This study was intended to investigate the online behavior of Taiwan’s Net Generation (born between 1977 and 1997) based on Dentsu’s AISAS (Attention-Interest-Search-Action-Share) model. A conceptual framework and several hypotheses were developed and tested. A questionnaire survey was conducted in Taiwan in 2018 with 338 valid responses being received. The data were analyzed through linear regression analysis with learning and growth set as the dependent variable. Information search was the key action variable and especially during travel. Attention and interest had significant indirect influences on actions, which impacted sharing, learning, and growth. Learning and growth and action increased sharing. Post-travel sharing stimulated attention and was a catalyst for another cycle of AISAS. This research intended to fill a gap in the literature by examining the relationships among stages in the online purchase and consumption of travel products and services.

AbstractEffective-one-body (EOB) theory was originally proposed based on the post-Newtonian (PN) approximation and plays an important role in the analysis of gravitational wave signals. Recently, the post-Minkowskian (PM) approximation has been applied to the EOB theory. The energy map and the effective metric are the two key building blocks of the EOB theory, and in PN approximation radial action variable correspondence is employed to construct the energy map and the effective metric. In this paper, we employ the PM approximation up to the second order, and use the radial action variable correspondence and the precession angle correspondence to construct the energy map and the effective metric. We find that our results based on the radial action variable correspondence, are exactly the same with those obtained based on the precession angle correspondence. Furthermore, we compare the results obtained in this work to the previous existing ones.

Plastic bags is increasing with the development of technology, industry and population. Community dependence on plastic products is indeed very large. It is undeniable that there are many plastic based equipment that are sold at relatively cheap prices. Therefore socialization or education to reduce the use of plastic bags should be intensified. the researchers used an approach with the Android Based Online Message Gateway. The research design used was pre experimental design. With a population of 64, simple random sampling technique so that a sample of 56 respondents. Using the Wilcoxon statistical test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the significance value of the attitude variable 0,000 <0.05 and the significant value of the action variable 0,000 <0.05. So, if Ho and H1 are rejected, then there is the influence of Android Based Online Message Gateway on Attitudes and Action in the Use of Plastic Bags.

Sebuah penelitian tindakan kelas telah dilaksanakan di kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yaitu menerapkan metode demonstrasi dalam mata pelajaran PJOK pada kompetensi sepak bola. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran melalui metode demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Variabel yang menjadi sasaran perubahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020, sedangkan variabel tindakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode demonstrasi. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang berlangsung dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Data hasil observasi dianalisis secara kualitatif. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari tiga tahap pokok, yaitu reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang terkumpul menyatakan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Dari data yang dikumpulkan dari tindakan pra siklus, siklus 1, dan siklus 2, peneliti melihat adanya peningkatan dalam jumlah persentase siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM sebesar 87.5%. Sedangkan peningkatan yang terjadi pada persentase penguasaan materi adalah sebesar 27.5%.A classroom action research has been carried out in the VA class of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year, namely applying the demonstration method in PJOK subjects on football competence. The purpose of this study was to describe the learning process through the demonstration method to improve the football skills of the VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican for the 2019/2020 academic year and to determine the effectiveness of demonstration methods to improve the football skills of VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year 2020. The variable that is the target of change in this study is the football ability of the VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 school year, while the action variable used in this study is the demonstration method. The research subjects were 24 students of class VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. Observation data were analyzed qualitatively. The data analysis technique consists of three main stages, namely data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The data collected states that the demonstration method can improve the football skills of VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican for the 2019/2020 school year. From the data collected from the pre-cycle action, cycle 1, and cycle 2, the researcher saw an increase in the percentage of students who scored above the KKM by 87.5%. Meanwhile, the increase in the percentage of mastery of the material was 27.5%.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to describe the learning process through the drill method and determine the effectiveness of the method to improve students' understanding of class XI RPL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran in the academic year 2017/2018 about passive voice at various tenses. The variable that is the target of change in this study is student understanding, while the action variable used in this study is the drill method. The form of this research is classroom action research which takes place in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class XI RPL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran in the academic year 2017/2018, totaling 35 people. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The data analysis technique used is qualitative, which consists of three main stages, namely data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study state that the drill method is proven to improve students' understanding of class XI RPL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran in the academic year 2017/2018 about the review text. The results showed that there was an increase in the level of mastery of the material (class average value) by 13.2%. While the increase in the percentage of learning completeness was 74.3%. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa metode drill terbukti dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas XI RPL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pangandaran tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 tentang teks ulasan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada peningkatan dalam tingkat penguasaan materi (nilai rata-rata kelas) sebesar 13,2%. Sedangkan peningkatan dalam persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 74,3%. Selain itu, metode drill terbukti dapat meningkatkan perilaku siswa kelas XI RPL 1 ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung.Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Siswa; Kalimat Pasif; Metode Drill

