The objective of the study is to test and analyze: first, the influence of public investment toward economic growth; second, the influence of public investment toward society welfare; third, the influence of private investment toward economic growth; fourth, the influence of private invsetment toward society welfare; fifth, the influence of economic growth toward society welfare in Maluku Province. The Analysis method used is this study is path analysis by using SPSS program package. The secondary data used are panel data, which is the combination of data from 2005 until 2008 and cross data including 7 districts and 1 municipality in Maluku Province. The study generates conclusions that: first, public investment has a significant influences toward economic growth and has positive relationship direction. Second, public investment has a significant influences toward society welfare. Third, private investment has a significant influences toward economic growth and has positive relationship direction. Fourth, private investment has a significant influence toward society welfare and has positive relationship direction. Fifth, economic growth significantly influences society welfare and has positive relationship direction. Than, the dominant variable which effect society welfare is public investment, while the smallest contibution effect toward welfare growth is private investment.

This study aimed to analyzed the effect of the construction of basic infrastructure for economic growth in 26 provinces by using secondary data from 2004 – 2009. The model used is multiple linear regression using Panel Data with  Fixed Effect Analysis Method. The results of this study show variable electricity and roads in a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the region in 26 provincial in Indonesia. The provincial government is expected to prioritize the allocation of funds for the improvement of access to basic infrastructure (roads, electricity, telephone, and water), especially in remote areas, so as to boost economic growth in each province in Indonesia. Keywords: economicgrowth, basic infrastructur, data pael, FEM

Di Indonesia, koperasi merupakan salah satu pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berbasis kerakyatan. Pesatnya pertumbuhan koperasi di Indonesia khususnya di kota Cirebon harus juga diiringi dengan peningkatan kinerja dari karyawan koperasi tersebut sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan pengoperasian perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS. The rapid growth of cooperatives in Indonesia, particularly in the town of Cirebon, should be also accompanied by the improved performance of the employee cooperative that this research aims to know the influence of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive analysis method by using path analysis (path analysis) and operation calculations using the SPSS program. Summary of the research is proven there was significant influence between motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees.

The distinction of interzonal potential will cause several problems such as uneven economic growth, the area-centered spreading investment, and income inequality. This research aims to analyze the effect of economic growth and investment on the inter-regional income inequality in West Nusa Tenggara from 2012 to 2017. This research uses secondary data obtained from BPS-Statistics Indonesia (Badan Pusat Statistik), and the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal – BPKM). Williamson Index is used to representing income inequality, and the method analysis is the panel data analyzing with a Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The effect between a dependent variable and independent variable will be shown that economic growth has a positive and significant influence towards the income inequality, and investment has a positive and not significant influence towards the income inequality.

This study aims to determine empirical evidence about the effect of profit sharing financing, sale and purchase financing, FDR and NPF on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) in Banten Province. The type of data in this study is secondary data using panel data. The research object was five Islamic Rural Banks in Banten Province and research period from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2013-2019. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is Panel Data Regression Analysis with Eviews 10 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is no significant influence between the Profit Sharing variable on Profitability (ROA) partially. Sale and Purchase Financing, FDR, and NPF variables partially have a significant effect on profitability (ROA). Simultaneously, Profit Sharing, Sale and Purchase Financing, FDR, and NPF have a significant effect on Profitability (ROA).

This study aims to determine whether economic growth, population, and local original income affect regional spending in the Main District in Jambi Province. The data used in this study are secondary data for 5 years, namely from 2012 to 2016. The variables used are regional expenditure, economic growth, population, and locally-generated revenue(PAD) in Parent Regencies in Jambi Province. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression and multiple linear regression using panel data. The results of data processing obtained the following results. First, economic growth does not significantly influence regional spending. Second, the population has a significant influence on regional spending. Third, the PAD has a significant effect on regional expenditure. Fourth, when viewed together it can be concluded that only PAD has a positive and significant effect, while economic growth and population do not affect regional spending in Parent Regencies in Jambi Province. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth on employment in Sarolangun Regency, and to analyze the effect of economic growth and employment on poverty levels, poverty depths and poverty severity levels in Sarolangun District. The data used in this empirical study are secondary data from the 2001-2017 time series originating from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Central Statistics Agency of Sarolangun Regency. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that economic growth had no significant effect on the dependent variable of labor. Any increase or decrease in economic growth does not affect the increase or decrease in the number of workers in the Sarolangun Regency. Economic growth has a negative direction and has a significant impact on poverty levels, poverty depth, and poverty severity through the workforce in Sarolangun District

Abstrak : This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital expenditureon economic growth and income inequality in West Sumatra. This research isdescriptive and inductive. The data used in this study is secondary data with datacollection using panel data obtained from BPS West Sumatra Province 2014-2018period with 19 regencies / cities in West Sumatra. This study analyzed using asimultaneous equation model (simultaneous equation regression model). The resultsof this study indicate that (1) Capital Expenditures have a significant effect onEconomic Growth in West Sumatra (2) Capital Expenditures have no significanteffect on Income Inequality in West Sumatra (3) Simultaneously Capital Expendituresand Economic Growth have a significant effect on Income Inequality in WestSumatra.Keyword : Capital Expenditure, Economic Growth, Income Inequality

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gamification, e-service quality and e-trust variables on online purchase decision through online purchase intention at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City. This type of research is using a quantitative approach. The nature of this research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and a list of questions that measure it using a Likert scale. The sample in this study is the community in Medan City at least 17 years old, has a Shopee marketplace application and is a consumer who has purchased and used the Shopee marketplace at least 1 time as many as 175 respondents. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents in this study. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. Statistical results show that the majority of respondents agree with all the statements shared. The results of the research on the first substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000, e-service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.836 and e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000. The results of the research on the second substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.031, e-service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.721, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.002 and online purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.000. The path analysis test using the sobel test shows that online purchase intention is able to mediate between gamification and e-trust with online purchase decision, but online purchase intention are not able to mediate e-service quality with online purchase decision. The study aims to find out the direct and indirect effect of education, health, government investment and private investment on productivity as well as the poverty level in South Sumatera. The study used secondary data of 2004-2005 published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) and other institutions. It used Path Analysis. The Result of the study show that (1) education, health, and government investment did not directly influence the productivity in South Sumatra, while the private investment directly and positively influenced the productivity in South Sumatra, (2) education, government investment, and private investment did not directly influence the poverty level in South Sumatra, while the health and productivity directly and significantly but negatively influenced the poverty level in South Sumatra, (3) education, health, and government investment indirectly did not influence the poverty level through the productivity in South Sumatra, while the private investment indirectly have significant and negative impact on poverty level through productivity in South Sumatera.
