buku cerita bergambar, Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, pengembangan.   ABSTRACK The aims of this research are to (1) describe the characteristics of teachers and students’ need to a picture book with Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur base for Javanese Language learning process in SMP Kota Semarang, (2) to make a picture book prototype with Serat Wulangreh Pupuh base, and (3) describe the expert validation outcome about a picture book prototype with Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur base. This research uses research and development. The research stages were potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation and design revisions. The data in this study are mandated by Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur and the need for a picture book based on Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur. Sources of data from this study are Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, teachers and students. The technique of collecting data uses interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study is descriptive qualitative. This research produces a picture book entitled Sinau Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur as teachers and students’ need. After this book is created, there would be a validity test by the material and media experts to have suggestion and revision. The scope of suggestion and revision by the experts are material, serving, and graphics. Keywords: a picture book, Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Pangkur, development.

This study aims to develop a Human Resources competency strategy at the Barru Regent's Office. This research specifically focuses on the development of Human Resources competencies used by the Barru district government in developing Human Resources apparatuses in order to perform high. This study uses a phenomenological approach, the main data collection techniques are interviews, observation Data analysis techniques used are data analysis techniques descriptive qualitative. The analysis was conducted after data collection through interviews and direct observation in the field. The results of the study include a strategy for developing resource management where competency-based apparatus people are realized by referring to the vision, mission, and goals through the remuneration mechanism as a form of appreciation for apparatus that has good performance. Development system and apparatus fulfillment system to improve apparatus competence, maintain productive human resources, improve welfare and create more positive competition. The whole process is carried out by referring to the principles of (a) human control control (b) recruit activity train, educate, develop, (d) manage Human relations performance, (e) reward and discipline action (f) manage redeployment, and (g) negotiation for working conditions.

Recently, the development of tourism  is increasing sharply and hotel industry has important role to support the tourism development in terms of providing the comfortable accommodation and excellent services and English language competencies should be possessed by the hotel employees in order to provide excellent services. However, some hotel employees still have low competence in English language skill. The purpose of this study is to find out the language skills that are mostly needed and categorized as the problems by the hotel employees in their work. This study employed quantitative study by using questionnaire and interview as the method of data collection.  The sample of this study was taken by using purposive sampling by taking 30 tourism students who have just completed their six-month internship program in the industry. Based on the results of data analysis, it has been found that most language skills (listening, speaking, and writing) are categorized “High”   used by the hotel employees, as their score between 3.41-4.20. While reading skills are categorized “Moderate” as its mean score between 2.61-3.40. And also All the language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are categorized “High” as problems faced by the hotel employees, as their score between 3.41-4.20.

This paper is based on the results of research aimed at describing the existence and development of Burdah music performances in Lombok Timur The type of research used descriptive qualitatively using methods with the object of study is the Burdah music. The location of this research is in Rempung Village, Pringgasela District, Lombok Timur Regency. The target of the study in this study is the existence of Burdah music performances. Data is collected through observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are performed with data reduction steps, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study showed that the factors that support the existence of Burdah music consists of good management, has a complete organizational structure with managerial system, solid in achieving the goal of using an educational system, has a characteristic that maintains a sense of solidarity between members and management and has a lot of performance experience both formal and non-formal. The conclusion of this paper is that the existence of Burdah music is strongly influenced by management factors, solidarity, characteristics and performance experience.

Sebuah penelitian tindakan kelas telah dilaksanakan di kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yaitu menerapkan metode demonstrasi dalam mata pelajaran PJOK pada kompetensi sepak bola. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran melalui metode demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Variabel yang menjadi sasaran perubahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020, sedangkan variabel tindakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode demonstrasi. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang berlangsung dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Data hasil observasi dianalisis secara kualitatif. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari tiga tahap pokok, yaitu reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang terkumpul menyatakan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Dari data yang dikumpulkan dari tindakan pra siklus, siklus 1, dan siklus 2, peneliti melihat adanya peningkatan dalam jumlah persentase siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM sebesar 87.5%. Sedangkan peningkatan yang terjadi pada persentase penguasaan materi adalah sebesar 27.5%.A classroom action research has been carried out in the VA class of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year, namely applying the demonstration method in PJOK subjects on football competence. The purpose of this study was to describe the learning process through the demonstration method to improve the football skills of the VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican for the 2019/2020 academic year and to determine the effectiveness of demonstration methods to improve the football skills of VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year 2020. The variable that is the target of change in this study is the football ability of the VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 school year, while the action variable used in this study is the demonstration method. The form of this research is classroom action research which takes place in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were 24 students of class VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. Observation data were analyzed qualitatively. The data analysis technique consists of three main stages, namely data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The data collected states that the demonstration method can improve the football skills of VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican for the 2019/2020 school year. From the data collected from the pre-cycle action, cycle 1, and cycle 2, the researcher saw an increase in the percentage of students who scored above the KKM by 87.5%. Meanwhile, the increase in the percentage of mastery of the material was 27.5%.