This study aims to examine the effect of E-marketing with the AISAS model on mutual fund investment decisions. This research using quantitative research. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 34 respondents who had or were investing in Bibit Mutual Fund Fintechs that had been registered in the OJK. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, while the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach is using a data analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis,  Attention variable has a significant effect on Interest variable, Interest variable has a significant effect on Search variable, Search variable has a significant effect on Action variable, Action variable has a significant effect on Share variable, and Share variable has a significant effect on Investment Decisions. Keywords: E-Marketing; Investment Decision; AISAS Model

<p class="abstrak"><em>This research was motivated by the low motivation to learn students in class II MIS Raudhatul Mujawwidin on moral subjects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in student motivation in moral subjects with the CTL approach. The research approach is qualitative with the action research method through the Kemmis and Taggart model with two cycles. The results showed that: First, the level of student motivation in moral subjects with the CTL approach in the first cycle increased to 64.69% from the previous only 36.84%. This means that the use of the CTL approach is quite a solution in overcoming the low motivation of student learning, so that it remains used as an action variable for cycle II. Secondly, the level of students' motivation in the subject of morality with the CTL approach in the second cycle increased to 82.89%. Of the six indicators of student motivation to learn, only one indicator that is in the category of "moderately motivated" is the indicator of appreciation in learning. This shows that the application of the CTL approach can increase student motivation in class II MI Raudhatul Mujawwidin on the subject of the morality of the material of faith in God as evidenced from almost all indicators of student motivation to learn in the "highly motivated" category.</em></p><p class="abstrak">Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa di kelas II MIS Raudhatul Mujawwidin pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dengan pendekatan CTL. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu kualitatif dengan metode action research melalui model Kemmis and Taggart dengan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dengan pendekatan CTL di siklus I meningkat menjadi 64,69% dari sebelumnya hanya 36,84%. Hal ini berarti bahwa penggunaan pendekatan CTL cukup menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga tetap dijadikan sebagai variabel tindakan untuk siklus II. Kedua, tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dengan pendekatan CTL di siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,89%. Dari keenam indikator motivasi belajar siswa, hanya satu indikator yang berada dikategori “cukup termotivasi”, yaitu indikator penghargaan dalam belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan CTL dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas II MI Raudhatul Mujawwidin pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak materi beriman kepada Allah yang dibuktikan dari hampir semua indikator motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori “sangat termotivasi”.</p>

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) states that one of the root causes of the slow growth in the market share of Islamic banking is due to the weak literacy of Indonesian people towards sharia finance. Based on a 2016 National Literacy and Financial Inclusion survey involving 9,680 research respondents from 34 provinces in 64 cities / districts. shows that the national Islamic financial literacy rate is 8.11 percent. While on the other hand, there has been an increase in internet usage among Indonesian people. The research aims to find out how the AISAS model which consists of Attention, Interest, Search, Action and Share affects the level of literacy of Islamic banking in followers of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Research consists of three stages namely literature study. Then a field study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 183 respondents. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software. The results show that (1) Attention variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely interest. (2) Interest variables have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely search. (3) The search variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely action. (4) The action variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, which is share. (5) The search variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Sharia Banking Literacy. (6) The action variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Sharia Banking Literacy. (7) The share variable does not have a significant effect even though it has a positive value on the dependent variable, namely Sharia Banking Literacy.

This study aims to examine the effect of E-marketing with the AISAS model on investment decisions. This research using quantitative research. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 30 respondents, who had or were investing in registered Islamic Fintechs in the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, while the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach is using a data analysis technique. Data is processed using PLS 3.2.8. Based on the results of data analysis, the Attention variable has a significant effect on the Interest variable. Also, the Interest variable has a significant effect on the Search variable. Then, the Search variable has a significant effect on the Action variable, while the Action variable has not a significant effect on the Share variable. The Share variable has not a significant effect on investment decisions.

The moment children are born into the world, they are in a vulnerable condition. A complete basic child immunization as a preventive measure to protect them from a threat such as transmission of deadly disease is required. A mother, as the closest figure close to the children in everyday life, is considered as an important subject that will actively to complete the basic immunization to their children. To determine the act of giving immunization, a mother will be affected by several factors, an external influence for example. To understand the external influence that could affect the mother’s action, Health Belief Model (HBM) theory can be used, where the external influence is called cues to action. This study was conducted to determine the influence of cues to action on the mother to complete basic child immunization to their children. The research was executed by a cross sectional study with quantitative approach. The subject are consisted from 40 mothers as the research respondents with the following condition; having children between age 1 to 2 years old. The subject has been selected from a number of population that has been determined by simple random sampling method. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire and conducted via interview. Based on the results from the interview, it can be found that both complete and incomplete condition in terms of completeness of immunization are 50%-50%. The test is followed by comparing the conditions of completeness of immunization with cues to action variable. The results is cues to action variable has a significant relationship to the completeness of child immunization with a significance value of 0.002 (p <0.05). It can be concluded that cues to action have an effect on mothers so that they are more willing to complete immunization on their child. Keyword: complete basic child immunization, mother, cues to action, health belief model
