<div class="WordSection1"><p>Pesantren is Islamic education base and the oldest Islamic tradition inheritance in Indonesia. As an alternative education institution which is known as opened publicly, that not all people can access this institution because of cultural and psychological obstacles for people who has special needs. While in the fact, people’ intention is getting higher towards this Institution. This research aims to describe people’s pesantren as the base of collaborative-cultural movement between common people (abangan) and santri in order to change black-world tradition into people-based santri tradition. Through field research or case study using social definition paradigm-qualitative method, observation data collecting technique, interview and documentation, this research reveals that pesantren al Amin is a collaborative cultural realm which is very effective in making common people and santri from poor-marginal area into people-based performance of santri, local wisdom–based with multy strategic- approach of empowerment as sunan Kalijaga’s preaching model in spreading Islam in Java island. Pesantren merupakan basis pendidikan Islam dan pewaris tradisi keislaman tertua di Indonesia. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan alternatif yang dikenal terbuka, namun tidak semua masyarakat bisa mengakses pesantren yang disebabkan hambatan kultural dan psikologis bagi kelompok masyarakat yang berkebutuhan khusus. Melalui penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif berparadigma definisi sosial, menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa Pesantren Rakyat al-Amin merupakan medan budaya kolaboratif yang cukup efektif dalam menyantrikan kaum abangan dan santri pinggiran-miskin ala kerakyatan, berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan  multi strategic, sebagaimana model dakwah Sunan Kalijaga ketika menyebarkan Islam di Tanah Jawa.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

Abstract: In the context of Indonesia, the quality of education seems to be something taboo to talk about, however, according to researchers the quality of education in Indonesia is very apprehensive. It is necessary for the role of headmaster and special efforts in developing a quality education institution through organizational culture as a value system that is understood, imbued, run jointly by members of the organization as a system of meaning or guidance for the organizers. This study aims to describe the three roles and impacts role of the headmaster role in developing the quality of organizational culture, they are: (1) the role of the headmaster as a manager; (2) the role of the headmaster as the educator; (3) the role of the headmaster as the supervisor; 4) The impact of the headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture quality at SDMT Ponorogo. This research is categorized into a field research with qualitative descriptive approach and the research design was case study. The setting of study was at SDMT Ponorogo.  The findings showed that (1). The role of headmaster as manager encompasses conducting internal and external analysis, internalizing the Islamic value that is kemuhamadiyahan value. (2). The role of the headmaster as an educator includes involving educators in upgrading, workshops or training in order to provide opportunities for educators to improve their knowledge and skills by learning to the higher education, conducting cadre to members of organizational culture and creating jargon to motivate members of organizational culture. (3). The role of the headmaster as a supervisor comprises overseeing and Evaluating the performance and achievement of members of organizational culture, conducting weekly, monthly and semester meetings, monitoring achievements of educators and learners. (4) The impact of the school headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture is organizational culture climate becomes harmonious and schools achieve more attainments.Abstrak: Dalam konteks Indonesia, mutu pendidikan seolah-olah menjadi barang yang tabu untuk diperbicangkan, dalam konteks tersebut kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia sangat memperihatinkan. Untuk itu diperlukan peran kepala sekolah dan Upaya khusus dalam mengembangkan sebuah mutu lembaga pendidikan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai sistem nilai yang dipahami, dijiwai, dijalankan secara bersama oleh anggota organisasi sebagai sistem makna atau pedoman bagi pelaku organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tiga peran serta dampak peran  kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi, yaitu: (1) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Manajer, (2) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Educator, (3) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor, dan (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi di SDMT Ponorogo. Dengan menghasilkan temuan: (1).Peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer diantaranya: melakukan analisis internal dan eksternal, menginternalisasi nilai keislaman yaitu nilai kemuhammadiahan. (2). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator diantaranya: mengikut sertakan pendidik dalam penataran, workshop atau pelatihan memberikan kesempatan kepada pendidik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dengan belajar ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, melakukan pengkaderan kepada anggota budaya organisasi. membuat jargon-jargon untuk memotivasi anggota budaya organisasi. (3). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor diantarnya: mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja dan pencapaian anggota budaya organisasi, mengadakan rapat setiap, minggu, bulan dan semester, memantau prestasi pendidik dan peserta didik. (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi diantaranya: iklim budaya organisasi menjadi harmonis, sekolah menjadi lebih berprestasi.