In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 Year 1995 regarding Penitentiary states that one of the rights of prisoners is to get adequate health and food services, health services and foods that meet health requirements. This research is a kind of juridical-empirical research with the fact approach and the statue approach. Data collection procedures used are interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The results of research that have been carried out that fulfillment of the rights of TanjungGustaLapas inmates in getting health and food services has been going well according to applicable laws and regulations. However, due to over capacity, health and food services are less than optimal. General obstacles faced by TanjungGustaLapas Medan officers are inmates who are not yet registered as BPJS holders, over capacity which causes health and food services as well as skills training for inmates less than optimal.

Abstract: This research consists of two problems. Firstly, how is the process of learning reading skills using electronic newspapers at Darul Lughah wal Qur’an Boarding School Angsokah Timur Palengaan Daya Palengaan Pamekasan. Secondly, What is the Factors of learning reading skills using electronic newspapers at Darul Lughah wal Qur’an Boarding School Angsokah Timur Palengaan Daya Palengaan Pamekasan. This research uses qualitative research and the data source includes the teachers and students of learning reading skills using electronic newspapers at Darul Lughah wal Qur’an Boarding School Angsokah Timur Palengaan Daya Palengaan Pamekasan. And then,Data collection techniques using interviews and observationswhere the research was carried out for one month. Start from 2nd of February 2020 untill 3rd of March 2020 that the data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of this research state that the process of learning reading skills using electronic newspapers at Darul Lughah wal Qur’an Boarding School Angsokah Timur Palengaan Daya Palengaan Pamekasanare effectiveexcept some problems like vocabulary difficulties in contemporary languages. So for all of students who studies this learning reading skills using electronic newspapers at Darul Lughah wal Qur’an Boarding School Angsokah Timur Palengaan Daya Palengaan Pamekasanis hoped to take the time to memorize difficult vocabularies, especially in contemporary languages. And for the teachers who teaches learning reading skills using electronic newspapers at Darul Lughah wal Qur’an Boarding School Angsokah Timur Palengaan Daya Palengaan Pamekasan could be more creative and innovate so that students love Arabic more than before and they are not bored in following their learning.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan program sistem poin di SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : (1) penetapan dan persiapan program sistem poin dilakukan melalui perumusan tata tertib sekolah dengan hasil buku panduan tata tertib sekolah meliputi bentuk pelanggaran, poin pelanggaran, sanksi pelanggaran dan catatan pelanggaran. (2) pelaksanaan program sistem poin berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah untuk mendisiplinkan siswa, walaupun masih ada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran.evaluasi program sistem poin dilakukan dengan menindaklanjuti dan memperbaharui isi dari buku panduan tata tertib sekolah setiap tahunnya untuk mengurangi tingkat pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah. (4) faktor pendukung program sistem poin yaitu adanya buku panduan tata tertib sekolah sebagai acuan guru maupun siswa untuk bersikap disiplin. Faktor penghambat program sistem poin yaitu kurangnya kesadaran warga sekolah untuk selalu bersikap disiplin tanpa adanya perintah. Kata kunci: sistem poin, tata tertib sekolah   AbstractThis study aims to describe the application of the point system program at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. This research approach is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data analysis by Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Data validity test used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the determination and preparation of the point system program is carried out by formulating school rules with the results of the school discipline by form of violation, violation points, violation sanctions and violation records. (2) the implementation of the point system program runs according to the school's goal of disciplining students, even though there are still students who commit violations. (3) evaluation of the point system program is carried out by following up and updating the contents of the school code of conduct each year to reduce the level of violations of school rules. (4) The supporting factor for the point system program is the existence of a school discipline guidebook as a reference for teachers and students to be disciplined. The inhibiting factor for the point system program is the lack of awareness of the school community to always be disciplined without any orders. Keywords: point system, school rules.

This research aims to describe the perceptions of independence online learning during Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted at Junior High School 5 Tulungagung. Data collection techniques in this research were observation and questionnaire. The main instrument is researcher itself, the supporting instrument are observation notes and questionnaire sheets. The data validity uses in this research is extension of observation. Data analysis based on indicators of learning independence which include self-confidence, discipline, initiative, responsibility, and motivation. The result of this research indicate the self-confidence indicator, 28% students stated that they were always confident, 30% stated often, 20% stated sometimes, 13% stated rarely, and 9% stated never. In discipline indicator, 75% of students stated that they were always discipline, 3% stated sometimes, 1% stated rarely and never. In initiative attitude indicators, 35% students stated that they always had the initiative, 34% stated often, 22% stated sometimes, 3% stated rarely and the remaining 6% stated never. In responsibility attitude indicator, 51% students stated that they always had a responsibility, 25% stated often, 20% stated sometimes, 1% stated rarely and the remaining 3% stated never. In motivation indicators, 91% students stated that they always had a motivation and the remaining 9% stated often.
