The content of the article was determined by the problem of positive worldview formation of teenage schoolchildren as a predictor of a safe educational environment. The lack of qualitative characteristics of the educational environment and, in particular, its safety presupposes great difficulties in the personal development of schoolchildren during the period of maturation. Improving the level of psychological safety and psychological culture in the socio-cultural space is a preventative means of maintaining personal mental health. The early providing of purposeful psychological aid based on the principles of humanity and pragmatism determines the change in the mental reality of a person and limits the identification of psychopathological symptoms of development. The research was conducted on the basis of comprehensive schools of Kryvyi Rih city (Ukraine). To accomplish the task a comparative method of research organization (a cross section of data in different age groups of schoolchildren of the sample) was used. The methods employed in the research were designed to measure happiness in general, to estimate peculiarities of behavioral reactions in situations of uncertainty, to identify stress factors as positive worldview, confidence and constructive activity. For deeper analysis of the obtained data and revealing of dependence between indicators of worldview trends and the age of respondents a correlation analysis was carried out. The received data can be a basis for further research work in peculiarities of strategies of behavior of teenage schoolchildren.

The successful formation of partnerships of adolescents is conditioned by certain factors and elements of educational environment, contributing to the formation of motivational-value, cognitive and operational-activity components of personality development of children of this age category. The peculiarities of the influence of this environment have a certain specificity associated with the conditions of formation of its structural components. Due to the action of these elements of the educational environment, certain age characteristics of adolescents are formed, which are necessary to ensure the effective principles of partnership, which will affect personal development and further development of academic achievement. Taking into account the importance of considering the theoretical aspects of determining the characteristics of the educational environment of adolescents, which determines the formation of their partnership, the study of this issue is considered relevant and will ensure the development of scientific thought. The purpose of the article is to systematize the approaches to defining the essence of the concept and structure of the educational environment of adolescents as a sphere of development of their partnership. Research methods applied: a systematic approach, which is used to systematize the provisions of scientific views related to the evaluated issues; comparative method used to compare the approaches of scientists. The study presents a systematization of approaches to defining the essence of the concept and structure of the educational environment of adolescents, which contributes to the development of their partnerships. It is proved that the main essential features of the concept of educational environment of adolescents, which contributes to the development of their partnerships include: structural feature (in the interpretations of the authors, mainly determined by reference to certain components of this phenomenon), performance feature (emphasis on areas of influence - behavior, development of value beliefs, etc.), organizational feature (indication that the subjects of the environment provide active assistance in the development of certain skills, qualities of adolescents), subject-oriented feature, which involves the formation and development of the educational environment of adolescents in the context of subject-subject direction (humanistic approach ). The composition of the conditions for the formation of this phenomenon is determined, which include general categories, in particular: objective, specially (artificially) created, static, dynamic. The interpretation of the studied concept is formulated, which is based on taking into account the list of basic essential features and categories of conditions of formation of the educational environment, which promotes the development of their partnership.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a global challenge, and the key to tackling it is vaccinating a specified percentage of the population to acquire herd immunity. The observed problems with the efficiency of the vaccination campaigns in numerous countries around the world, as well as the approach used at the initial stage of the National Immunization Program in Poland, prompted us to analyse the possibility of using GIS technology to optimize the distribution of vaccines to vaccination sites so as to minimize the period needed to vaccinate individual population groups. The research work was carried out on the example of Warsaw, the capital of Poland and the city with the largest population in the country. The analyses were carried out for the 60–70 and 50–60 age groups, in various approaches and for vaccines of different companies (Moderna, BioNTech, AstraZeneca), used to vaccinate people in Poland. The proposed approach to optimize vaccine distribution uses Thiessen’s tessellation to obtain information on the number of people in a given population group living in the area of each vaccination site, and then to estimate the time needed to vaccinate that group. Compared to the originally used vaccination scenario with limited availability of vaccines, the proposed approach allows practitioners to design fast and efficient distribution scenarios. With the developed methodology, we demonstrated ways to achieve uniform vaccination coverage throughout the city. We anticipate that the proposed approach can be easily automated and broadly applied to various urban settings.