Interest is growing in educational designs that blend MOOCs with on-campus teaching and researchers are seeking to incorporate the spirit of a MOOC into a hybrid model. This article reports on the current experience of a higher education institution embarking on blended learning models. The aim of this article is to present a case study and to discuss the strategic approach to integrating a MOOC at undergraduate level. The evaluation strategy of this experience uses surveys and focus groups to interpret the results and the perspective of the various stakeholders. The analysis synthesizes the opinion of the main stakeholders – the institution, the students and the academic staff – and shows that in addition to improving the financial viability of MOOCs, blended learning models improve the quality of students' education, strengthen students' academic performance, and encourage academic staff to constantly innovate their teaching and learning process.

Purpose This paper aims to analyse how dynamic capabilities (DC) affect organizational learning (OL) in a Brazilian higher education institution (HEI) and how this relationship affects organisational ambidexterity (OA). Design/methodology/approach The research strategy involves a qualitative, single case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentary research over a 15-year period and nonparticipant observation. Data were analysed using narrative analysis. Findings The results show that founders and managers influence the activities related to sensing, seizing and reconfiguring DC. They interpreted the new opportunities and shared them with other individuals. Gradually, a collective sense about the new ideas was constructed. New academic and administrative routines were created and an OL process took place at the HEI, which resulted in a valuable balance between exploration and exploitation (OA) for the organisation. Originality/value The study offers insight into how DC, OL and OA can be related. Although each construct has its own independent definition, there are similarities between them. The case study demonstrates how these theories were affected, and the research, therefore, makes a new methodological contribution regarding how to study DC, OL and OA as an integrative phenomenon.

This study aims to look at the management system of zakat, infaq and alms in an effort to improve the economy of small and medium enterprises in BAZNAS Pasuruan City, to see changes in the economy of mustahik after receiving ZIS assistance from BAZNAS Pasuruan City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using this type of field research (field research). The study used observation data learning techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the zakat, infaq and alms funds collected from BAZNAS Pasuruan City come from residents of Pasuruan City and Pasuruan City Offices. ZIS funds are distributed to small and medium business actors so that they can develop their business and with the assistance of ZIS funds for micro and medium entrepreneurs, this has resulted in changes in the mustahik economy for the better. ___________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi sebuah fenomena yang berhubungan dengan lembaga pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan sedekah, yang mana terdapat aktifitas mengelola. Mengelola merupakan aktifitas menghimpun yang baik dengan demikian dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik, karena mengelola dan menghimpun bukanlah hal yang mudah, banyak proses dan tantangan yang dilalui, harus ada proses manajemen dalam menghimpun dana, dari mulai proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Dana ZIS yang awalnya hanya dikelola disektor non produktif akan tetapi sekarang dana ZIS bisa  dialihkan ke sektor produktif. Dengan adanya BAZNAS Kota Pasuruan diharapkan bisa ikut serta memberdayakan dana ZIS secara baik, benar dan tepat. Diharapkan dana ZIS yang diterima dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat kurang mampu, dapat mengembangkan usaha mikro kecil menengah masyarakat kurang mampu, dan dapat menolong masyarakat dari jeratan rentenir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan sedekah dalam upaya meningkatkan ekonomi pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah di BAZNAS Kota Pasuruan, untuk mengetahui perubahan ekonomi mustahik setelah mendapatkan dana bantuan ZIS dari BAZNAS Kota Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dana zakat, infaq dan sedekah yang dikumpulkan BAZNAS Kota Pasuruan bersumber dari warga masyarakat Kota Pasuruan dan Dinas-Dinas Kota Pasuruan. Dana ZIS ini disalurkan kepada pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah agar dapat mengembangkan usahanya dan dengan adanya bantuan dana ZIS untuk pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah ini mengakibatkan perubahan ekonomi mustahik menjadi lebih baik.

