Mylar-Turbine Electric Generator (MTEG) that utilize solar energy to generate electricity. The resulting designs are cost efficient and can be used as an alternative for solar panel. The energy producing efficiency of MTEG is higher than conventional solar panel. The setup requires less area and is easily mobile. It consists of three main components Mylar parabolic reflector, steam turbine and electric generator. Mylar parabolic reflector is used to concentrate the solar rays on the water tank, the steam generated from this water is used to run the turbine which generates electricity. The idea behind this concept is to provide affordable electric generator to the people living in rural areas.MTEG is an eco-friendly idea and a leading innovation to the future.

The outbreak of the Covid 19 disease has caused disaster to the people. The emergence of this disease’s outbreak encourages the importance clean lifestyle. In order not to easily contracted the Covid 19 disease, it is necessary to make automatic handwashing equipment to prevent people from having direct contact with the equipment. In this research the design and testing of an automatic handwashing equipment based on solar energy were carried out. The purpose of this research was to determine the capacity of the sun's intensity to provide electrical energy through the solar module to the battery which will be used to supply electrical energy of solar energy-based automatic handwashing equipment. The method used in this research was the Palh and Beitz method approach and the experimental method which started with the design, material selection, assembly and testing. The design produced equipment specifications for a solar module framework with a height of 100 cm, a width of 80 cm, a length of 100 cm, while for a sink frame with a height of 90 cm, a width of 45 cm, and a length of 55 cm. The test was carried out in three phases, phase one was testing the module input power. The module input power in the test produced a power of 2461 Watts with a solar radiation intensity of 3237 W / m2. The peak intensity and power of the sun was shown at 13.00 WIB. The second phase of the test was the length of time needed to charge the battery took 2.5 hours. The third phase of the test was the power needed for sensors and pumps of 358 Watts. The power requirement of 358 Watts could be supplied by a 100 Wp solar panel, since the power released from a 100 Wp solar panel is 400 Watts.

The source of electrical energy is one of the main components in everyday life. The development of technology today requires all people to be able to take advantage of renewable energy, one of which is solar energy. The solar panel is an energy conversion machine that can produce electrical energy. Coastal communities have an abundance of solar energy sources that can be utilized by solar panels as alternative electrical energy in the aquaponics system that has been built. The majority of the people of Tanjung Palas Village, Dumai City, are fishermen. So that there is a need for additional economic income besides being a fisherman. On the other hand, the community still does not understand the operation and maintenance of solar panels due to knowledge problems. Therefore education and the installation of solar panels as a source of aquaponic electricity are alternative solutions offered to the community. The educational activity of solar panels as a source of aquaponic electricity is carried out in collaboration with CSR PT Pertamina RU II Dumai with the Dumai Marine and Fisheries Polytechnic. The result of this activity is that the level of understanding of participants from per category always increases. The knowledge category increased from 39% of participants to 93% of participants, the operating category increased from 14% of participants to 94% and the care category increased from 14% of participants to 95% of participants. In addition, the level of satisfaction of the participants shows that 25% of participants are very satisfied and 75% of participants are satisfied with this activity. Recommendations for the results of activities that have been carried out are that there is a need for follow-up activities so that the community can better utilize solar panels as alternative electrical energy.

The article reveals the content of modern training technologies for internal affairs bodies; approaches are presented to training and education of cadets and students of educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and educational methods the foundation of which is formed value content of professional activities: patriotism and citizenship, service to the Fatherland and interests of the people, loyalty to the law and official duty. The authors propose specific methods (case methods, group discussions, role-playing and business games) for use during seminars and practical classes in the discipline «Professional ethics and official etiquette». These methods are active and interactive, and their content is based on the appeal to literary and cinematic works on the activities of law enforcement officers on various stages of national history. The article is of methodological interest for scientific and academicians of educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, teaching humanities. The authors come to the conclusion that the use of educational methods of teaching in the classroom gives cadets and listeners a clear idea of the main components of professional activity and official duty, morality and law, strengthens the understanding of the continuity of the glorious traditions of previous generations of employees of the internal affairs bodies, allows creating the Ministry of Internal Affairs in educational organizations Russia a favorable upbringing environment and qualitatively raise the level of practical readiness of graduates for professional activities.