This chapter explores new communication technologies and methods for avoiding accessibility and communication barriers in the educational environment. It is focused on providing real-time captions so students with hearing disabilities and foreign students, among others, could participate in an inclusive way in and outside the classroom. The inclusive proposals are based on the APEINTA educational project, which aims for accessible education for all. The research work proposes the use of mobile devices for teacher and students in order to provide more flexibility using the APEINTA real-time captioning service. This allows using this service from anywhere and at anytime, not only in the classroom.

The research features the concept of accessible educational environment provided by educational institutions. The paper introduces some models of accessible educational environment, pedagogical support, its principles, forms, and methods. The authors define the pedagogical conditions that would contribute to personality development in an accessible educational environment. Potential and feasible solutions can be identified according to various educational technologies that reveal the subtleties of pedagogical activity in the context of modern personal development, the features of which are specified on the basis of psycho-correction, psycho-didactic, developmental psychology, social pedagogy, and social psychology. One’s involvement in the developmental and educational process is determined by various components of the activities carried out by the student, i.e. his or her well-being, desire to learn and communicate, to belong, entertain, help other students, parents, and teachers, to visit the library, participate in school events, etc. Modern pedagogy offers a variety of social and educational activities for people with special needs, thus ensuring continuous personality development.

A wide range of potential risks and threats in each educational activity segment determines the need to create the safety of educational subjects. It requires improving teachers’ training to create a safe educational environment and the formation of a safety culture in the younger generation. As a vital component of the educational environment’s integrated safety, the authors of the article consider psychological safety, in the provision of which the professional and personal competencies of the teacher in the field of self-regulation, self-government, and self-development play a unique role. The study aims to assess the level of neuropsychic stability of students of a pedagogical higher educational institution and identify the degree of development of their ability to self-government. The article presents the results of an empirical study of these indicators. More than 300 students - future teachers who are in different years of their studies - took part in the survey, which made it possible to assess the dynamics of the competencies formation. The data obtained made it possible to determine the directions for improving the institute’s work in the formation of the future teachers’ competencies necessary to create and maintain a safe, educational environment.

The lecture addresses general ideas about adaptation based on classic studies by H. Selye, F.Z. Meerson, and N.A. Agadzhanyan and features of the adaptive response in a developing body. Mobilization of the functional reserve is considered as a mechanism of short-term adaptation. Epigenetic regulation is presented as one of mechanisms for long-term adaptation, which allows selecting and implementing a gene expression program consistent with the stage of ontogenetic development or the environment. Another mechanism of long-term adaptation is influence on the genome. The lecture provides examples of adaptation to physicochemical and climatic geographical stress factors. Mechanisms of the adaptive response to factors of the educational environment in children are analyzed separately.

Substantiated is the thesis for necessity and possibility of using the social cultural resources of Moscow city to establish an educational environment suitable for building intercultural communicative competence when teaching students foreign languages from the perspective of the intercultural approach. As a key point, the authors put forward the thesis that it is regional culture which is the only one available to the student to abide and understand by their national native culture (which comes equal with learning a foreign language culture within the goal-setting of intercultural foreign language education). At the same time, Moscow is grounded as a resource space for intercultural foreign language education, being a place for building the social environment and communication relations, the center of the regional level of native culture, and the city of intercultural communication. The authors define the related educational urbanistics as interdisciplinary field of designing socio-humanitarian knowledge and experience in the context of the mutually enriching integration of urban space and value-specific (educational) trajectories of personal development of the citizen. As a result, the authors formulate the basic principles of urban educational environment in the context of foreign language intercultural communicative training of students, including the following: knowledge of the universal (global) through the single (local), methodological work with space as a resource and a factor in educational activity design, taking an educational environment as an individually perceived value, designing individual educational trajectory on the basis of mapping, contextual learning, the priority of spontaneous meaning-making, a conscious distinction between education and vocational training.
