It consisted of (48) phrases distributed in (8) axes. The following statistical methods were adopted: descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, alpha consistency coefficient, T-test for two independent samples, one-way analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, Scheffe test for dimensional comparisons. The research found a set of results, including: There is a direct relationship between initiatives management and improving work efficiency. There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) between managing initiatives and improving work efficiency. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) about managing initiatives and improving work efficiency due to demographic variables.

This study aims to obtain an effective BERSAQURAL Learning Management System on the learning outcomes of BERSAQURAL interpretation through digital literacy. This study is a quantitative type with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This study population was 90 third-semester science education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education IAIN Salatiga who participated in a science interpretation course. The sample in this study was purposive sampling, and one group is 30 students. The data collection instrument was pretest and posttest questions of the BERSAQURAL interpretation of water. The results showed that: (1) the BERSAQURAL learning management system in the dashboard consists of the navigation menu, interpretation of science, nature, al-Qur’an, e-Problem Based Learning, evaluation, explore material, user, my profile, settings, and logout, (2) BERSAQURAL learning management system is effective on learning outcomes of BERSAQURAL interpretation through digital literacy based on the Wilcoxon test (t count -4.802, p = 0.00 <0.05). Research results of learning management system BERSAQURAL have novelty, a distance learning media (online) with open-access material as digital literacy, connecting LMS E-PBL Berketemu Ilmiah (e-pblberketemuilmiah.id) integrated with a plagiarism checker to educate honesty. There are rewards from users of the BERSAQURAL Learning Management System in the stars or on the trending menu.

The article assumes that the expansion of cultural content in basic education implies a qualitative change in the entire curriculum system. It rescues the idea of social micro spaces of common curriculum selection and reconfiguration and underlines the role of decision-makers in different groups. Namely, experts and specialists who, within the scope of the Learning Outcomes Project launched by the Portuguese Ministry of Education, supported the legitimation of ICT as a transdisciplinary learning area, consenting to shared responsibility in promoting digital culture. Based on the study carried out, involving 11 interviews, the article reveals the reasons that justify the detachment from a social practice that, paradoxically, was desired to be more articulated, integrated, and open to digital culture.

This research is a development research that aims to to find out the process and result of development of learning media of mathematics using Geogebra on sub subject of tangent alliance of two circles. Supporting devices used are RPP, BKS, BPG, and THB. The chosen development stage is Research and Development (R & D) which has been modified by adding Nieveen criteria that is valid, practical and effective. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation sheets and tests. According to the criteria of practicality, it is known that the questionnaire of ease of using media reaches 79.8%. The operation of this media is so easy that it's easy to remember and can be used as a tool to learn the material. Questionnaires the role of teachers reached 81%. By using the teacher's activity media in explaining the material to be a little, because the students are more observing, summing up opinions, and working on the problem, so the teacher's interaction with the students is minimal, and the material explanation is enough to use the media. Observation sheet minimizes teacher's role by 76.95%. From the observer observation the students observed more, no difficulties in the use of media. However, learning cannot be finished as in RPP. According to the effectiveness criteria seen from the test of student learning outcomes so that the mastery of classical reach 35%. This is because learning is too focused on observation and discovery of the formula so that students do not practice in doing the problem. From this research, there are several findings, namely: learning media using Geogebra, supporting tool, namely RPP, BKS, BPG, THB and instrument have validity level on valid criteria, learning media using Geogebra is easy to use, learning media using Geogebra with supporting device can minimize the role of teachers so that the media meet the practical criteria. The test of learning outcomes has not been completed in a classical manner because the classical completeness does not reach 75% upwards, meaning that the media has not met the effective criteria.