<p align="center"> </p><p>This research aims to discuss about Islamic education, especially the pesantren institution which located in Medan. Pesantren Ar-Raudhlatul Hasanah is an object in this research by using the qualitative method and field research. About 34 years, this pesantren became an important part to developing Islamic education and furthermore to build the character Indonesian generations, especially in Medan. This pesantren also have <em>santri</em> (student) whose came from neighbors state, such as Malaysia and Thailand. As a modern education institution, this pesantren success to integrate between the <em>Kuliiyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah</em> as the curriculum which adopted from Modern Pesantren Gontor and the National Curriculum. So this pesantren have three roles: as the pesantren, the madrasah, and the school.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong>Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah, Islamic education system, character of the nation.</p>

Kafa'ahis an alternative for people who want to do marriage in choosing their partner. It is prescribedkafā'ahis to form a sakian household, mawaddah and rahmah. In general, people's understanding of the meaning ofkafā'ahalready understand, but many people ignore it due to certain things. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources using two data collection techniques, namely interview and observation data collection techniques. The results of his research show thatfactors that influence people to ignore kafaah are: (1) prefer a partner who has religious knowledge (2) kafā'ah is not a legal requirement for marriage; (3) Economic Factors (4)their own intentions and arranged marriages by their parents are the causes of non-sequential marriages; (5) choose their own partner and love each other. So the conclusion is that the people of Bale Busu Village actually really understand the meaning of kafā'ah but the practice is very little from the community because it is influenced by certain factors.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>Talking about character education, the current condition is difficult to implement character values which are usually carried out directly in schools with teachers. It takes technology-based learning media to be able to apply the process of religious character education with a remote process with the position of students from home. The purpose of writing in this study is to find out the implementation of religious character education through technology-based learning media with deepening efforts from the results of field research on the object of research that will describe the implementation steps. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Religious character education during distance learning needs to consider the process of implementing activities that support it as well as media that is easily accessible by students. The results of this study are efforts in implementing the implementation of character education must still be done even from home with direction from teachers at school and in collaboration with parents at home. Technology-based learning media that are applied to the implementation process are YouTube Google Classroom, Google Form, Google Sites, and WhatsApp.</em></p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Berbicara mengenai pendidikan karakter memang kondisi saat ini sulit rasanya pengimplementasian nilai karakter yang biasanya dilakukan secara langsung di sekolah bersama para guru. Dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk dapat menerapkan proses pendidikan karakter religius dengan proses jarak jauh dengan posisi peserta didik dari rumah. Tujuan penulisan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter religius melalui media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dengan upaya pendalaman dari hasil penelitian lapangan pada objek penelitian yang akan dilakukan pendeskripsian langkah pengimplementasiannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendidikan karakter religius pada masa pembelajaran jarak jauh perlu dipertimbangkan proses penerapan kegiatan yang menunjangnya serta media yang mudah diakses oleh peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Upaya dalam menerapkan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter harus tetap dilakukan meskipun dari rumah dengan arahan dari guru di sekolah dan kerja sama dengan orang tua di rumah. Media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang diaplikasikan pada proses pengimplementasian adalah Youtube, Google Classroom, Google Form, Google Sites dan WhatsApp.</p>

The background of this research is based on the access of people in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province who know and read the bulletin of Al-Islam published by Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). It’s happen because the Bulletin Al-Islam is widely circulated in mosques in Sambas District. The purpose of this research is to know the publishing management of bulletin Al-Islam issued by HTI of Sambas Regency. This research uses qualitative method with field research and using case study. The results of this study are firstly the topic of news prioritized by editors of Al-Islam bulletin is the news that is discussed by reader of Sambas Regency. Secondly, the editorial frames of language and facts are in line with the perceived by the readers, as a result it is personal interaction between the bulletin and the readers. Thirdly, the editor frames the bulletin for gaining intention and response of the event so the local governments could make policies that can realize the concept of Khilafah Al-Islamiyah through the local regulations. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada banyaknya masyarakat Kabupaten Sambas Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang mengetahui dan membaca buletin Al-Islam yang diterbitkan oleh Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). Ini terjadi karena Buletin Al-Islam banyak beredar di masjid-masjid di Kabupaten Sambas. Untuk itu penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana manajemen penerbitan buletin Al-Islam yang diterbitkan HTI Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research dan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini di antaranya pertama, topik berita yang diprioritaskan redaksi buletin Al-Islam adalah berita yang sedang hangat dibahas masyarakat Kabupaten Sambas. Kedua, redaksi membingkai bahasa dan fakta yang sesuai dengan yang dirasakan masyarakat sehingga terjadi interaksi personal antara buletin dan pembaca. Ketiga, redaksi membingkai buletin dengan maksud memberikan sebuah tanggapan dalam peristiwa yang terjadi agar pemerintah daerah membuat kebijakan yang dapat mewujudkan konsep khilafah Al-Islamiyah melalui peraturan-peraturan daerah.