Abstract Background To support a move towards a coordinated non-communicable disease approach in public health policy, it is important to conceptualise changes to policy on tobacco and alcohol as affecting a single interlinked system. For health economic models to effectively inform policy, the first step in their development should be to develop a conceptual understanding of the system complexity that is likely to affect the outcomes of policy change. Our aim in this study was to support the development and interpretation of health economic models of the effects of changes to tobacco and alcohol policies by developing a conceptual understanding of the main components and mechanisms in the system that links policy change to outcomes. Methods Our study was based on a workshop from which we captured data on participant discussions on the joint tobacco–alcohol policy system. To inform these discussions, we prepared with a literature review and a survey of participants. Participants were academics and policy professionals who work in the United Kingdom. Data were analysed thematically to produce a description of the main components and mechanisms within the system. Results Of the people invited, 24 completed the survey (18 academic, 6 policy); 21 attended the workshop (16 academic, 5 policy). Our analysis identified eleven mechanisms through which individuals might modify the effects of a policy change, which include mechanisms that might lead to linked effects of policy change on tobacco and alcohol consumption. We identified ten mechanisms by which the tobacco and alcohol industries might modify the effects of policy changes, grouped into two categories: Reducing policy effectiveness; Enacting counter-measures. Finally, we identified eighteen research questions that indicate potential avenues for further work to understand the potential outcomes of policy change. Conclusions Model development should carefully consider the ways in which individuals and the tobacco and alcohol industries might modify the effects of policy change, and the extent to which this results in an unequal societal distribution of outcomes. Modelled evidence should then be interpreted in the light of the conceptual understanding of the system that the modelling necessarily simplifies in order to predict the outcomes of policy change.

People can make solar energy alternative energy by employing solar panels to generate electricity. The utilization of solar energy on a solar panel to generate electricity is affected by the weather and the duration of the radiation, and they will affect the solar panel’s temperature. There are various types of solar panels that can be found on the market today, including Mono-Crystalline and Poly-Crystalline. The difference in the material used needs to be observed in terms of temperature changes in the solar module. Our study’s findings showed that a change in the temperature would impact the solar panel’s output voltage, and the solar panel’s output voltage would change when it was connected to the load although the measured temperatures were almost the same.

The extenuation of non-conventional global energy demands and changing environments is one of the most important ingredients in recent days. A case is about the study of sun energy acquired as clean energy by the government of India (GOI). GOI announced the various schemes for solar energy (SE) in the last decades because of the tremendous growth of solar energy aspects for the non-conventional sources with the support of central and state government. This article covered the progress of solar energy in India with major achievements. In this review article, the authors are trying to show the targets of the government of India (GOI) by 2022 and his vintage battle to set up a plant of solar or clean energy in India. This paper also emphasizes the different policies of GOI to schooling the people for creating the jobs in different projects like “Make in India”. This paper projected the work of the dynamic Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi and his bravura performance to increase the targets 100 GW solar energy by 2022.

Abstract Nowadays, solar energy’s popularity is growing consistently every year, along with the growth of amazing solar technologies, which is considered to be one of the most popular. Non-renewable energy like petrol and gasoline is being replaced with solar energy, which is renewable energy. The main objective of this project is to design and simulate a robot solar system. The robot is developed using Arduino Mega 2560 as the main brain of the system. This system is equipped with a solar tracking system to track the movement of the sun and LDR is used to detect the presence of sunlight. The solar tracker is used to get the maximum efficiency of solar energy and reduce power losses. In addition, the solar tracker can rotate from 0° - 180°, which is the best angle for the solar panel to reach the sunlight. This robot will be attached to the sprinkler system to perform the watering process. This robot is developed for use in the agriculture field to reduce the manpower and cost of the watering process. Three analyses will be conducted in this project such as solar panel analysis, Wi-Fi connectivity analysis and sprinkler system analysis. The result shows the solar panel will gain the highest intensity of the sunlight at 12.00 pm and a sunny day compared to the other time and a cloudy day. The maximum range of Wi-Fi connectivity and the water pump, time used to finish the watering process and watering area will be discussed.

The article raises the problems of the formation of an inclusive culture of teachers working with intellectually disabled children in centers of social and professional rehabilitation for the people with special psychophysical development needs (hereinafter referred to as the SPDN). Two components of an inclusive culture are presented: tolerance and inclusive competence. The mechanism of professional and social rehabilitation of people with intellectual disabilities is shown on the example of Brest region of the Republic of Belarus.
