Effective communication is an important guarantee for the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and this is also true for the teaching of college English extensive reading courses. Effective communication depends on changing the roles of teachers and students in the teaching process at the right time - listener or speaker. Quite a lot of teachers are used to "speaking" knowledge or even skills to students in reading class, which not only kills the opportunity of communication between teachers and students, but also leads to the unsatisfactory result in classroom atmosphere and teaching effect. In fact, as long as the students are given confidence and patience, and the roles of teachers and students can be changed at any time according to the teaching content, effective communication can be achieved.

Human senses are natural contributions which transform the information to the brain for further processing to understand what is being presented to an individual through sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste. Senses will also determine the understanding of the different concept being presented and recall those contents or information for the right situation for the right action. To help the individual learner, teachers in various educational institutions should understand and apply the Multi-Sensory Approach in presenting their teaching contents in a classroom teaching to reach out the uniqueness of the individual learner’s learning style and bring the best academic excellence. With the main aim of helping learners with their unique learning style, the “Itagi’s Model of Multi-Sensory Approach” is been developed by Gururaj Itagi. Highlighting various methods, strategies and techniques in teaching process focussing on individual learning style to maximize student’s academic excellence. This model is framed based on the different learning style of students. This framework considers integrated phases of teaching such as auditory, visual and kinaesthetic approach. The model focuses on Adolescence (aged 12-18 years) mainly on students with scholastic backwardness.

The new curriculum of fine arts is a newly emerging thing in the situation of education reform. There are many facets of traditional art education which should be improved, including the fact that the teacher's classroom teaching is dull, the teaching material is limited, the training mode is single, the “classroom” is understood by the teacher as the normative teaching content instead of a platform for communication, and the teacher can not find his role. In the new curriculum, teachers must change their ideas, so that in the classroom teaching students can take advantage of the teaching materials interestingly and efficiently. Both teachers and students are supposed to find their roles in the new curriculum.

The aim of the study was to examine whether participation of academic students in experiential activities during their semester lessons could facilitate their learning and improve their exam performance. The study involved 68 students of an Early Years Learning & Care Department, who volunteered and committed to attend all semester lessons. All students participated actively during the lessons. At the end of the semester students were interviewed with a semi-structured protocol on the experiences of the teaching process and on what they thought the impact of the process will be on written exams. Participants had been informed of the purposes of the study in advance, they had the right to withdraw at any time and anonymity was guaranteed. All students stated that they enjoyed the process, preferred it to a passive lecture, gained more knowledge and were more prepared for the exams. This interactive teaching process concerns both university teachers and students, requires planning and merits further discussion.

The advancement of science has made computer technology and the education industry more and more closely related, and the development of intelligent teaching systems has also opened a new path for classroom teaching. This paper studies the application of fuzzy control based on genetic algorithms in the intelligent psychology teaching system. Facing the complicated variables in the teaching process, the improved genetic algorithm can better realize dynamic teaching decisions through fuzzy control. This article aims to improve the quality of psychology classroom teaching, and develops an intelligent psychology teaching system based on the fuzzy control theory of genetic algorithm. Combined with the current development of fuzzy control theory, the problems existing in the intelligent teaching system are studied and analyzed, and they have been optimized and improved. This paper proposes a control algorithm based on a teaching management system. The algorithm can implement fuzzy control on student models, knowledge organization structure, intelligent test papers and teaching decision-making. While restoring the real teaching process, it can better realize teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and improve teaching. The intelligence of the system. According to the system test data, the proportions of the difficulty of the system’s automatic test paper are 30.1%, 51.6%, 18.3%, which are in line with the designer’s set expectation of 3 : 5:2, which shows the improved genetic algorithm. It can realize the intelligent volume group function very well.
